Simply Majestic is simply a gem of a store. The entire staff is welcoming and accommodating. I recently bought two rings there and both wonderful experiences. One I found from a jeweler online and they were able to get the ring for me and size it so fast it gave me the peace of mind working through a brick and mortar store with online selection with such fast service. The other a beautiful designer ring that was so unique and beautiful my wife fell in love with it. Carla and the whole team at Simply Majestic were recommended to me by a good friend when I started the process of shopping for an engagement ring. I had no idea where to start and began by reaching out to ask questions. Carla was quick to respond, helpful with questions and set up a time to meet that worked with my schedule. During the process of designing the ring she made me feel so comfortable it was like talking with an old friend. I never felt rushed, pressured, or upsold throughout the whole process. In the end we put together the perfect engagement ring and Carla gave helpful advice throughout the whole process. Carla was so caring in each step of the process and wanted to know every detail of our engagement. When it came time to buy wedding bands my Fiancée and I went back to see Carla who was just as helpful as the first time. When I needed my band resized Chuck was able to do it perfectly and keep the engraved date intact. I had such a positive experience I have recommended Carla and Simply Majestic to many friends who are looking for engagement rings and jewelry alike. Chuck is amazing! He creates completely custom engagement rings. We communicated back and forth while in the process of making my fiance's engagement ring so much I knew the number by heart. I came here looking for help on creating a little charm with a picture of my baby nephew, and they were able to order me something I wanted. They helped me with every aspect and my order surpassed my expectations. Also, when the gold necklace chain I ordered was slightly damaged soon after getting it, they offered to replace it free of charge and I had a new chain in less than 2 days. The staff was so amazing, I couldn't have been happier with my experience there!! They were extremely accommodating for me as a military member. Military friendly and great service. What an incredible experience! The staff and owners we so nice and welcoming. I came to Simply Majestic with the idea for an engagement ring and they made it custom for me. Susette and Chuck were so nice to work with and made me feel like I was a part of their family. I would highly recommend Simply Majestic to anyone in the market for jewelry.

I did not end up buying from Simply Majestic, however four stars because they are an excellent store and great friendly staff with best selection of all the local stores we visited. I worked with Jennifer who was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I was offered a ring that wholesales for under $400 for $1200 and presented with a fair retail of $1700 to make it seem like a deal that is where I drop the star. Needless to say I ended up buying online much closer to wholesale price. The same exact ring they wanted $1200, I ended up getting it for under $500. As much as I want to support brick and mortar stores I will not pay 3 to 4 times the wholesale price and that was the biggest problem with Simply Majestic. I would not want to deter you however from shopping there because they are the best in the area, however to the even moderately knowledgeable jewelry consumer the prices are outlandishly marked up!

Suzette and Chuck (really the whole team!) were fantastic to work with. After years of not finding quite what I was looking for I came into their shop as quite a “difficult” client (in my own eyes). Suzette helped me work through exactly the vision I had for the perfect wedding set after losing 40 pounds and previously having a few settings that were no longer fitting. She was patient but honest, which is truly the best combination when making such a big decision! It was an excellent experience and I am thrilled to have found the jeweler that I will use for years to come!

Please consider other Mystic jewelry stores and avoid Simply Majestic. I dropped off two watches for minor because Malloves was closed. I called after two weeks for an update and then again after four weeks without receiving an update call. The repaired involved replacing a watch band and reattaching a small watch link. Please go to Malloves or somewhere else. Simply Majestic does not have it together.
