I brought my Tag in for servicing which was broken for 20 yrs. It was missing a pusher, needed a battery and cleaning. They were able to repair my watch and get it up and running for a very reasonably price. I was very surprised at that. The repair department person was very helpful and certified all my questions and concerns. I definitely would recommend them for any kind of service.

We have used this jewelry shop for all our gift purchases over the last 13 years. They have a very good selection of jewelry and gift items, we always are able to find just the right thing. The sales people are very helpful and always work within our budget, no matter how small or large it maybe. There is absolutely no pressure to buy anything. We also have had jewelry repairs, and watch battery replacements done here. The service is always done well and in a timely fashion.

Great experience buying a very hard to find Tudor watch at Martin Jewelers. These days, most places are struggling to find good people, and good service is the exception, not the norm. Everybody here was super friendly, they knew about their products, they are watch enthusiasts too, it made for a very pleasurable overall buying experience. Nobody was pushy at all. They of course sized the watch for me, had to give it a few goes to get the right fit, and they were patient. This was my first time buying here, I’ll definitely be going back!

From the moment you walk in until you walk out, the staff is nothing but amazing. Went there recently to pick up a timepiece for my wife for her birthday. Christine was amazing and awesome to work with. She even had the time to have the gift wrapped up for me. I also got the chance to try on a few timepieces that have recently been on my radar. A nice, friendly environment. I had a Rolex watch serviced, which was a whole process of sitting down, a discussion of what would be done to the watch, how long it would take, etc. It looked brand new when it was returned to me (exactly when they said it would) and the laser engraving is very pretty. The store itself seems to also have really nice jewelry.

Martin jewelers’ attention to customer service was a highlight of my experience. Their staff waited patiently as I perused their collection and had good insight on the watches in their collection and on the individual brands themselves. Unlike many other stores selling jewelry or watches the staff was not snooty and did not push a given brand, or scoff at price ranges. Found the most exquisite white gold chain today at Martin Jewelers with the patient help of Craig. The chain is adjustable for different lengths to wear my diamond solitaire. Craig was such a great help with choosing the perfect style chain. Sho helped with all my jewelry repairs and gave much appreciated advice too. Also very helpful and patient. Their inventory is plentiful with such wonderful new pieces!

Walked in here for the 1st time on Sat morning with my fiancée to discuss getting her engagement ring repaired (it was my grandmothers), cleaned and possibly changing the band. The staff were SUPER friendly, not pushy in the slightest, steam cleaned and repaired the bent prong for free.
