I am pleased with the quality of my purchase and felt that they had reasonable pricing. We also had repair work, I was impressed in the turnaround time and capability in craftsmanship.

We chose Herzog to remake my engagement ring and purchase our wedding bands after another company’s band broke. Herzog made us feel as though we were their only client and a close friend who cared about our rings as much as we did. Mandy was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We were told it could take up to 4 weeks to remake the band and it was done in 2! Their prices and quality are unmatched, and we have found a jeweler for life.

They are very professional and really take the time to create something you will love. I had 3 rings I didn't wear anymore that were just sitting in my jewerly box. Went in to look at rings today and the sales associate who had brown hair red lipstick and the leopard print shirt didn't give a damn about what I had to say. She was very pushy and aggressive and became super condescending towards me when I asked if the ring I wanted made could come with an alternative cheaper stone because of budget. More than likely won't go back or recommend.

The Anniversary bands we bought are BEAUTIFUL and the customer service from Tara Michelle was excellent. I inquired about a diamond pendant to match. but did not like how the diamond was attached. Herzog made me a custom designed pendant for the same price, and is stunning. Price, service, experience and quality make this a great jeweler.

When my fiancée wanted the ring setting updated (nothing wrong with it, just a change of mind) they worked immediately to get the setting updated for us exactly how she wanted it and communicated with us throughout the whole (quick) process. We did the setting change from out-of-state and had no worries about shipping the ring because they were so organized and efficient.
