The food was very good, I had the shepherd pie and would order it again. The service was very pleasant and she tried to make the dinner a nice experience.

I went in to have my wedding ring checked. Nick was extremely nice & professional. I needed repairs on the prongs. They quickly did all my repairs & called me to pick it up. My ring looks new & beautiful! The manager, Chris is also very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

In June of 2022 I purchased my husbands wedding band from Lauray’s in Hot Springs, AR. I had the privilege of working with Elisabeth Pruitt, and let me just say how great she was! She helped me design his band and even took hours working with me. She let me come in as I pleased on different occasions to design the ring, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. The first time we shopped Lauray's we had no intention of buying, just browsing. We found a ring the wife simply loved. We decided to purchase it. Elisabeth was knowledgeable and very personable with this decision. We could not get the ring sized properly without disturbing the setting, so under advisement of the master jeweler, he sent it out and had it custom fitted for us. We had a delay in getting this accomplished, but were always kept updated and in-the-loop. They went above and beyond in getting this taken care of, with regular updates, and compensation for our delay. Working with Elisabeth was top-notch, and she was very professional. We got it back delivered to our door, 95 miles away. We decided to visit Hot Springs again this Memorial Day weekend, and dropped in to browse. Elisabeth remembered us from the last time we were there, which was pretty impressive considering the amount of time that had passed. We purchased more items from Lauray's, with the same pleasant experience, and now consider them our go-to jeweler. They took wonderful care of my momma's ring! I inherited it a few months ago and took it in for a safety check. They repaired a couple prongs and reinforced things so it is just like the day my momma put it on more than 60 years ago. Usually staff members at these places are so snooty especially if you are wearing fake Crocs like I was 😆 (they are on bathhouse row so please forgive me) but they were so sweet and respectful. I had a super fun day shopping with Kaia and Angie. They were so great in to work with from start to finish! I ended purchasing a gorgeous one of a kind ring that I absolutely could not live without. While I was checking out, they offered to clean my wedding ring which I’m so glad they asked because the jeweler noticed that one of the prongs that protected my center diamond was missing. I took my grandmothers ring In there to be melted down and made into my wedding ring. Tony was incredibly nice and helpful. I was told my ring would be ready on a Wednesday. Later that changed to Friday. I went in on Friday and my ring was still not ready. I was visually upset, because I was very excited to get my ring. Everyone there was very sweet and very understanding. Things like that can’t always be done on time and I understand that. Tony later called me, and was very apologetic and very sweet offered various ways to make it up to me. They have such big hearts and are so sweet! They really take care of their customers. I have used Lauray’s for 20 years and have always bred greeted with a beautiful smile and may I help you sir. The work I have had done has always been first cabin. The customer service and professionalism is second to none. I no longer live in Arkansas, but visit annually. Any jewelry business that may crop up, is always saved to have done here in Hot Springs.
