This place has been around for 99 years for a reason. My (now) fiancé came in together to get my engagement ring. We worked with Kathy, who went above and beyond and even though the store was incredibly busy both times we went in, she made us feel like the only people there. She assisted us with designing the custom engagement ring of my dreams. She was knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect center diamond and setting. Even though I knew I was getting engaged and what the ring would consist of, I was still surprised seeing it all put together when he finally did surprise me over breakfast. Thank you Kathy! I cannot say enough great things about Gennaro’s jewelry. The diamond on my engagement ring became loose. I was beyond paranoid to wear my ring because I was afraid I was going to lose my diamond. My family members said they only trust Gennaro’s. As soon as I walked into the store, I was in love with all their jewelry. The store is stunning. Sean was beyond helpful. He greeted us immediately and was beyond friendly. He is super knowledgeable about diamonds and all jewelry. I absolutely love his honesty and integrity. He cleaned my ring and even had the diamond adjusted. Everything is done right in front of you. They show you your diamond on a big screen and your diamond never leaves your sight. I am so sorry that I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me find the most perfect wedding band. I have a low set emerald solitaire, and it was hard to find anything that would fit... also to have in time for my wedding in two weeks (whoops). Not only did he find something beautiful, but it was in budget, fit perfectly around my ring and was in 3 days before the wedding. Can not recommend enough.

This is by far one of the BEST jewelry stores. Every time I go here the staff is nothing but kind to me. I went yesterday to look for a piece for myself, something cute and affordable. Sean helped me, right away. He was so knowledgeable and really made me feel heard. He asked me my price range and when I threw out a number, he showed me what I could afford and what I would maybe like. I found such a beautiful necklace for such an economical price, way way below my price range!!! I also brought in my fiancés chain and cross pendant that were completely tarnished. He was so willing to help me and took him only about 5-10 minutes to clean. He cleaned it with no hesitation and it looks brand new. This is the second time they’ve done this for me too!! I needed some repairs (and what turned out was a reset job) on an engagement ring that was a family ring and a lot of sentimental value. The team at Gennaro (especially Anthony, who walked me through the whole process so nicely) were so thoughtful and caring, and really took the time to help me understand everything that would happen, all while I waited there. A friend recommended Genaro Jewelers to me after I had bent my engagement ring. I walked in and was greeted at the door & was helped immediately. It’s hard to know where to begin…..I have been a customer of Gennaro Jewelers for years and have always been totally satisfied. I went there recently and had the best experience imaginable. I was replacing pieces of jewelry I lost. The salesperson, Sean, was extremely helpful. He was patient knowledgable, and so very helpful. The choices available are unending. The service and feeling that they want their customers to be satisfied is evident, and you get the feeling they really care, and will do whatever necessary to be sure you leave with a good feeling. We were looking to customize my fiancee's engagement ring by adding a new diamond. We went to another jeweler and they told us there was nothing that could be done to change the ring. We then went by Gennaro for a second opinion. The assistant manager Adriana walked us step by step through the process of what she envisioned for my fiancee's ring. Since the first day I walked into Gennaro Jewelers I was quite impressed at the kindness, patience and professionalism I experienced. I went in with my original engagement ring which is 32 years old --- the band split away from the diamond band and the prongs were very worn. I found my father-in-law's 1940s gold watch stuffed in a bag in the bottom of a shoe box. I took it to Gennaro Jewelers for restoration. Wow! The watch got a complete overhaul and new crystal. It is beautiful. The staff is courteous and efficient, and I could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this jeweler.

I recently visited Gennaro to remove diamonds from an antique ring my mom had left my sister when she passed to add to a photo scribe. We went this morning for the first time. I had a couple stones missing from my ring and had to get a band sized, and wanted to choose another band to complete my wedding set. I was blown away. From start to finish, they were amazing. They walk you through every step of the process. Your jewelry never leaves your sight. I was amazed by the whole process from measuring, replacing stones, sizing all while being accompanied one of their many friendly staff members. We found out that one of the stones I had lost, that our old jeweler replaced was a cubic zirconia. They tested everything in front of us with a tool that shows if a stone is real or not. The entire experience was 5 star, and I really appreciated the level of customer service through and through. We will definitely be back and most likely will not use another jeweler ever again. Gennaro Jewelers is incredible. In just over two hours, I had a new setting for a century old diamond engagement ring. Not wanting to compromise the original setting’s look, Diana expertly helped me select a new setting that could most closely resemble the original. Her time, patience, and knowledge gave me the confidence to make this necessary change. (Not to mention the great conversations we had while I “watched and waited”.)The diamond setter skillfully recreated the look and set the diamonds with impeccable precision. The ring was moved from station to station and never left my sight. Each person handled the ring with respect and cleaned it multiple times along the journey to achieve maximum sparkle. Gennaro far exceeds any jeweler I have ever experienced.
