My experience went great, they're associates we're very respectful and knowledgeable, as well as efficient. My fiancée and I found our rings very easily and everything went super smoothly at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend/go here again if needed in the future! I absolutely adore Wilson Diamonds and cannot recommend them enough. I’ve worn my ring every day since March of 2017 and it looks just as great as the day I got it. (Third picture is from today) I had some issues with the prongs on my center stone within the first year but Wilson fixed them for me and I haven’t had any issues since! A couple months ago I decided I wanted a different wedding band (not pictured) and Jess has been wonderful in helping me to find the perfect one! I worked with Emma at Wilson Diamonds to customize my ring. It was easy from the beginning. On their website they have an option to text them a question you have, and after I did that, Emma responded within a few minutes. She did great at explaining my next steps and perks of customizing your ring with Wilson Diamonds. I changed my mind about 5 times and Emma was very patient with me the whole time! I think my only complaint was that me and the customization team didn't meet eye to eye, meaning I asked for the ring to be a specific way and they changed things up a little from what I asked. I maybe could have had my ring finished earlier, but this also could have been an issue of me not knowing the logistics of rings/jewelry very well. Overall, Emma provided excellent customer service! She gave me helpful advice on what would and wouldn't work well, and gave me suggestions to make the ring perfect. I am pleased with the service I received and definitely recommend choosing Wilson Diamonds!

After a very unhelpful experience at another jeweler, my girlfriend and I walked into Wilson’s, and the experience was a night and day difference. We worked with Ian and he was great - didn’t pressure us or seem like he was trying to push a sale. He just let her try on lots of different rings and gave helpful explanations about diamonds in general. They had a great selection on display which was helpful in finding something she liked. They price match, so I feel like I ended up with a great deal, and they can do customs so I got exactly what we were looking for. 3 of my closest guy friends all have purchased engagements rings from this place, and now I can see why!

Wilson Diamonds has taken amazing care of me since my engagement in 2015! Even after moving out of Utah to Chicago, I still go to Wilson's because they are that good. From my original engagement ring purchased in 2015, to completely destroying that ring and having it remade with an added custom wedding band in 2018, to upgrading my center stone this year in 2021, Wilson's customer service, selection, and custom design house are all phenomenal, even when you are almost 1500 miles away. We love Wilson's! Immediately when you walk in, an associate will greet you and help you out! We felt so welcome, almost like it was a family business! While I was picking out my ring, I never felt judged for not wanting to use a diamond (I've had other locations be too pushy about using diamond). I loved how they listened to me and worked to create something I wanted! They also would text us pricing and pictures of the rings I was interested in. Ordered a wedding ring and it came back with a lot of differences. It was pretty frustrating because we had waited a long time for it. I had engagement pictures the following weekend and they gave me a loaner ring and 10 minutes before the photoshoot I realized the loaner had fell off my finger and I had lost it! That was pretty frustrating because I wouldn’t have had the loaner if the ring was correct in the first place, but I also lost it so I don’t place the blame on them. So overall it wasn’t a great experience and it dragged on for quite a while. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because of how we were treated throughout the experience. You could tell that this is something that doesn’t happen frequently for them. They were very understanding and accommodating and did all they could to improve the situation. They gave us gift cards and discounts on the ring we ended up getting as well as a discount on the loaner. So overall my personal situation wasn’t amazing but the company as a whole and their personnel are fantastic and my fiancé and I really appreciated the lengths they went to in order for us to be satisfied with our purchase. Not to mention their selection was fantastic! We went to several places and didn’t find many that I liked, but I was interested in numerous rings from their store.

What should've been an amazing day turned into a day of embarrassment and disappointment. I came in with my fiancé on a Saturday to pick out a ring. I was so excited and did hours of research. I saw Wilson's Diamonds had excellent reviews so I made it the priority stop while ring shopping. As we entered I was so excited because of the decor and rings everywhere. Then no one talked to us for what felt like a lifetime. Not even a hello but just stares from literally all the workers on the other side of the room. I was so embarrassed and felt so much shame. This was a great experience refurbishing my engagement ring!! I found Emily on TikTok after she shared so beautiful rings and I knew she had great taste and could trust her. She was able to take my old engagement ring and get me a bigger diamond but use the same ring!! ❤️ I’m from out of state so we had to ship it back and forth and she kept me in the loop the entire time. When it came back, I had one small problem with it being too thin and she was quick to get that fixed. She was lovely to work with the goldsmith did an amazing job too!

I never write reviews but I just had to for these guys because holy COW our experience shopping here was amazing! Me and my Fiancé worked with Jacob as we were looking for engagement rings. Not only was he extremely helpful and knowledgable, but he was also very friendly and warm, making it a very comfortable and pressure-free experience for my fiancé. He just let her pick out all of the styles that she wanted to try on, and didn't urge her one way or the other. Once I had bought the ring, it was finished way quicker than expected after sending it off to the gold smith. It only took a week, and that was even with how backed up they were due to the holidays. Overall, it was a super great experience. I'd recommend this place to literally anyone and everyone!!!

I went here as a total beginner to jewelry and they were so kind and helpful! They were patient as I tried a bunch of different things on and helped me narrow down my taste and ballpark what I could afford. The rings are gorgeous! The associate who helped me was extremely kind and generous, making sure I had a comfortable and educational experience, as it was my first time.

They’re really fast when I need repairs on my ring or when I ordered a new one. My rings were always finished like a week before they said it would be. However, I bought a ring from them just 8 months ago and it has already broken twice (the center stone just fell out. Luckily I found it both times). I’m not harsh on it either. Always take it off before bed, never wear it swimming or when I do the dishes etc. The first time they fixed it for free, which was awesome, but the second time they charged me $40. Not as awesome.

Went here with my now-wife nearly 4 years ago. The guy who helped us was Ben. It was a wonderful experience. He was so helpful and friendly. He told us he gets paid by the hour so we wouldn't feel pressured to buy. We found a ring we loved, but since it was our first stop, we decided to try a couple other places before we made a decision. We loved our experience with Wilson Diamonds! We had the opportunity to work with Heather, and she was absolutely amazing. I have worked in the wedding industry for 5+ years. Between being on staff with a high end wedding planner to selling designer wedding gowns, I have done it all. Now when it was time for my partner and I to find our wedding ring I knew that I was going to have the right jeweler to make our visions come to light. I am so happy that I was paired with Alyssa. She texted me and we came up with a game plan. She came in on her day off to take our appt. and we were BEYOND impressed with her. She showed us all of the types of stones, explained the differences between Lab Grown, Moissanite, and Mined diamonds. We ended our appt. with purchasing a 5 Carat Elongated Emerald ring for myself and a brushed gold ring him. I have and will continue to recommend Wilsons Diamonds to everyone I know. Joshua at Wilson Diamonds was great to work with! This was not your typical pressured experience in a jewelry store. In fact, there was no pressure. Joshua simply presented some beautiful options and let my fiancé and I decide what we wanted. He never tried to show us anything other than what we wanted to look at. The engagement ring we selected was gorgeous, but it needed a center stone. I gave Joshua my budget and told him what my fiancé wanted.
