For years my husband has purchased my jewelry from Reed's so it's pretty much a family tradition. When it was time for our youngest son to purchase his fiance's engagement ring he knew just where to go! Angela was the Sales Associate to help him. Angela was not high pressure-she listened to him and guided him to make the decision that was the right one for him! He also purchased a diamond pendant for her through Brandon-another outstanding sales associate! So of course when it came time to purchase a diamond necklace for our daughter for her wedding I went directly to Reed's! They did not have exactly what I wanted but Brandon and Heather worked with me to design the necklace AND they even rushed it through so I could have it for her to wear it for her wedding which was three weeks away! Truly I feel that we are family when I walk into Reed's! Thanks, Reed's, for helping to make so many beautiful memories for our family!

Exceptional salesperson Michele Herman is the reason for my visit. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from a different retailer so, this was a new experience at a different jeweler. I was not disappointed. I have made some life goals recently and as I reach each milestone I am treating myself to a new gemstone. Having selection that is colorful as is plentiful definitely fits the location. Store is well layer out and lighting is perfect to view the options. I wasn't there for a lifetime diamond, but I have a different diamond with my lifetime salesperson Michele. You should go check the store and Michele out!

When you want the best, shop at Reeds! My husband and I went into Reeds in Henrietta about 9 years ago looking for an engagement ring. We didn't know anything about diamonds at the time. We sat down with Angela who explained all about cut, clarity and styles. She showed us a ton of different diamonds & settings and after spending a couple hours with her, we finally found the perfect one! Angela treated us like family! She was amazing to work with! She didn't pressure us into anything and helped us to find the perfect diamond at the perfect price! We had such a wonderful experience purchasing my engagement ring, that we also purchased our wedding bands from her a few weeks later! The service here is absolutely incredible, from the second you call to the moment that you walk in. Gary was an all around incredible person there to work with, and simply went above and beyond. When I say that Reeds is amazing I truly mean it. Between the staff being super helpful and accommodating, my entire experience with them has been amazing! I bought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands years ago from them and the quality is far superior from anywhere else I’ve been. I’ve since moved out of state and have sent her rings back year after year…..always with some sort of request - re-sizing, bigger center diamond, etc. and they have always taken care of me. My now fiancé got my beautiful ring from here!! Angela went above & beyond to help him and make it happen with such a short notice! They did not feel comfortable setting my stone in the band he picked out with just 2 days, so they set it in a plain band so he was able to give it to me. I went back to see the original band and let them know I did in fact want it, & Angela let me know they would be redesigning it to hold my stone!! She answers all of ours questions and has a wonderful personality & extremely knowledgeable! I can not wait until my forever setting is ready in a few weeks!!! Highly recommend this place.

When we were picking out our engagement ring at Reeds we didn't realize at the time what a special role this store and the jewelry manager, Angela, would play in our wedding. Angela guided us in finding the perfect band and picking a brilliant diamond. I've been excited to show off my beautiful engagement ring for the past three years as we planned our wedding. We had a small hiccup when the diamond fell out of the engagement ring a week after the proposal. Angela personally saw to our complete satisfaction and Reeds actually ended up remaking the band to make it more secure. We were even more pleased with the engagement ring afterwards. Angela again helped us find wedding bands that perfectly complement the engagement ring and our personal preferences. She helped us take advantage of in-store deals that we didn't even know about. And, she helped coordinate ordering and picking up the bands in a way that fit our wedding and travel schedules, since we no longer lived in town but wanted to remain Reeds customers. Right before our wedding, we brought our engagement ring to get polished, but the jeweler was unavailable. Angela once again came to the rescue and found a way to have another jewler out of town polish the ring in time for the wedding! Our wedding was beautiful and we can't keep our eyes off our new wedding bands. We would highly recommend Reeds to any soon-to-be engaged or married couples. Very impersonal service. Should have dealt directly with jewelry designer's store. Make a list of all questions you want answered, compare jewlers before purchasing (just because your friend or relative had a good experience there-doesn't mean you will), if you've purchased life long coverage for your purchased piece, ask for details in writing, if paperwork is refused, ask to speak to manager. Purchasing a piece of jewelry for someone special should be a happy experience, not an experience filled with regret. Receiving a receipt that looks like it was for a cracker jack toy is shocking. Ask for the stores letterhead paper describing the piece of jewelry - size, weight, color etc. Being refused that information? Ask to speck to manager.
