The people at this place are so nice !! Each time I came in I was greeted by a sweet lady that treated me like we had known each other for years!! Her coworkers were also very friendly! They repaired a piece of jewelry for me that has sentimental value and when I picked it up, it was also cleaned. We had the pleasure of meeting with Ashley and Chris today. What a magnificent experience. It’s a beautiful store, in a safe environment to enjoy your jewelry. For us I was liquidating some old jewelry. They put us in a private room so we could evaluate and come to terms with a reasonable offer. this was not a high-pressure situation, this is a very cordial polite, and respectful let alone professional conversation. I believe they were fair with their offers, And quite frankly I really enjoyed the opportunity to work with them and liquefying our assets. It was evident with all the tests that they had the knowledge, skills, and experience to make us a reasonable offer. This is the way true professionals behave as there were some items that didn’t meet the criteria and I was able to take them off the table. If you’re looking to sell your jewelry, you should strongly consider at least meeting with them. I was very pleased with the end result. I think you would be happy too ! Out of all the jewelry stores in Virginia Beach this was a pleasurable experience. Without the pressure.

Very nice people. But the appraisal I received on my bridal set was not correct. It was off by .4ct and the stone count was 12 off. The people appraising are sales associates. Shabby work for a service that they offer.

This is a great place. Went in to sell some loose diamonds and was taken care of right away. They made me feel as if i was at home. They broke down all the steps and lingo for looking at a diamond and even showed me the real closeup of the diamond to see the imperfections. They gave me a quote and showed me how they got it. I will highly recommend anyone to go here, you wont be disappointed!

We know Anya from when she worked at our local jewelry store in Indiana. When it was time for our 25th Anniversary my husband wanted to get me a new wedding set. I purchased a 377 battery for an old watch today. It cost $15 and change. I just learned that one battery costs less than $5, two, $13. Shame on me for not asking beforehand, but have never been charged more than $5 for a new battery install. Maybe I paid for the "Adele" brand. Not again. Jewelry probably overpriced, too. Be advised.

Very elegant and the young man was very professional and yet relaxed..made me feel comfortable in selling my 14 kt gold anklet that was broken. Gave me a way better price than a pawn shop.... Didn't want to sell it but I didn't want to lose it either. The store was very clean and was offered water, coffee and wine. Gave me a check after being sold for exact price. I will most likely go back and buy from there..thanx
