This is my second time to Wesche. Just like my first time, the service was beyond reproach. Andrew, along with Anabel (from my first visit) was helping me with my selection. This time it was for an engagement ring. First off, Anabel immediately recognized me from the last time I was here (over a YEAR ago… I can’t remember what I had for breakfast, let alone someone I met ONE time a year ago). I was very impressed with the service I received from Holly K when I stopped in to shop for jewelry for my wife for her birthday. She was very knowledgeable and explained to me every piece of jewelry I wanted to look at. She wasn't rushed and took her time with me (since I am not very experienced in buying fine jewelry). She was very personable and sincerely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied with every item I purchased. She assisted me in buying a set of matching Le Vian earrings, necklace, and ring that were not a set but matched perfectly that are just stunning. I highly recommend giving Weshe a try, all of the staff are very professional and friendly and another thing I really like, is what you see is what you get, all of the jewelry is already marked down, no haggling necessary. I will not shop anywhere else since I have experienced the best. There is no going back now.

I had a couple of diamonds that I wanted to put on each side… I just picked it up and it is absolutely exquisite. Worked with Joe to have my fiancee's wedding band re-size, he was very knowledgeable and then when I asked to see some other engagement rings he did a fantastic job. We found a beautiful gold ring that matched the wedding band perfectly nand in my price range. No pressure to buy anything at all. I was referred to them because a friend's wife had a ring she needed cut off and she said they are the only ones in the county that would do it and they did it for free. I went in to have a battery replaced in a generic, no name, not high end watch. I was a bit apprehensive, but for no reason. They were the nicest people, not at all pretentious and made me feel very comfortable. The replacement was done quickly and for a reasonable cost. Will definitely be back next time I need their services or am looking for nice jewelry.

Some of the worst service I've had. Dropped a ring off in October to be sized for a November wedding, was called three days before the wedding (also a day after the ring was scheduled to be done) and was told their jeweler was not in town but they could ship my ring to be sized. AFTER THEY HAD IT FOR ALMOST THREE WEEKS. Now, we're in scramble mode to get rings sized because the company, Wesche Jewelers, held our ring with no communication and no jeweler to even complete the service. Ridiculous and not to mention the lack of accountability from the lady at the front.

12/10 experience! From the moment of pulling into the parking lot, entering the doors, being greeted by Elizabeth, and then sitting with Andrew helping us choose the most BEAUTIFUL engagement ring! We had the best experience with Tracy picking out and designing my engagement ring and our wedding rings. Before arriving for our appointment, I had told Tracy what style I thought would good on me and she had samples all ready to go. Unfortunately, what I envisioned would look good looked terrible on me, but Tracy already had backup rings on hand to show me. I ended up falling in love with the 2nd ring she showed me. Next, we wanted a natural blue sapphire as my primary stone and Tracy had an assortment all ready to go for us! Just when I thought my ring was complete I noticed a double halo of diamonds on another ring and Tracy insisted I try it on. It looked too wide on my hand so she suggested raising one of the halos into a "waterfall design". We ended up combining rings to make the engagement ring of my dreams. When the process was done we received the most gorgeous 3D rendering of what my ring would actually look like when completed and all I can say is WOW. Honestly I was in awe how good she was at her job and really how well she made this whole creation come together. This was our first time investing in jewelry and Tracy beyond exceeded our expectations. As for my boyfriend's wedding ring goes, they had a more limited selection for men's rings, but you would never know it. Tracy knew exactly what he wanted and even though they didn't have the exact color and design he wanted in store, she was able to pull up online a really good idea of what he could expect it to look like. Overall, we both loved this experience with Tracy. I feel like everything would've turned out way different if it wasn't for her and her creativity. We are from Pennsylvania and was recommended to this place and Tracy through a friend, and let me tell you, any time we need jewelry again we will make the trip from PA to specifically go to Tracy.

Absolutely amazing experience. Not your typical jewelry store. It is like shopping with new friends. I was greeted very warmly when I first walked in. Anabel was my new friend and sales rep. There was no pretense or false interest. She truly wanted to help me find a unique and special gift for my bride to be. She did that in spades. Amazing selection of very unique jewelry items and the pricing was exceptional. Found the perfect necklace but was in yellow gold. Plated it while I waited and Anabel found a more appropriate chain for me. Will absolutely come back and cannot recommend strongly enough.

Let me start by saying that Tracy and Carrie have made a customer for life out of me at Wesche due to their excellent customer service. My (at the time) girlfriend and I went in to talk about custom work for an engagement ring, as we both wanted to be involved in the process. Neither one of us knew very much about jewelry, metals, stones etc. and both of us had an idea for a ring that was very unique and a little difficult to describe. Tracy was extremely inviting and friendly, and answered any questions that we had. Due to some less common stones that we wanted to use, Tracy requested the assistance of their gemologist, Carrie. Carrie was just as friendly and inviting as Tracy, and a wealth of information about various gemstones. We provided the idea that we had for the ring, and over the next few months Tracy sent me various CAD renderings of ideas which we had reworked numerous times with additions or removals or new ideas. Tracy was in constant communication with us via her personal number, and at no point over the process did I feel like she was becoming annoyed or frustrated with us and all of the extremely particular things that we wanted. Carrie brought in numerous stones for us to view, and if we wanted something a little different she never hesitated to bring in more for us to see. If we liked a particular stone but still wanted to view more, she never had a problem holding on to them for a bit while she brought in more stones for viewing. During the process of creating this ring, I never felt like I was being upsold or forced into a decision by Tracy or Carrie. I felt that they were completely attentive to what we needed and wanted, and genuinely cared that the end product was perfect for us. And after all the hard work they put in, the ring turned out more perfect that we could have imagined and now we're happily engaged! It was exactly what both of us had envisioned in our heads, and it never would have been possible had it not been for Tracy and Carrie. I legitimately feel like no other jeweler would have ever taken the time and effort that these two put in to ensure we had the perfect ring and truthfully I've never had such a wonderful customer service experience in my life. My daughter and I went in to have some jewelry repaired. As we entered we were greeted immediately. The employee, Randi, was very helpful. She cleaned the jewelry and then gave us a price on the cost of repair. The prices seemed fair and we should have the jewelry back in a little over a week. Before we left we looked around and ended up buying a ring for my daughter. It was a nice experience.

Wesche does a great job inviting you into their establishment! I've come in looking like a successful elder lady and I've shown up very casually attired. I've always been treated as if I were special. Their displays are easy to browse and the employees cheerfully help you find what you want. I had a slightly unusual request that was met successfully. Their prices aren't particularly low, but their service makes up for it. I found that I could bring in old unused jewelry and they would buy it from me and apply that amount to my purchase! I'm glad I went to Wesche and happy that it's a short drive from my house.

My mom purchased a gold locket from this place for my 18th birthday, she specifically asked if it could be returned incase i didn’t like it. I loved the locket, it was beautiful although after a day the clasp turned brown!! the locket itself was 14k gold but the clasp was such cheap metal so we tried to return it and was told it was a “nonrefundable item” when told at checkout it was refundable. Was suck a pain but eventually got a refund, although a $700 pendant (not even including the chain) should not have ANY cheap metals.. will never be back and will warn all loved ones not to waste their money at Wesche.
