How great is this store? The best. Walked in Christmas eve and was able to get a watch battery for my sons watch. I think his name was Chris who helped me. When I asked how much, he said 'Merry Christmas.' I wasn't expecting that. What a treat. I'll be back.

I called in haste to get my grandmothers vintage diamond ring polished for my daughter’s wedding (which was the next day). Brian took my call and told me to keep coming his way… when I got there the folks were so helpful and said it would be completed within the hour. I was so excited to be able to do this for my daughter and the results exceeded my expectations. The photos don’t do the polishing justice but my did it sparkle!Thank You Brian for your sharp eye to detail, sharing your excitement for jewelry and your excellent customer service! I’ll be returning.

Went there all heart broken from Smyth jewelers who said they can't fix my watch and it has to go to Omega service center,basically bend me over for $$$....luckily I drove by and saw Meritage jewelers...tall guy I can't recall the name, helped me out, he was very respectful and knowledgeable and had my watch crown replaced and whole watch polished for very very reasonable price within 14 days, this is from now on my go to Jewelers

I stopped in here today 12/16/22 by chance after stopping in a another jewelry store without any luck. Brian was quick and polite to offer assistance. I showed him a blurry picture from a television show with a necklace on it that my wife indicated she liked. He quickly pointed me to the PERFECT necklace for my wife. It was also much less expensive that I was expecting. Brian kindly offered me a drink while he gift wrapped the item with care. My wife is going to love it.
