The owners are really nice local people and one is the actual jeweler, very talented. Their staff was friendly, professional, and provided exceptional customer service. Good prices with quality products. Highly recommend.

So I am not super knowledgeable about jelewry so I won't speak to that. I went in because my automatic watch was broken. I got it repaired. They had a very knowledgeable staff, that was also very friendly. They got my watch up and running within a day. And to my surprise my watch was set to the proper time and date. So yeah check them out. It's a great place.

These the homies, 5/5 stars. Haven't found a shop more transparent and open about their business on the east or west coast. If I were to be buried in a jewelry store this shop would be on my top 10 list.

She handle me with grace, professionalism & stellar customer service. I was then led to the appraiser Adrienne who was equally graced with all things good & the reason why Shannon's has gained a loyal customer. Adrienne gave a phenomenal experience. I had my grandmother’s wedding ring resized at Shannon Jewelry. The woman that helped me, Ariel, was extremely nice and the service was quick. My family has used Shannon for years to repair and resize jewelry and I trust them.

I wanted to reset some jewelry and gemstones I had in my possession. Shannon’s Jewelry was referred to me by a close friend and I had previously worked with them when I upgraded my wedding rings by purchasing a new center stone and ring guard. I consulted with Nicholas Baldwin who answered all my questions, explained the process involved and itemized all charges. The creation and selection of a design was more involved than I remembered. Nick’s advice and expertise were invaluable. The design process and resetting work was done in the store. What I had requested took time. Nick made sure I knew I was welcome to check on the progress of the work being done at the store or via email. In retrospect, I have nothing negative to report. Since purchasing and resetting stones for my jewelry, I have been very satisfied with the design work. Nick’s patience and recommendations made the whole process worth the wait. Nick and the staff of Shannon’s Jewelry not only did a fantastic job, and I will use them again for any and all purchasing and servicing of my jewelry needs.

This place is a ripoff. I don’t know how they can live with themselves trying to offer $2k for a $10k value ring. If they take an item on consignment they charge a 40% commission! That is robbery. I hope no one would be dumb enough to sell their item to them or let them put it on consignment.

This store is amazing! I was looking to have a ring sized and the staff was happy to help get me a quote and their repairs are only ONE week! I went to several other stores and the repair time is 2-3 weeks. This is now the only jewelry store I will go to from now on. Thank you Shannon Jewelers!!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here, and it’s literally the most stunning ring I’ve ever seen. It’s a pear shaped Alexandrite with a round diamond on either side of the main stone. He originally went in and picked the setting, but asked that the main stone be replaced with Alexandrite. The person(s) that assisted him worked to help him over a week long period, and helped walk him through the process. In the end, I’d say he did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more happy to have such a unique, bold, and beautiful ring.

Today was my first time there. I did quite a bit of research before picking this jeweler. I dropped off my vintage wedding ring to have my new wedding band soldered together. The service from the moment I walked in was wonderful. The lady helped answer my questions and put just as much care about my jewelry as if it were her own. The jeweler ( a gentleman) also helped answer a question or two I had. I felt welcome not rushed and I will definitely be back just because of this attention a received. I just know the work I’m having done will be just as great.

Shannon Jewelers is top notch the best jewelry shop in the whole Houston Area and I have used a few. I have used them for over 4 years now. I believe nice brand new jewelry sales itself but when you have a repair shop with integrity, professionalism and patience to do the job right the first time you have a rarity.All the reps I have met have been spectacular. Byron is the best when working on watches. He is meticulous and calls to tell you all he will be doing and what should you do but does not push the sale. Even the security door guy is so polite but also so aware. Thanks guys. See you soon to pick up my necklace and watch.
