I can't say enough about not only my customer experience with the lovely ladies that greeted me but the amazing work that Chris did on my rings. I was gifted my grandmother's wedding set, which is about 86 years old and it needed repairs and to be sized. After going to another jeweler and giving me a timeline of 6 weeks I was pleasantly surprised he told me about one week! It was done just shy of a week! I took my wedding set back to be soldered with my additional bands and, again, in one week they were finished. They are pleasant, fair, excellent on time frame and workmanship. I won't go anywhere else. After being in customer service myself, I appreciate being treated how I treat my clients. Thank you.

I am thrilled that Chris was able to repair and improve my wedding ring from my late husband. It is such an important piece; purchased elsewhere with some flaws but now improved and preserved as a keepsake for me and my family! Excellent work and done in such a short amount of time!

I took two rings to Chris- my wedding band to size up, and a vintage ring to repair. The vintage ring had a chunk missing out of the band which was expertly repaired. My wedding band is now the perfect size and they both came back clean and looking so shiny! 🖤

So ridiculous. They have a fill-a-bag station to purchase some polished stones. They were out of bags so we were told we could get Nothing. Not “sorry we have to estimate.” Not “here’s something else.” Not “you have to use your own bag.” Just “The bags are on backorder. You can’t get anything.” So we leave disappointed. Bad business. Figure it out.

Great place, great staff, amazing work! Chris works wonders, and I couldn't be more pleased with the custom piece he helped me put together for my fiance. Would recommend again, and again!! I wish my camera and lighting did it justice!

My fiancé and I have been here many times and every single time we leave feeling so unwelcome and out of place. Calling seems to be the best way to contact this store, they don’t seem to answer inquiry emails. But after speaking to Chris on the phone about a custom diamond ring we decided to stop by to ask some questions or try on some rings they had in stock. But we were ignored for over 20 minutes before we decided to leave. (we were the only people in the store) The women working sat and read her book while we kinda stood there waiting for her to look up and see that we were waiting to be helped. Other customers walked in were greeted and she went right back to reading. We spoke up and asked if there was anyone here to help us like chris and she said No and went right back to her book. We decided leave and head to another jeweler. This isn’t the first time this has happened. We have come in many times before and every time we leave because the sales team treat us like we don’t belong in a jewelry store or don’t have enough money to be served by them. We had really high hopes after speaking to Chris but we ended up purchasing a ring down the street from a different welcoming jeweler…

They fixed a necklace clasp of mine that had broken and didn't charge me a penny. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service.

My experience with Watson & Watson was great! I was able to just drop in have my ring resized and cleaned that same day when normally this service may take a week or two depending on demand! I would highly recommend!

When I brought my wedding ring for fall cleaning Chris noticed that some of the prongs were missing around the diamond chips surrounding the main diamond . With in a week he had transformed my ring into looking as good as when I got it twenty five years ago! Oh I forgot to mention at a very reasonable price. Thanks again Chris!

I was cleaning my rings today and reflected back a bit on my last experience with Wattsson & Wattsson just a couple months ago. I had stopped in to get my ring sized, I was in a little hurry and a little frazzled to be honest. Lacee quickly turned my day around with her outstanding customer service. She not only answered my questions and did all she could to ensure my ring would be sized correctly but I feel that she went above and beyond that day, with her kindness and her greeting upon entrance - and her sincere follow up service when my ring came back — I can say with 100% certainty that she makes shopping at Wattsson & Wattsson an incredible experience- one that really stands out.

My solitaire engagement ring that was purchased out of town became loose two weeks before my wedding. In a slight panic, I stopped by Wattson & Wattson within 10 minutes of their closing time on a busy weekday to see if they might be able to fix it, fully expecting to leave my ring with them while waiting for repairs. The jeweler working immediately looked at my ring and happily repaired it on the spot in less than 5 minutes, then gave me some good tips on what to do and look for to keep my diamond more secure in the future. I have never had a more pleasant or friendly interaction with a jeweler. They turned a chaotic day during a stressful time into a sigh of relief. I would recommend them to anyone!
