My husband purchased my wedding ring and band here I purchased his here as well over 4 years ago. They have taken such great care of us that we are repeat customers. Christian is so kind and takes pride in his customer service. We have since moved and I still send my ring there for inspections and cleanings because they are jewelers you can trust! Thanks for re-sizing my wedding ring when I got it back ot looked brand new. We're forever customers!

Bad customer service. My fiance and I came in to get a cutom ring made and the owner was not willing to help us. As soon as he knew our budget he pushed us away and was very rude to us not only did he offend my fiance by the engagement ring he bought for me but he offended me. The owner put down the ring by questioning if it was a real diamond and the size of the ring when it had nothing to do with why we were there. He spent more time putting down the jewelry and stuff we brought in than he did trying to help us. We were not happy at all with how we were treated. Would not recommend to anyone even if they are willing to spend a fortune there.

Christian is incredibly easy to deal with. He makes you feel comfortable and has very competitive pricing. He has grown up in the jewelry business following in his father's footsteps and his depth of knowledge shows. The store is beautiful and carries some of the most popular brands like Tacori, Pandora, Kendra Scott, Swarovski and Michelle watches. I also love the delicate bracelets and necklace lines they have as well. The services C Sterling offers go way beyond your first purchase. Would recommend to anyone!

I can't believe it has taken me this long to finally review Christian and his staff on Google, but perhaps this review can help others who may be in a similar position as I was ~ 2 years ago... looking to buy the most beautiful engagement ring that I could within my budget. My brother had initially got his ring from C Sterling as a friend of his recommended. I recall going with my brother and how personable Christian was throughout the whole process. You would expect to be made to feel as if you were his only customer, but something unique about Christian's approach was his genuineness. It truly seemed like we were working with a close friend. Fast forward to when I was lucky enough to have found my twin soul, I had no doubt in my mind that Christian was who I wanted to work with to find my perfect diamond. He did not disappoint. No amount of googling can replace the expert advice and education that a professional, in this case Christian, can offer when it comes to deciding on the perfect diamond. What I appreciated about Christian was that he didn't tell me what I needed, he educated me and then let me decide without an ounce of pressure. We both decided that the setting (ring itself) should take a backseat to the diamond. I knew she wanted an emerald cut diamond and it took a few months of Christian searching his network to find the perfect diamond. Don't take that as a negative, the previous statement is a glaring positive. He could have easily gotten me a diamond very quick to get a quick sale on the books for the month, but again, I felt he truly put us first as his main goal was finding the perfect diamond within my budget. Totally worth the wait! It was beautiful. Long story short, I am so proud to see the ring on her finger every single day. The diamond is what makes the ring special and beautiful, and I appreciate how much focus Christian put on making sure he found the right one. Side note, even after the sale, his treatment of us like close friends never ceased. He even gave us a ring cleaning tip that has kept her ring shinning brilliantly and we still haven't taken her ring in yet for a "cleaning" almost two years after the big day. Morgan was amazing! I gave her my ideas, what my fiancé wanted, my budget, and she made it happen within 3 days. She did not get annoyed with my numerous questions and was professional the entire time. She explained everything I needed to know about the ring, how to clean it, and what the process is if I got it a size too big (I did). When my fiancé went to get it resized, Morgan welcomed her with a smile and got the ring back to her in 2 days.
