My boyfriend and I walked in on a Saturday to have the gold and diamond ring he gave to me sized and plated white. We met with Geovanny, who was very friendly and knowledgeable on how the plating would work. Since it's a family piece, I wanted to maintain the classic design and be assured the ring was in good hands. He explained it would be completed by Thursday. The staff are wonderful! Very patient and fast. I took a watch to get repaired and they got it done in 2 days. Every other shop told me they would have to send the watch to Breitling for the repair. Their own repair person was able to do it instead.

Had another amazing experience at Weston Jewelers. Everyone was incredibly friendly as always, but they really went the extra mile and a piece that I didn’t expect for 2 more weeks arrived in 4 days. They helped me check how different bands would work with the new piece. Was having a great chat with Geovanny and Ed (who I later found out was the owner). Very friendly and welcoming place and I honestly can’t recommend it enough.

I was looking for a particular Casio watch online and found the latest offer which could be ordered online, but I wanted to see one before buying it so I called Weston Jewelers and spoke with Maria. She confirmed they had one on hand and the price was same as online and she would set it aside for me to see it that afternoon. I arrived, she had the watch out and ready for view, I tried it on, liked it, bought it, and was out of the store in under 10 minutes. Great and courteous service. Unbelievably nice people. From entering the store till the time we left it was an incredible experience. I went with my daughter to look for a gift. They all were super patient. She had a great time. I can’t say enough good things about them. Our salesman was Amado. He spent a ton of time going back and forth showing my daughter multiple pieces. It was just a really great experience for us. In this day and age, it is rare to find a family-run business that truly demonstrates the level of customer service of "yester-year". But that is exactly what exists at Weston Jewelers. I was treated in a professional and friendly way from the moment I entered to look at watches from a variety of manufacturers. I did not make a purchase on that first visit. I followed up sometime after to inquire about a Rolex. Several weeks later I received a call and was able to purchase the watch of my dreams. So I figure I'd go to Weston jewelers and bring it in for them and to my surprise they fixed it and treated it like it was my breitling 48 avenger or my 1950s antique Rolex. During the holidays I brought in the Rolex and was very pleased with the service I received not only by the sales associate but in the end result. So I decided to bring in my husbands bracelet. It was a gift his father gave him over 20 years ago so it holds sentimental value. Value I would only trust someone I knew would treat it as such. I needed to have some jewelry repaired, and on a recommendation from a friend, I went to Weston Jewelers. They are friendly, professional, and have excellent customer service. My gold chain is as good as new and looks great. I recommend Weston Jewelers 100%.

Went here for the first time and met Maria who helped me select a beautiful pair of earrings for my wife. It was my first time in the store. I came down from Boca because they carry some brands my wife loves that for some reason the stores by me stopped carrying (JR DUNN no longer carries Chopard and the Bulgari store at the mall closed). They where totally wiped out of Rolex but Maria showed me a watch I fell in love with and we special ordered a bracelet for my wife since the holidays will be here before we know it.

A great store for high end watches, however the service is a little slow even before the pandemic and they sent home a Tag that I had asked for a battery change without the movement even working - no mention or repair estimate. Not great attention to detail.

In the past, I didn’t have a good experience with a different sales associate, but after meeting Maria and having multiple conversations, she regained my trust and eventually my business. The actual purchase experience was super smooth, I felt welcomed and valued. Maria was never “pushy” in selling, and was able to answer all of my questions. If you ever need a piece of jewelry or a new watch, please do yourself a favor and just ask for Maria. Next time that I need a new piece, I will do the same.
