I can not recommend Dahlkemper's enough! My fiancée and I worked with Seema to create my custom engagement and wedding set that incorporated my mother's blue sapphires and round diamonds. She helped me keep within our budget to find the perfect engagement diamond, created a CAD drawing for us of what my design would look like and was helpful and responsive to all our questions. I worked with Kat from Dahlkempers for several months to acquire the perfect engagement ring for my now finance! We are from the Erie area but live in Pittsburgh now which presented an issue and going into the store to look at rings and stones. Kat did the most fantastic job of communicating with me via text call and email. She sent me pictures and quotes on tons of different rings. She also had me looking through websites of jewelers they work with. When I finally decided on the right ring she was fast to make it happen and took my payment information over the phone. The next time I was in town I was able to swing by and pick it up. So easy! She also helped me set up the insurance policy and care plan for it! I came into the store over Christmas to thank Kat in person and ended up walking out with a new watch as well! I will absolutely be making the two hour drive for any and all of my jeweler needs!

Wow!!! Hats off to Shawn!!! This guy is absolutely amazing at what he does. I can't even begin to express my gratitude and I can't say enough times how his work is state of the art! My wedding ring which also has a wrap with 4 leaves and 2 diamonds in each leaf has been on my finger for over 26 years. Somehow the top 2 leaves broke of the rest of the wrap and I couldn't find the piece that broke off. Of course, the ring has sentimental value and broke my heart to even think about buying a new ring. As we all know, if a new ring had to replace the original...it just wouldn't be the same. I decided to take a shot in the dark and go to Dahlkemper's Jewelry Connection. Best decision ever!! Shawn was able to make the part of the wrap that broke and just went off a picture I had of my ring. Patty saw that one stone was wiggling and needed tightened (the first time in the seven years that I’ve had it). Patty even took care to show me with their magnification device so that I’d be able to see for myself what needed tended to!!! We have always loved and trusted Dahlkemper’s for our jewelry needs, from my own gorgeous custom 3 diamond engagement ring that the jeweler worked with my husband to create, to our wedding bands, to my diamond enhancer 15 years later, and most recently a phenomenal restoration on my grandmother’s 76+ year old bridal set that was passed on to me. Grandma’s rings needed 2 new diamonds, including her solitaire, and a small one on her wedding band, and a total of 8 settings all re-pronged, and rings soldered together so I could wear her set daily and cherish it. After visiting the chain stores in the mall and nobody was willing to help us, we decided to check out Dahlkemper's. We were immediately greeted by smiling faces and met Patty. She was able to answer our questions and showed us a variety of examples. In the 5 minutes with Patty we had better customer service than an entire morning at various chain stores. I would 10/10 recommend Dahlkemper’s for all of your jewelry needs. My family has been shopping with them for 30+ years. Most recently, was our engagement ring and wedding bands! I have since moved to Pittsburgh, but I told my now husband that my only proposal requirement was that he went to Dahlkemper’s! They helped him choose, order, and pick up the ring without me ever noticing he went to Erie and back! Picking our bands was difficult for me— I was very indecisive about it, but the team at Dahlkemper’s did not rush me and helped me through multiple sessions of trying on just about every band that they had until I picked my favorite! They also helped me customize my grandmothers wedding ring so that I could wear it on my opposite hand on our wedding day— the integrity of the original ring was upheld and it turned out perfect! I will also share when I took my ring for a cleaning someone outside of the store had lost lumber in the middle of Peach St. I sent my husband to help him, and soon there after Dahlkemper’s staff was also out helping and offering them water. I found that to be above and beyond! Their care for their customers is exceptional and I know I will always get the best quality jewelry from them! Dahlkempers has been absolutely wonderful to work with over the past few months! My now fiance worked with Katherine to pick out the most perfect engagement ring. She worked with me when I needed my ring resized & was uncomfortable sizing it down to the recommended size. I went back 3 times to get it resized only to wind up with the size she originally recommended, but not once did she make me feel silly for doing so. We had such an amazing experience with them that we knew we wanted to go back to get our wedding bands as well. Katherine truly cares about making sure the customer is happy & didn't try to push us to buy wedding bands we weren't in love with. She was patient as I tried on probably 20+ bands only to not find the perfect one. She went above and beyond to odder a few more in based on what I thought I'd like. Turns out she was spot on because I knew right away when I saw the ordered band that it was the one. She worked closely with the jewlers there to make a dream of mine come true - to weld together both my mother and grandpas wedding band to create the back of mine. I could not ask for anything more! My family has shopped at Dahlkemper's for years for anything jewelry related. They are great for all budgets and occasions. They do free ring cleanings on the spot so I stop in once or twice a year to have that done and look over the estate pieces in the back. I've found some amazing one of a kind pieces in those cases! This last weekend when my husband and I stopped in to have his ring sized (which they did in 10 minutes) I found a gorgeous agate ring and amber necklace. Seema was so much fun to work with! I live in Pittsburgh but won't go anywhere else for good jewelry and service. I recently needed two pieces of jewelry repaired (anklet and necklace) and one ring sized up. I worked with Seema. She was excellent. She answered all of my questions and took the time to educate me about the process when I wanted to know me. All pieces of jewelry came back looking brand new. The ring sparkles like the day I bought it and the gold is polished and fresh again. They gave me a firm deadline that the work would be completed by but actually completed about a week ahead of time! I definitely recommend working with Seema and Dahlkemper’s.

My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band here. I get so many compliments on them. I also had Dahlkemper’s create a pendant out of my dad’s wedding band and my mom’s wedding band and diamond from her engagement ring after my dad passed away. It is absolutely beautiful. My mom wears it everyday. They were so easy to work with and completed the pendant quicker than they said they would.

Purchased a custom wedding band for my wife and a wedding band for myself. Overall a fantastic experience! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Catherine and Seema were great and so knowledgeable. We never felt any pressure to buy. They even cleaned several pieces of my wife’s jewelry while we were there.

I know I can always count on the Team at Dahlkemper’s for beautiful jewelry and incredible service and my recent visit was no exception. I had a silver bracelet with patina that less skilled jewelers didn’t really want to help with soldering. When I chatted with Patty, she said no problem and that their jeweler Shawn had the right tools to solder what was needed and keep the piece looking perfect as designed. It was a small job and she even had it done for me faster than expected. I’d highly recommend a stop here when you’re looking for beautiful pieces or high quality repairs to your existing collection. It was key that we had two people to pierce her ears at the same time and they definitely accommodated us! I had an issue at another jewelry location where my jeweler became ill and therefore wasn't able to get mine and my fiance's rings done in time for our wedding. Denise was so kind as well as everyone else, but she's the one who worked with us. She helped us figure out the best options, resized the ring my sister gifted me for the wedding, and had both rings ready for us in time for the wedding! They TRULY saved the day!! I drove down from butler pa and ended up getting an engagement ring from this place. It was beyond cheaper and so much nicer and had many more options then all the other jewelers places. Also went in the morning and they assembled it for me and I was out the door with the ring in hand a couple hours after! Very happy I went there instead of others.

She helped me try on every cut, style, and color. They were also able to repair my engagement ring instantly, as I was only engaged for 48 hours. They are my main jeweler now! My future hubby and I can't rave enough about Dahlkemper's! He purchased the most gorgeous engagement ring from there - so we absolutely had to go back for our wedding bands! We live in the Pittsburgh area, but the short trip up is so, so worth it. We had impeccable service the minute we walked into the store. My wedding rings were resized, bonded together, and loose diamonds tightened. They did an amazing job. It wasn’t real expensive. I wished I’d done it sooner. I can’t stop looking at my hand. I feel like I did after my ceremony, 16 years ago ❤️

Staff is welcoming and warm. They are all very knowledgeable about the jewelry, and you don't feel attacked by sales people when you walk in the door. I absolutely love Dahlkemper’s! It is the only place in Erie that I go for jewelry. My husband got my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band from here. I got my husband a watch as a gift for the day of our wedding. They are always so accommodating, helpful and warm when we go in. There have been many occasions where I have been on a time crunch to get one of my rings adjusted or plated and they always do everything they can to help me! Just today, we came back from our honeymoon where my husband noticed his ring was too loose. We visited Dahlkemper’s and explained our hopes to get it fixed the same day we dropped it off so my husband wouldn’t be without his wedding band. Kathy and Ed took care of it within minutes!
