Jewelers.
They
are
a
local
family-owned
and
operated
full
service
jewelry
store
that
is
very
customer
friendly
and
committed
to
providing
excellent
customer
service
and
quality
products
at
competitive
prices.
In
March
2017,
a
new
watch
of
mine
became
magnetized
running
15
minutes
fast
every
4
hours.
I
had
set
it
next
to
a
magnetic
eyeglass
holder
clip
on
my
bedside
table.
I
tried
demagnetizing
the
watch
myself
but
was
unable.
I
called
local
jewelry
stores
to
see
if
they
could
demagnetize
it.
Someone
at
Spitz
Jewelers
confirmed
they
can
and
told
me
to
bring
in
my
watch.
It
took
about
45
minutes
and
I
spent
the
time
drinking
coffee
across
the
street.
When
I
went
to
picked
it
up,
I
confirmed
it
wasn't
demagnetized
with
an
app
on
my
phone.
They
also
tested
the
demagnetized
watch
and
told
me
its
accuracy.
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
when
the
person
told
me
there
was
no
charge
for
the
service.
The
watch
was
mid-tier
(Oris)
and
certainly
not
high
end.
I
was
prepared
to
pay
a
nominal
fee
since
I
wasn't
able
to
fix
it
myself
and
it
took
them
time
to
fix
my
watch.
In
the
middle
of
this
year
close
to
mid-month,
I
decided
to
get
my
next
watch
-
an
Omega
GMT.
Remembering
my
previous
positive
experience,
I
emailed
Spitz
Jewelers.
Kevin
Spitz
replied
to
my
email
in
a
timely
manner.
Not
only
can
he
help
me
get
an
Omega,
they
are
also
an
authorized
Omega
dealer
so
I
can
be
assured
of
the
factory
warranty.
They
have
a
version
of
the
model
I
wanted
but
not
the
exact
model.
He
did
say
he
can
arrange
to
deliver
the
right
configuration
I
wanted.
Being
that
it
was
during
Covid-19,
we
did
all
the
confirmations
by
email.
Understandably,
I
also
wanted
to
minimize
the
number
of
instances
I
am
out
of
the
house.
Near
month-end,
Kevin
informed
me
the
watch
was
available
for
pick-up.
When
I
arrived,
I
was
happy
to
see
they
were
set
up
with
masks
and
disinfectant
wipes
for
their
customers
and
they
minimized
any
physical
contact
with
whatever
they
were
handing
to
me.
I'm
very
particular
about
how
my
watch
bracelets
fit
me
and
a
staff
person
sized
it
perfectly.
Apparently,
some
miscommunication
occurred
regarding
the
configuration
I
was
expecting
and
what
Kevin
understood
from
the
emails;
an
additional
strap
I
was
expecting
was
not
on
hand.
Kevin
smoothly
assured
me
he
would
get
the
other
strap.
And
so
that
I
don't
have
to
return
to
the
store,
he
will
mail
it
to
me.
You
don't
get
to
see
how
much
a
business
cares
about
customer
satisfaction
until
you
see
how
they
react
to
misunderstandings
or
problems.
I
did
get
the
other
strap
mailed
to
me.
I
got
the
Omega
watch
in
the
exact
configuration
I
wanted
from
an
authorized
dealer.
Keven
Spitz
showed
he
cared
about
providing
excellent
service
and
customer
satisfaction.
And
that's
why
I
wrote
this
review.
Great
local
businesses
who
work
hard
to
deliver
great
products
and
an
excellent
buying
experience
should
be
supported.
