I've always heard good things about this store and as I was in need of having my rings resized, I decided to to try Quality Jewelers. I was so pleased by how kind and thorough the staff was to my needs. My rings came out perfectly and I could not be happier. They definitely gained a new customer!

For starters, I know nothing about jewelry, shopping for a bracelet for my wife, was promptly greeted & helped in my selections, was shown many different options, all being explained type of gold etc. the staff was very patient with me as I finally made my decision. Even gift wrapped it for me much better than I would’ve done. Great store, clean, friendly, easy shopping experience.

Great service. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They ordered a few chains for our teenage son to try on (with no obligation to buy). Once he settled on his first big jewelry purchase, they included a gift box, jewelry cleaner, and jewelry cloths at no extra cost. Husband bought me a beautiful ring but because of arthritis and enlarged knuckles ring did not sit on finger correctly. We were pleasantly surprised the owner encouraged us to find a different way to make this beautiful ring fit my finger. It no longer spins around and we are so pleased. I brought my wedding set in for repair and resizing. There was a significant chunk of the band missing on the ring guard since it was delicate to begin with. It had been repaired a few times by the location I purchased it from and the final time I was told they wouldn’t be able to repair it due to the missing piece. A friend had recommended Quality to me and I am so glad I took her advice. In 1 week it was finally fixed and resized to finally fit me after 10 years! Even better is that it was under the budget I set for myself for the repair. The staff was amazing, and I had the pleasure of being helped by the owner upon pick up. He was extremely kind and I am so grateful. He even cleaned my other ring in a jiffy. I am a customer for life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I am so happy to be able to wear my ring again!

On a recommendation from a friend, I went to Quality Jewelers in hopes of finding a wedding band. I was not disappointed. I walked in and was greeted by a smiling Liang, who turned out to be very knowledgeable and patient, and he immediately offered to clean the ring I had on. After trying on many rings I found the perfect wedding band, within my budget and that I love. At this point another smiling employee, Zach, brought my ring over after it had been cleaned and explained several of the stones were loose and he had tightened them. We discussed a missing small stone, which I had been aware of, and Zach offered to repair my ring for no charge. Both Liang and Zach made this a wonderful experience and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend.

We went in today to see about replacing a couple of birthstones in a Mother's Ring that were lost due to the age of the ring and the prongs being worn out. Mikaela Mann showed us all the options available for the repair including costs and also some new rings to compare too. Her old ring was showing its age from all the years of use. We decided on a completely new ring with the appropriate stones for each of her children. This didn't feel like a buying experience in any way. It was like family helping family to reach a common goal. Quality Jewelers sets the standard on how other companies should be modeled after. I recently worked with Catherine to create a very special and unique gift for someone near and dear to me. She went above and beyond to make sure it was absolutely perfect and that the stones were exactly what I wanted. She spent almost a month searching for a stone for me and if the samples came in and she didn’t like them, she’d return them and keep searching. She didn’t call me every time a sample came in unless it was a contender and since I live over an hour away I really appreciated that. We worked continuously through email when we could as well. When I picked up my piece, it brought tears to my eyes because it exceeded my expectations. The only downfall was that when I picked it up Catherine was on a much deserved vacation so I didn’t get to properly thank her!
