We recently moved to the area and I needed to find a reputable, trustworthy jeweler to take care of my pieces. ie., tighten loose diamond, clean and inspect, re-appraise, replace watch battery....it was important for me that the jeweler I chose have in-house repair and certified in-house appraiser. Brockhaus Jewelry did an absolutely amazing job of engraving the tip of a pocket knife that is a gift for my son. The price was very reasonable price and they finished it much quicker than I anticipated. The employees were very friendly and helpful and I totally recommend Brockhaus if you need something engraved. By the way they have stunning jewelry as well.

I had some custom engraving and design performed on some memorial items after the loss of a family member and Brad worked very hard and diligently to make everything perfect! They are the best Jewelers around. They do repair work they're flexible with payment options they sell the best jewelry around and the people are so courteous they stand by their work and also do custom work. You can't find a better Jeweler around and that is a fact.

I am from Ohio but purchased a setting/ring online from Brockhaus after finding them via a Google search for a specific ring I was after. I was a little weary of buying jewelry online at first, but the price was much better than my local jeweler and this business had stellar reviews. In the end the team at Brockhaus was fantastic! Communication was clear and transparent, and they even took the time to call me to discuss the purchase. Shipping time was also quick and everything was securely packaged. I would absolutely recommend this jeweler.

So after being a return customer for 20 years, I will no longer be going back to this store. I purchased a ring from them a couple of years ago and took it to them recently to do the buyback program. They offered me $1,100 to buy back the ring. The catch was that I had to buy a ring from them and it had to be at least a double the amount ring. So that meant that I was going to have to pay at least $2,200 for the new ring. So not only did they want huge amounts of money from me, they weren't giving me anything for the ring. This is a scam. And I don't appreciate it as a customer. I will be doing all of my business from now on from Lewis Jewelers in Moore or BC Clark in Oklahoma City. So long Brockhaus 👋
