I found a new jewelers!! First I would like to thank Tracy and everyone at Van Adams Jewelers. I went to have my wedding ring repaired it was missing 2 diamonds and my band was bent out of control. Tracy was nice and upfront about the diamonds, that they can be replaced with no problem and that they couldn't promise that the band could be rounded like it was originally, well I beg to differ. My entire ring looks like brand new. It is perfect!! I was smiling from ear to ear when they showed me. I even put a couple of items on what is called my wish list. Which is a really good idea. Hint Hint for my hubby! Which I did purchase him a necklace for his birthday while I was there. Beautiful store, lovely staff. The jeweler found a missing tiny prong holding a SI diamond while looking at whether they could replace the main stone in my engagement ring. That level of thoroughness immediately won my trust, and when I got the ring back they'd set my new, larger stone beautifully as well as fixed the other small prong. The ring was cleaned and sparkling. I carefully looked for the best jeweler in the area, and drove an hour to take my ring to Van Adam's Jewelers. It was absolutely worth it.

I love no-nonsense shopping. I don't care for a lot of fluff, but I do want prompt and courteous service. I get exactly that at Van Adams. Today was typical. I had two items I wanted and the saleslady greeted me before I could even browse. She was very courteous and she quickly guided me to the first item I requested. I picked out the item and asked about another. She offered me a selection, I examined the items closely, made my selection and in less than 10 minutes the items were paid for, boxed and gift wrapped. That's what I love about Van Adams that I cannot get at their nearby competitor. I don't buy a lot of jewelry, but when I do, I shop Van Adams.

Every time I visit Van Adams Jewelers, I have a pleasant experience. I stumbled across them one day maybe a couple of years ago. AMAZING!!! So let's start from the beginning :) I arrived 15 minutes before store hours. I was patiently waiting until 10. The door was unlocked 5 minutes after my arrival. I felt as if they noticed a customer and was ready to help. Then I was greeted and help by the most amazing human Connie Grady ❤ . She was very informative on all aspects diamonds and more. I found exactly what I was look for through the guidance and patience of Mrs. Grady. If you are looking for anything in the jewelry category this is definitely the place.

Van Adams Jewelers is hands down one of the best jewelry stores that Snellville area has to offer. You will never be disappointed with them as not only are they honest, communicative with your needs and wants, but also I feel like they do offer the best for your money. My husband took me here about three years ago on a whim to look at engagement rings. We had zero knowledge about diamonds but Craig, who worked with us at that time, took his time educating us. This is him knowing we were only browsing with no intention of purchasing that day. To us that felt really important because time is money and money is time. We appreciated excellent customer service. On that same day Craig even ordered in two emerald cut stones for us to come back to look at. Of course we did and ended up with one of them. I didn't know at that time how nice that was of him. We have been to other jewelry stores in the area and sadly it is not the same treatment. Well fast forward a year or so my husband wanted to upgrade my emerald cut solitaire to something with a little more of a statement. This time around we were helped by Hazel. She is one of the sweetest sales consultants ever! Again, I never know if I am in the mood to buy or not but she pulled out different settings and bands for me to play around with. We ended up picking out a new setting with a ring jacket. Since then I had bought other pieces. My experience with them had always been super pleasant. Amazing service! I was told by other jewelers that my ring couldn’t be sized or could be done for a ridiculously high price. Van Adams Jewelers said it could be done and for a way lesser price. They were finished within the week. The first sizing wasn’t small enough but they took it back and fixed it again very quickly. My ring fits perfectly now. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my wedding ring set in to be repaired in April and I am so happy with the results. I was helped by Tracy who was very sweet and knowledgeable. Andrea did the work of replacing the head of the diamond and re-tipped some prongs on the wedding band. Andrea did beautiful work, it was done in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. The selection is beautiful (I love reviewing inventory even when I’m just there for a jewelry cleaning). I lived in Snellville for a number of years but have since moved to Monticello Georgia. We have no jewelry store there so I went to Van Adams to see about cutting a very special ring off of my finger. My finger had grown too large and it was hurting the circulation. Everyone that I came in contact with in the store was extremely kind and polite most important of all they were very helpful in removing the ring and subsequently resizing it for another finger. It was a very enjoyable experience I would not hesitate to go back there again for any of my repair or jewelry needs.
