What
a
pleasure
to
train
at
a
place
where
people
are
focused
on
quantifiable
results
and
health,
whether
they
are
med
or
nursing
students,
hospital
staff
or
patients
pre
or
post
op.
Everyone
minds
their
own
business-
yet
they
are
friendly
and
offer
encouragement.
The
staff
trainers
are
approachable
and
knowledgable
and
very
precise
in
their
coaching
since
there
is
a
full
range
of
circuit
equipment
to
leverage,
and
a
plates
room,
cycling
and
a
fabulous
lap
pool.
Perhaps
most
important
in
this
age
of
COVID-19-
the
facility
is
not
overpopulated,
people
are
respectful
re:
wearing
masks
and
the
protocol
re:
wiping
down
equipment
before
and
after
use
(although
I
noted
an
increasing
#
of
men
probably
30-45
years
old
must
view
themselves
as
"invincible"
as
they
don't
clean
the
equipment
before
or
after
use.
The
women
are
much
more
attentive/
conscientious
about
the
hygienic
requirements.)
The
women's
locker
room
is
clean
and
comfortable,
and
again
not
over
crowded.
I
haven't
taken
any
of
the
classes
yet
but
I
will,
and
once
I
complete
the
two
month
pre-surgical
program,
and
do
a
second
8
weeks
I
will
sign
up
for
membership.
I
allocate
several
hours
to
warm
up,
circuit
training
and
cool
down-
mind-boggling
I
can
spend
close
to
three
hours
exercising
and
not
get
bored!
I
live
within
a
quarter
mile
of
a
private
tennis/
fitness
center,
and
1.25
miles
from
Lifetime
fitness,
but
willingly
drive
out
to
Maywood
for
this
facility.
I
only
wish
the
facility
was
closer,
but
it
becomes
like
a
quest
or
pilgrimage
traveling
12
miles
or
so
to
get
there,
and
another
12
to
return
home.
The
membership
rate
is
a
bargain
at
about
half
the
cost
of
a
ritzy
club
AND
this
facility
doesn't
have
children
running
around,
doing
cannonballs
into
the
pool
etc.
Thank
you
Loyola
for
having
a
medically
relevant,
well
managed
facility
where
we
can
improve
our
Selves.
