Very expensive repairs for simple repairs. Work was done on time, but were more than what was quoted and one looked really good…the other is very ugly and cheap looking and had I known that was what she meant I would have said no thank you, but the estimate was done over the phone. I’ll have to go elsewhere and have that piece taken off and replaced because it looks like it doesn’t belong on the piece of jewelry as it looks like any other loop attaching to a necklace and it’s giant in comparison to the cross it attaches to, so it looks awful. I had no idea, but the repair was done and it was my fault for not knowing. The other piece looks great, but way too expensive in my opinion, but I should have known when you have to be buzzed in to get into a jewelry store. I’m sure they fo great work on other jewelry, etc…mine was a simple fix and didn’t need to be over $350 for clasps, etc…

Look around, you won’t find many 5 star reviews on any business. When we were looking for a jeweler we saw the 5 stars and knew that we could trust that this would be a good bet. We are new customers and can’t wait come back. The staff is so helpful (not pushy) and they carry the finest jewelry. I would much rather shop here than anywhere in the metroplex. 5 stars is not near enough. I will be a customer for life.

After losing my wedding ring, Melinda Ricketts took the appraisal she had done a few years ago and met with me to redesign my ring. The biggest chore was finding the right diamond for my engagement diamond. Melinda was efficient and had several diamonds for me to look at from the size I had to a little bit bigger. She guided me to the one I chose without making me feel pressured. She was quick to get the design to me, offered to make a model which I turned down. In less than 3 weeks the ring was in my possession. She did an awesome job of taking my old ring formation and redesigning the band to give me the look I wanted. Just gorgeous!! I recommend Susan Robinson Jewelry in Tyler and Melinda Ricketts for any of your fine jewelry needs. They are the best!!!

This was my first time shopping at Susan Robinson. Upon entering I was promptly greeted. I had a chain that need to be repaired. Glenda took care of the repair. I asked about a new necklace and was helped by Cindy. We decided that I needed to bring my necklace jewelry back in. I did that today. Cindy was with another customer but I was promptly taken care of by Melinda and Glenda. I was very happy with my repair and even happier when I was shown a necklace that was perfect for what I was looking for. I went home very happy!
