When I was in high school, Panowicz replaced a watch battery for free and told me to come back when I needed an engagement ring. 25 years later, they’re still there for me! many precious things for anniversaries. When my wife’s ring was lost, they helped me with my insurance company as well as upgraded my wife’s diamomd. Their store is right across the street from the Olympia farmers market, next to a great coffee shop it’s fun just to go in and see all of the crazy cool stuff they have. I love these guys.

Just picked up my wedding ring set after having diamonds added to my wedding band. It is amazing and beautiful. Phil did amazing work and it looks like my wedding set was made this way. The also replaced the prongs on my center diamond as well. They do beautiful work. It was finished in the time frame the gave me. They are a wonderful group of people with excellent customer service. Laurie was so helpful and enthusiastic when I came in asking to look at wedding bars that would compliment my existing wedding ring. It’s a hallow style ring with a round garnet dented stone. Laurie cleaned my ring and then we had a fun half hour playing with all the possibilities. Her first suggestion ended up being my favorite but she let me play around with combinations and options to my hearts content. Laurie was so sweet and engaging. She supported my decision to think on my options. She remembered me when I came back weeks later with my final decision.
