I went in and had my rings cleaned, initially. (Which they didn’t charge me for.) I really liked the cute little shop and the friendly service. I came back the following week to have my rings soldered together and was told they would try and get it done by the end of the following week. (Dropped off on Friday, expected pick up by following Friday.) Very affordable and good turn around time. The next morning (today) Saturday, a weekend nonetheless and before noon, received a text that my rings were DONE. Rings are shiny and thanks to Kirk & Co., now in one piece. Kirk and Company made all of my ring dreams come true! My now mother in law and I brought in family heirlooms to create a custom wedding band that was made by Joe as well as, pick out all the details of my emerald cut engagement ring with Andrea! Great customer service, beautiful work and HONEST! The last time my rings looked this good was 1996 when my junior high sweet heart gave them to me!! My 27-year-old wedding & engagement rings needed to be restored. One well known local company simply looked at my rings and suggested I melt them down and choose a new design - not worth the time or my money to fix. After I explained I wanted MY RINGS I was told that they could not do the work. At Kirk & Co. the rings were evaluated with me, problems were clearly explained and I was provided with options and risks moving forward. This company not only has beautiful pieces in the store, but offers RESTORATION of the jewelry you LOVE and CREATION of the pieces that you DREAM OF..

The people at Kirk and Co. are wonderful! Customer service was excellent! So friendly and helpful. They took my mom’s ring and helped me make a replica (with some minor changes) of it. They’re care and study of the ring in order to find the right materials for making a new one were very detailed and attentive. Throughout the process, they keep me up to date of the status of the ring the entire time which I appreciated. The end result was absolutely beautiful! And it slid right on like a smooth glove. I highly recommend them for any custom design jewelry!

I can't even begin to say how wonderful they were and how glad I am that I found them. I had taken my wedding ring set (32 yrs) to a reputable jeweler in our area almost a year ago for repair and was told it was not repairable. I was devastated. Really wonderful experience taking my ring here for repairs. Everything was explained clearly and their repair costs were transparent and fair. After a couple poor customer service experiences at other jewelers, my husband and I left feeling like finally we received the customer service experience that one expects when walking into a fine jewelry store. Beautiful custom pieces as well. Repairs were completed on time and my ring looks as beautiful as the day I received it. They have earned customers for life. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had my wedding ring worked on and was very pleased with the results. I had a diamond that fell out replaced and my bands fused together. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and the prices were fair. They also had a unique variety of jewelry offerings.

We were told it my take some time to get made due to ordering materials. I was surprised when I got the call telling me the necklace was done and now I can surprise her with it for Christmas! It was so fun to work with Joe to come up with a design for my ring. He was so patient and took the time to share his knowledge with us. He showed me several photos of pieces he has made, and even brought in an example of engraving he’s done so I could figure out exactly what I wanted. I just told him my favorite parts of what I saw and he used his creativity, talent and craftsmanship to make a beautiful, one-of-a-kind mother’s ring that is absolutely PERFECT!!! Absolutely love Kirk & Co! They resized both my engagement ring and wedding band. Then unfortunately my engagement ring broke up near the diamond and they fixed that as well for a very reasonable price. Super quick turnaround both times. Definitely recommend!

My experience with Kirk & Co exceeded my expectations. I went to them to do a little facelift to my platinum wedding ring that was custom made over 20 years ago, and was looking a little "tired". They asked great questions, and I felt very comfortable that the ideas in my head were going to be brought to life. Kirk Jewelers were great in helping us design my 1 carat emerald cut diamond engagement ring. They were very conscience of our price range. They treated us like we were their only customers during the process. We also have the assurance with our insurance policy that Kirk Jew elers can take care of any issues locally. Bought my wife's engagement ring here. Very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a huge amount to spend but they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into something more expensive, nor made me feel like I wasn't spending enough. I visited several other stores that came across as pretentious and they were anything but. I was able to get a unique look and stone within my budget. Ended up getting our wedding bands here too.

They always take a photo of what you leave with them for repair or cleaning. Will do appraisals. Prices are reasonable. Family owned and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. When I called I got a very informative employee, who quickly and easily answered all my questions about a engagement ring resizing. When I took the ring in I bought the express resizing. They had it done in 2 hours! This is my one experience but it was definitely was super satisfying. I got the chain on a dainty gold open heart necklace that was a gift from my Grandma. It’s incredibly thin and fragile and I tore it by accident. Since she passed, it’s been so much more important to me. They did an incredible job and it was done quicker than expected!

I had my wedding ring redesigned and my husband traded his in for a new band. They did a fabulous job! From the moment I walked in, the jewelers walked us though what options we had, the process, and were very upfront about pricing. Everyone we had encountered with was very nice and knowledgeable. I told the jeweler what I was thinking I wanted, and he nailed it. I LOVE my newly designed ring! Definitely recommend them!

I asked on Reddit for a jeweler that could design a highly customized engagement ring for my girlfriend (spoiler alert: now my fiancé!), and I'm so glad Kirk & Company was recommended! I was able to walk in with a (very) vague idea and walk out with a ring that has been the center of attention amongst her family, friends, and colleagues! The entire team walked me through sketches, CAD renderings (and several revisions), wax molding and finally production and always paid close attention to what I was trying (sometimes not very well) to describe; obviously, they offered their professional suggestions along the way, but kept my design ideas at the center of their discussion. Obviously, this wasn't a cheap endeavor, but the price range was quoted up-front and updated at several points as we discussed metals, stone sizes, details, and so on - and actually the final price ended up being on the lower end of the initial quote, so certainly satisfied there! Perhaps the *only* improvement I could even possibly suggest would be a more realistic timeline of the entire process and/or more consistent updates on where the process was. From first conversation to walking out with the ring took about 5 months; to be fair though, I was in no hurry and did explicitly tell them on many occasions that I had no deadline to work with - so not a complaint by any means. TL;DR - amazing job, professional staff, and 10/10 would come here again!

Besides purchasing beautiful pieces from their showroom, I have had rings resized, necklaces repaired, stones checked and prongs fixed, pearls re-strung, and batteries changed in watches. I have gotten numerous pieces of jewelry cleaned so well that they come back looking brand new. Bracelets that I wouldn't wear, for fear they would fall off my wrist, were repaired with secure clasps that make them a joy to wear without worries. But the most fabulous thing that Kirk & Company Jewelers does is make custom, one-of-a-kind pieces. They made me the most beautifully stunning ring that never fails to get compliments when I wear it. Knowing that this ring was made especially for me enhances the sentimental value that will be passed down for generations to come. Great experience on getting a watch repair. The staff were friendly and informative. I received an estimate quickly a few days later (they send watches out) and quickly received the notification that it was fixed. They stayed open a couple of minutes late so that I could pick it up and were so incredibly accommodating and friendly.

I was treated so well by three different sales persons. One replaced a battery and traded watch bands, another removed spacers on a diamond ring, so I could wear it again. And finally, a third showed me the costs of making a valuable ring into a necklace and then cleaned my diamond. I paid for the battery, but all the extra tasks were graciously given to me at no charge. This is my favorite jewelry store in all of Cincinnati-they are professional, honest, and genuinely kind to everyone who comes in the store. I know I can trust them with my most precious jewelry.

I have had multiple amazing experiences with this company. They are always friendly and willing to help with whatever your needs are. My husband and I went in looking for a wedding band and the owner went out of his way to show my husband around their work shop and explain how everything was made.
