Complete rip-off scam artist tried to scam me for a 24 karat gold bar lied to me and told me they could x-ray it through the original plastic packaging. This is a lie I've checked with the manufacturer of the X-ray machine and it cannot see thru plastic accurately! He told me he had a special x-ray machine that can tell the differences between types of metals I have done the research there is no such machine that can accurately do this the only way to test the gold is by actually acid testing it physically by doing an acid test also there is a serial number on the back of the original mint sealed package from the Australian Perth Mint along with a weight of the package and a 10 gram gold bar just happens to weigh 10 grams believe it or not they tried to not only tell me that my 10 gram gold bar was fake but tried to rip me off and steal it from me they are scam artists I would not bring anything to them they are a total rip-off they tried to scam me for a 24 karat gold bar what do you think they're going to do with your business please take my warning and stay away from this place they are bad news they also have their employees write reviews for them to cover up all of the battery views that they have had it is a requirement apparently if you work there to do reviews on a daily basis just to try to keep their ratings High because they are such scam artist be aware of the scam artist this place is a rip-off sold my friend a $2,200 ring and then tried to offer him $100 for it a year later I even had the receipt from the Perth Mint on this pure 99.999% 24 karat gold bar and they still try to rip me off watch for Jeff he's one of the main scam artist I've checked on your X-ray machine and it is completely inaccurate acid test is the most accurate way to test it not to mention the receipt and the fact that I was bought it directly from the Perth Mint and it was in the original sealed certificate Packaging with the official weight serial number and manufacturing date this cannot be faked you are definitely a liar x-ray machines are inaccurate and cannot see through plastic I've checked with all the different manufacturers and your $24,000 machine that you supposedly own is completely uncapable of checking medals through plastic accurately making you a liar and scam artist thanks for wasting everyone's time and ripping people off I will be sure to let everyone know what a scam artist you really are I actually called the company that makes the X-ray machine they claim to have and they told me" it could not see through the plastic container and determine the difference of the product inside the container or what it is made of that the plastic distorts its ability to work properly"

Do not go here to sell gold or diamonds. They offered me 210.00 for 2 gold rings and a single stud diamond earring. I went down the street to Mr. Gold and was offered over 600.00 for the same items. Fullers isn’t interested in fair prices, they are interested in making the most money for Fullers. Shop around folks, it pays in the long run.

I was very leery on leaving my jewelry but in my heart I said I'll be okay, I was amazed of the beautiful job they've done on repairing and cleaning my jewelry it means a lot to me. The customer service was just excellent they were caring detailed and ensuring I received confirmation on when it was ready. I wasn’t sure exactly what engagement ring to buy, so he helped me find the diamond and placed it in a simple setting and band. Fullers is fantastic. I brought in a vintage Rolex of my grandfather’s that was in abysmal shape, and they repaired it beautifully for a reasonable price. I ordered a replacement band online for that watch and another jewelry repair store attached the links incorrectly, and refused to fix it afterwards. I brought it back to Fullers instead and they reinstalled the links correctly, free of charge. Excellent service here and I will be back for any jewelry repairs needed in the future.

Looked EVERYWHERE to find a 14k rose gold paperclip necklace with station diamonds. I kept finding yellow or white gold but not what I was looking for. I had other jewelers tell me they check and get back, but nothing. I stumbled on Fullers and despite being half a country away, they worked with me to get the necklace made for a very reasonable price, then shipped to me. First of all everyone was very friendly and courteous. Secondly, it’s a beautiful store with a huge selection of gorgeous jewelry of all types. My purpose for being there (for the first time) was to have two rings sized. They took very careful measurements and I liked that they took pictures of the rings. I was given a date when they would be ready and the whole process took only about 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the work was guaranteed. I was very happy that the rings were ready 4 days earlier than initially promised and the fit is perfect plus both are beautifully polished. Overall GREAT experience.

I take all my jewelry repairs to Fuller. They do a great job, work in a timely manner, and their prices are fair. While there, I always take time to browse the fine jewelry displays. They have some truly beautiful pieces. I've also discussed having them replicate a ring that my parents gave me for my 16th birthday, that sadly, was stolen. This experience signified a few "firsts" for me. I had never ventured into creating a custom jewelry piece before, so naturally when I decided I wanted a ring guard for my engagement ring, I of course wanted it to be perfect. Since, I was trying to incorporate generational diamonds I already had, I knew I wanted to find a company that would take the utmost care of these items during this process. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I brought my engagement ring in here in January 2020 to be soldered to my wedding bands. When they were soldered, it made the bands far too small. I couldn’t get them over my knuckle. When I called to see if they could resize it, they told me to come in Saturday morning and that I didn’t need an appointment. I came in the morning of my bachelorette party and was told that I did need an appointment to get it fixed. After explaining that I called a week prior, they were willing to work with me. I requested it be sized as an 8 and they complained when I wanted to do that. A manager brought my ring to me and DROPPED IT ON THE FLOOR!!!! Careless with other people’s possessions. Fast forward to January 2021, THE SOLDER THAT THEY DID BROKE. On top of that, the jeweler that did it where I live now was shocked at the poor job that Fullers did in taking care of me. They said that it was an not even the way it’s supposed to be done. The entire ring bent! Take your business elsewhere in Dallas!

The ring I picked out was actually something Justin designed. It’s amazing and she’s very happy. This is my second purchase with Fuller’s the first being a Rolex, which you can have serviced there too. I can say this won’t be my last trip in the store, my only bad luck is my future wife’s birth stone is a diamond!

The customer service and quality of product is perfect! My husband had my engagement ring designed by Justin about 5 years ago. It has held up perfect and is a beautiful design. My husband really enjoys his wedding band as it’s light weight and durable yet classy. Great if you like to work with your hands a lot.

I had Fuller’s custom make a beautiful ring using a diamond I had. They were able to get me a beautiful peridot (my son’s birthstone) to complete what I wanted. It is a stunning ring! They had it made quickly and at a very reasonable price. I love what they did for me. Definitely recommend!

I worked with Justin to design a ring based off a photo I brought to the shop.
