My wife's wedding ring needed repair, and she wanted some modifications. I drew up exactly what she wanted, explained it in detail, then wrote it all down. Instead of a quality job, they did sub-amateur hack work, and paid zero attention to neither drawings, instructions or what was written down. While I said price was no object, and offered to pay $1000.00 down, they said no. It took 4 times longer than they quoted, and only invested 5 minutes time in the piece. The craftsmanship was a joke, but my wife loved the look of my design- despite Victor horrendously botching the job. Afterwards, the ring they made broke in 3 months They charged me very little, but I feel I paid too much. The offer to come back and spend MORE money with you seems dubious. If you didn't do it correctly the first time, If you ignored the drawing and my instructions, What will you do differently a second time?

Very friendly jewelers here. They, like many small jewelers, have many unique items. I brought my wedding band in which was the wrong size for me. I was attended to quickly but not "pushed" and the issue was resolved. I left feeling as though I could return there in the future and know that I would likely receive the same quality customer service.

Excellent Service. The staff is professional, very friendly and honestly know how to treat their clientele. I was so impressed I purchased a pearl necklace although I only came in to have a ring sized and a watch battery replaced. But the jewelry their is beautiful!

Kennedy has been simply amazing throughout the entire process, best in the business. CAD drawings are taking a little longer than we had hoped but if we wanted something less than spectacular we would have gone somewhere else.

Took my husband's watch in for cleaning and repair. Took quite a while to get back, but that was understandable... it needed an entire overhaul. Crystal was chipped; so that was replaced as well. They do a simply great job!! Connie's is our go-to place when it comes to purchasing jewelry or watches!

The personalized help at this store was a great experience. The options to repair a bracelet were good unlike another store visited stating all sorts of issues and unfounded difficulties. Daphanie had great suggestions and is a well versed associate.

Cannot say how blown away I am at my experience at Connie & V. Cross's establishment. Absolutely beautiful and sprawling showroom that you're immediately greeted upon entering. The lovely ladies who assisted me (thank you Daphne and Laverne!!) We're extremely professional and we're immediately able to pick up on my nervousness and put me at ease. I'm telling you, if you're a nervous man looking for a way to show that special lady how much she means to you, I cannot recommend this jeweler enough! You have my business for life!

Today, I took my diamond ring in to Peg & Co. because I accidentally chipped a diamond. Fifty-four minutes after I dropped it off, the repair was complete. Not only was I super pleased, but when I picked it up, I was told “no charge!” Can you believe?!?!?! Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and so pleased with the repair. Beautiful diamonds, gemstones, pearls, gold and so much more, along with “after the sale” service is what you will find at Peg & Co. How can you rate them with anything less that five stars? I guess five diamonds would be the best way to rate them and I certainly give them five!

Went in for a ring size and one of my diamonds needed replacement. Ms Tammi was very courteous and friendly. She even wowed my husband into purchasing a bracelet for himself. Tammi was very personable and I’m a hard one to please.

I brought in a string of 341 pearls to be broken down into four separate sets of smaller necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Tammi was very helpful and patient while we worked out the details. I injured my wedding ring during moving from KC to Bossier City and didn't realize how bad it was. I would have to leave it in ordered for it to be repaired. All the wonderful team came together along with the jeweler and was able to repair it the same day so I wouldn't be without it.
