I went to several places shopping for engagement rings but ultimately went with the Sullivan's due to their excellent customer service. I had called ahead and Sara took down information on what I was looking for. When i came into the store they had already gathered several rings that fit my description. Mr. Sullivan was incredibly helpful and very knowledgable on different styles and things to look for when choosing a diamond. He answered all my questions and the whole process of putting the ring together went smoothly. A couple of the other jeweler's were pushy and made me feel like only another sale. I couldn't be happier with my experience with the Sullivan team. Highly recommend.

I needed to have my engagement ring and wedding band resized about a half size larger. The bands were soldered together and I knew this would not be an easy job. I took it to Sullivan’s on a Saturday and they were all so helpful with resizing. I left thinking it would take at least a week or two for them to finish. They called me on Tuesday of that same week and said it was done! Their service was impeccable. The ring sparkles like it is new again. I am so pleased with the workmanship and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Sullivan’s!

I have used Sullivan’s Jewelers a few times in the past and have always gotten a sense of honesty from the people there. This was further proven to me this past week when I dropped off a necklace to be fixed that is very sentimental to me. I didn’t mention the sentimental value of the necklace, however it was picked up on by the man working there (I’m so sorry, I didn’t get his name!). He made sure that my chain was fixed, a new, stronger clasp was added, and it was shined up for me within 24 hours. I was blown away by this! How I know how honest he is was through my interaction with him regarding said chain. I was questioning if I should replace it or get a new, stronger chain. After a look he suggested fixing it instead of buying a new one, when he could have easily persuaded me to buy a new chain. We need more people like this!

After calling around to multiple jewelry stores and just not feeling like I would be taking care of Sherry answer the phone when I called Sullivans and not only did she listen to every single thing that I had to say was she gave such a professional and kind criticism that made this experience so easy there turnaround time on three separate projects were all Met within a week, which was amazing. They have an in-house jeweler. That is an artist herself, and I probably will come to this jewelry shop, even though it’s an hour away from where I live, just simply because I can trust them

Very knowledgeable, they changed my watch battery and swapped out cheap metal from my favorite pair of fossil earrings into gold, so that I stop getting dark marks on my ears. They were careful with the fossils, and did a good honest job. I'll definitely be going back, as I have a few pieces that could use updating.

John was very nice, as were the employees. Had to wait a fair amount of time to be serviced. However, the experience was pleasant overall. I wanted to take some links out of 2 watch bands, but only one employee could do that and they were on vacation.

I went to Sullivan's to have my watch batteries changed and 2 watches fitted. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful ! I noticed their estate case and could not believe they had a italian horn with Diamonds in it ! No one has ever been able to locate one for me (only offered to have it custom made) and there it was !
