I’ve always gotten my jewelry from Day’s, my whole family does! It’s always a wonderful experience with friendly staff. I went in recently to have my ring cleaned and new battery put in my watch. When Paul brought them over he was nice, funny, and so generous offering the watch battery as a Christmas present! It’s those little personal touches that make a great business.

I recently bought my wife a pair of earrings for our anniversary and the people at Day's were wonderful to deal with. I don't live near any of their locations, but I called and asked to have it shipped to me and they took care of it for me! The quality of their products is great. My wife's engagement ring and my wedding ring are also from Day's and we couldn't be happier with them.

I made an appointment August 13 2020 to have my watch battery replaced. I didn't remember to pick it up until I found a receipt while cleaning. I figured, if it's gone it's gone. (they are not responsible for items left after 60 days) It was a Skagen watch, not expensive.. no real reason to keep it for a year...it wasn't like it was a Rolex or Omega. AMAZINGLY. On Sept 8 2021 it was still there. One drawer was opened and there was my watch. It literally took 10 seconds to find my watch, AFTER A YEAR. I was treated as if I had a 10 thousand dollar item and not a 50 dollar watch. To all the employees that work there. Thank You.

TWICE I HAD A CLASP PUT ON MY DIAMOND BRACELET THE STAFF DID NOT LISTEN THE LAST TIME IT WAS BROKEN HAD TO DRIVE 3 TIMES TO THE STORE THEY DID NOT REPLACE JUST STRAIGHTENED THE PREVIOUS WORK AND I LOST 2 DAYS LATER PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER STORE IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS I WOULD LOSERVILLE LOST MY FAVORITE 3000.00 DOLLAR BRACELET THEY WER SO WORRIED AS YO HOW MUCH IT WAS WORTH RATHER THE REPAIR I HAVE POSTED THIS REVIEW TWICE AND THEY REMOVE IT JUST GOES TO SHOW THE QUALITY OF WORK

I went to Day's Jewelers to get my loving wife a beautiful necklace for her birthday on April 19th. The young ladies that helped me were more then professional in their help and attitude. I have pledged to make Day's Jewelers my only store to buy my wife anything she wants there. How could I go anywhere else and expect the quality help I received from Day's? I don't believe I could. Amazing staff, helped me find an amazingly beautiful engagement ring for an equally beautiful fiancé. Edit: a year later, due to the styling of her engagement ring, we couldn't find a matching wedding band for it. So, after a couple napkin sketches and speaking with the Metalsmith/Jeweler, we took the option to have her engagement ring custom designed with my drawings and his extremely helpful input, to be made into a 1 of a kind Wedding Ring. His extreme precise and exquisite craftsmanship created a ring to match exactly as we had pictured. We couldn't be more in love with his work and how amazing it came out. She gets comments on it all the time (photos do no justice). As always, staff are extremely welcoming and inviting, and exceptionally helpful. Been going here for over a decade, and will continue to have Days as my #1 Jeweler. TY so much for making her ring perfect, and working with us on such a tight schedule, and still having it come out exactly as how we had imagined.

We went in on their designing day and were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful design that was made specifically for us incorporating my grandmother’s diamonds as well as our own. Casey was amazing and took care of our every need! Don’t get this place confused with the inadequate jewelry stores that are out there today, because working with Days was just like working with your small town jeweler! Loved every minute❤️

Day's Jeweler's has the most helpful staff. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. They do on site repairs and maintenance on jewelry. They are awesome and always accommodating.

I'm always pleased with the staff whenever I visit Day's Jewelers in Bangor. I recently lost an earring when I took a trip to Italy. I stopped at Day's soon after I returned from my trip. They special ordered another set of earrings, almost identical to the one I lost! I highly recommend this jewelry store for all your jewelry needs. Plus! They will clean your diamond engagement ring FREE of charge!

I have been to Day's Jewelers multiple times over the year. Their in-store service is always polite and never pushy. I had some antique jewelry repaired with them and not only was it done quickly but it was done perfectly and cost effectively. My grandmother's earrings never looked so great!! If you are still going elsewhere for great jewelry and great service, you need to switch over to Day's. It'll be the best move you ever made!!

I've always had great customer service at the Day's in Bangor! When you walk in someone is there to greet you and help you with whatever you need. My husband and I picked out our wedding bands here and are very happy with them. They worked with me to find the perfect band to match my engagement ring. I also love that you can get your rings cleaned any time free of charge. Day's is my favorite!

Paul and Kate were absolutely phenomenal. My partner and I went to see what kind of rings we would like, and the two of them helped so much with sizing, cut, shape, etc. They were kind and attentive and so knowledgeable. I can’t wait to purchase my partners wedding ring from here.

I’m in Canada and I was on the hunt for a specific watch that my husband so badly wanted due to his fathers passing. I searched high and low, I found one at Days and when I purchased the watch, I was contacted due to that watch being defective.. OH NO! honestly, I was crushed and it was the ONLY one. I was then contacted again and they had found another one they didn’t know they had.. can you say “meant to be”? Anyways, the customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely purchase from here again, and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Got my ring back from repair today on valentine's day, store had promotion for free chocolate and roses if you spent ¼ what I did. Doesn't apparently count.... only person leaving the store with jewelry and no free gifts.....

I've dedicated my business to Day's jewelers on Stillwater Ave sense 2015; unfortunately after my phone call with cadence ended moments ago, I have no option but to shop elsewhere for my white gold diamond filled pen that she doesn't remember ever selling and will have to pull up my account & after that, says ayh yes!
