Dear Nash Jewellers, I had my first experience with Nash Jewellers, and have to say being born and raised in London, I had always noticed the Nash Brand. However honestly speaking, I’ve always been intimidated with the impression that all high end jewellery stores consisted of high pressure sales, as I’ve previously experienced from other local stores. Finally a couple weeks ago, I decided to make a call and set up an appointment with their watch specialist Richard to see what Nash had to offer. Having no experience with purchasing luxury watches, I didn’t know what to expect. My overall experience with Richard was pleasant and my initial thoughts of being pressured to buy something immediately went away within minutes. Being that I’ve never purchased a watch from an AD and was unsure of what I was looking for, his receptiveness had me at ease and made the experience positive. He answered all my questions and at no point were there instances of pressure to buy. My intent was more so a meet and greet to further explore my watch options. He happily showed my wife and I a few watches he felt met my criteria and surprisingly they were exactly what I was looking for ! Unfortunately, the models he showed us were already reserved... I already knew these were it. He intended to showcase these watches to see the fit on my wrist. He was extremely informative with the whole process and it definitely makes a difference knowing how a watch feels and looks on your wrist than simply browsing online. As I mentioned, I really had no intention of purchasing anything. But after my experience, my wife wanted me to try on a watch that was in one of the showcases and surprisingly I purchased my first luxury watch!! I’m extremely happy with my experience my purchase and I look forward to shopping ar Nash jewellers again! Quite frankly I'm disappointed with the service. I took almost 3 months to get my Tissot watch serviced. That's not acceptable. I realize you are dealing with an outside vendor and it's not entirely your fault, but you could have kept me posted as to the progress with the service. I ordered two Mikimoto pearl accessories from them. They are hard to find in canada, Nash kindly helped me find the style that I really like. Due to I am not in London, they shipped it to me and I was able to get it within 24 hours. In the package, they wrapped it up very nicely. I just wanted to comment on how much I enjoy your outdoor “up lights”. I work in the south end and I live in the north end. I drive by your building every morning around 7 while it’s still dark. I love when I get the red light at Oxford and Wonderland because I get to watch the lights on the outside of your building. This may seem trivial, but they are incredibly calming. I time my breath as the colours change and I really feel like it centres me for my day ahead! Today I didn’t get the red light and I really missed my little meditation. I've been looking everywhere around GTA for the Rolex, one of AD in Toronto had one I wanted but didn't hold it for me even I told them I'm coming in within 5 hours. However, Ting Ting at Nash was happy to hold last stock for me when I told her I'm driving all the way from Grimsby/Hamilton area. Ting Ting and all the other staff's service was great. They give you enough time to try it on and decide, no silly up-sale talk, just cannot get better than this. Overall, my AD experience was flawless. 5 stars. I would comeback for next purchases!

Ok, so this place is amazing. I've been to many jewelry stores in my life and this one is one of the best. It's a hallmark in London. The people here are some of the best most trained professionals you will find in the industry. I have dealt with Robyn mostly and she is the definition of great customer service! I'm not sure whats up with those couple of negative comments here maybe there is some ulterior motives because I can't understand it. Anyway, I cant say enough good about this place. I bought a watch here many years ago and recently I purchased a couple of simple silver items. These are sales that are a drop in the bucket compared to the beautiful Rolex's and Gold they have here. None of that mattered to Robyn or anyone else here. They treated me like I was buying an 18K Rolex Yacht-Master. That kind of thing goes a long way. Being pushy is definitively not part of their job description here which is rare to find in a jewelry store. Anyway, don't ever go to chain jewelry store in mall again.
