This place never ceases to amaze me. My family has been members for over 13 years. When COVID-19 closed down all the gyms back in March, we were beyond sad as those were uncertain times. CCAC continued supporting their members throughout social media by providing free classes and moral support. We went back today for the first time and the changes were impressive.They provided the most welcoming, professional, safest environment you can imagine. Thank you CCAC for always doing and being THE BEST❤️

I’m a new mom trying to get back into shape in the middle of winter and currently have a membership at the Mercy one health and fitness Center. For months prior to birth, I’ve been asking if the childcare center will be opening up and have been denied or put off each time we ask. Last week, I brought my child in to walk around the track because the weather was not conducive to walking with an infant outside and was told to go home because equipment like a stroller is not allowed on the track. Only a harness, which my newborn is too small to fit into, is allowed. While the workout faculty is up to date, their policies for new parents needs updating and their childcare center need to open. I’m very disappointed in this experience. Edit: I called last week as requested by the response below and have yet to receive a call back.

Maddie Bosworth has been my husband and Is trainer for the last 8-10 weeks and we have absolutely loved it! One of the main things we needed help with was form and she is constantly making sure our form is correct for every exercise we do to avoid any injuries. She is definitely a trainer we have felt comfortable with and are able to ask any question that we have regarding the workouts and she answers with confidence and knows what she is talking about! The workouts have been focused on muscle growth and fat burning (due to our request)- she keeps it interesting and we use a mixture of free weights, machines and body weight! Maddie truly listens to what your goals are and makes sure your workout helps you achieve that . I love the way she sets up our workouts to hit on a little bit of every muscle group. I have noticed more muscle growth since the first say we started and definitely better form in my workouts. I truly recommend Maddie to anyone looking to get a fun and challenging workout!

pools gave me and my spouse rashes. my doctor said it was chlorine and management said that was not why. receptionist was rude and laughed at me and management didn't care what I had to say or what needed to be fixed. i liked it when it was the YMCA. $80 for a membership to this place is too much. I will pay the extra dollar for lifetime down the street.

This is a very good Hospital. Very clean and friendly staff willing to help you with your health care needs. Lots of parking and handicapped parking spaces are available.

Love the warm water pool, wish it was bigger. It is very popular and frequently full, especially when there is an instructor lead class. Also wish there were more evening classes.

We wear masks throughout the facility and can inly remove it while situated at one of the stations if needed. Sanitized bottles with sanitizing spray and towels are available once you check in the front door to wipe down your station. Also has a person that sanitizes and cleans up. It's good to have that friendly person at all times instead of just cleanup after the facility shuts down.

Wife and I had membership for many years. Enjoyed it. 140.00 month (with lockers). Had not been in a year because of an injury. CCAC wanted to charge me 5.00 to take grand baby swimming. Canceled my membership. Technically CCAC was justified but poor business decision. Not only did they lose the 5.00 but ultimately 1,700.00 a year.

Won’t let you cancel even if you pay a cancellation fee. They didn’t tell me that when I signed up. The lady who “helped” us was really rude and flat. Will be cancelling as soon as possible and won’t be going back. **update: I already had my contract cancelled several days before the “owner reply” below. The lady in the back left office with red hair was very rude to my father and myself. She wouldn’t let me talk to the manager and said “she will tell you the same thing.” I don’t understand why I am now being told something different. I don’t understand why a gym would need such and iron clad contract. It’s a gym. Regardless, things change in people’s lives and to be treated less than at this establishment was abhorrent.

Visited Physical Therapy. Great staff. They're always willing to help.

I have used this facility for several years but lately swimming laps has become sadly overcrowded. The warm water therapy classes have taken over one lap lane, leaving only three lanes for serious lap swimmers, who now must share with at least one and now two more lap swimmers. After getting kicked in the head twice, I gave up. Complaints just got me excuses. I like this facility very much and would hate to leave.

I go to the physical Rehab side I see Dr Kopp he's very down to earth, he's very knowledgeable, the secretaries and nurses are great too

There’s lots of classes and all the instructors are very good and keep the work outs fun

Take my $10 credit and put it towards buying some decent towels.

The minute I heard the words “warm water therapy pool“, I canceled my membership at the Y and joined this fitness center. Wonderful place with the regular pool, huge jam machine room, walking track, hot tub and nice locker rooms. I paid a little extra to get a fitness assessment when I started, let’s just say that I have a ways to go!

So near, calm and has all the classes including yoga and good childcare too when parents are working out.

This fitness center is very clean and has lots of cardio equipment. Would have been nice if the weights section had more weights.

Less than half an hour after leaving my wallet in the locker room, I got a call at home telling me that it had been found and returned. (Thanks, Alan!) In addition, David at the front desk offered to have it transported over to the branch that is closest to my home - What a good guy.

A huge variety of class offerings, pool area/locker room is clean, work out equipment plentiful, yoga-barre instructors have good energy and expertise, walking/jogging track is smooth, and Brightside Cafe Kitchen is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

Was charged $101 for my $58 membership. I had suspended my account trying to cut costs around the holidays and came back in January. Apparently they charged me extra for coming back "early". As far as I knew mine started again in January 2019 and no one ever told me anything about being charged extra or that I was early! Terrible customer service when I called to asked about the charge. Didn't seem to care about my concerns at all.

Clean, tons of different types of work outs, and aquatics area has saunas and steam rooms.

I work out here 3-4 times a week. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lately a lot of equipment seems to be out of order which reduced my rating from 5 stars to 4.

Just started a membership here. Very impressed with the facilities and employees thus far.

We are required to wear a facemask to come in but it's a choice to wear it to work out, obviously in the showers nobody wears it, or in the pool or at the jacuzzi, not to mention that cloth masks or neck gators do nothing against Covid-19 nobody is wearing N-95 masks, how long are we really going to let other people to dictate rules that doesn't make sense. I went back to the Athletic Club on my own risk knowing I can get infected paying the same amount and that's my choice, but if I have no mask, and you are trying to sell me one in order for me to get in that is ridiculous.

Good facility,lots of variety but they definitely need to spend money on a greater free weight area.

As someone who started off as a member of CCAC and then eventually working for the company for over a year, the experience I had was absolutely wonderful and everyone at the gym lives by the motto of "family". Even returning as a guest (with new staff) 2 years after leaving company I was greeted with the biggest smile at the Front Desk by not only the staff but also the members, that goes on to show you how outstanding not only the customer/business appreciation is but just the club overall is somewhere people just want to be. Glad to have been apart of the CCAC family and I can't wait to be a member when I move back! Also shout out to Lisa, Monica, and Ashley for being an amazing upper management team!

I have worked out in gyms from over 40 years in a few different countries. This is as good as it gets. Great staff, programs and equipment.

I love it here I have been a member for years I enjoy the massages which are a great deal. The cycling class i enjoyed sprint but I also enjoy rpm. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The instructors are amazing so are the personal trainers. It's a fun amazing place that gives you great results

This club is a great place to train. I must offer the caveat that our local pandemic imposes a slight worry about training there; it is nothing certain, just a bit to worry about. There are a bit to be confused about, but this disease is just like that--you have to wonder.

My whole family enjoy working out here. Friendly and welcoming environment. Great variety of equipment and facilities. The pool area as alos great too. My son enjoys going swimming and my husband and I enjoy the hot tub.

Fraud Alert! This place is worse than the satire depictions of gyms on TV. They seem to think they can tack months on to a contract whenever the mood strikes, then steal money from people by charging a card they refuse to remove from their system. Try to get Donna Casey on the phone. Ha! Never going to happen. Cancel is writing? They ignore it. Move away and give appropriate notice? They ignore it. All in all I'd say they are pretty much a sweaty bunch of crooks. The place also smells like a homeless body buider.

I've always been amazed at how organized the club is. Stays Extremely Clean. Staff and Members are so friendly and helpful. I've had a wonderful experience with trainers and instructors. I feel completely at home.

If you're not a member here, then you're not serious about getting healthy

The birthday party team was awesome

It's a great gym but expensive. I paid $15 per day while on vacation and they did not have a 3-5 day pass to make it any better. A family pays $120 a month but the day rate is outrageous.

Incredible Place. You need to see all that is available here to believe it. Unfortunately due to covid there are protocols to follow to protect everyone but I look forward to when things can go back to how they were. It will be very difficult for me, but I will begin Aquatic Therapy again here in January 2022 and I have complete confidence in all that work in this area to help me improve but I must do my part too. I have been bed to chair ridden or mostly since Winter of 1991 but I could do much more up till 2015 which is a long ugly but true story. Because of the protocols I would recommend calling them 1st to find out the best way to see all they offer here. I am calling them soon to set up my evaluation and Aquatherapy Sessions. I was injured too many times where I was told to do my physical therapy which I canceled all my sessions. I have been blessed with more Aquatic Therapy Sessions and this includes the main physical therapist working hard to get my insurance to cover them and working hard in general. I do have my favorite here but I won't mention names. She has her own genuine style of helping and protecting patients. She is the Best I have ever seen anywhere in my life.

Mercy One Health & Fitness has spacious cardio & strength training areas. Signing up for the classes used to be solely online, they’ve recently changed this. For months I have requested dance classes to be offered and at times a working professional can do it (very early or after work) and it appears they prefer to focus on classes & times that cater to seniors. They recently started offering online classes (dance classes too), but it’s at an addition cost to the high membership cost. The workers there are pleasant and the place seems clean.

The staff is always friendly, greeting and saying goodbye. The fitness equipment is top-notch, and I love the pools and lifeguards

I'm so glad I changed to Mercy One health and fitness. The gym is clean and non-judgmental. I moved from one of the bigger nationwide chains and wish I had done so sooner. Sydney is a great trainer. She listens to my needs and develops workouts tailored to me.

This facility has a childcare center that was never reopened after COVID. Their website is not updated. A hospital owned fitness center should recognize that all individuals deserve the ability to exercise, not just individuals without children.

My husband thinks the water could be alittle warmer in Physical Tharapy pools didnt feel like 92 degrees in them
