This gym is alright as a facility, I'd say it's mid tier maybe upper tier level amongst Montana, but I've traveled all over the United States (I'm a veteran, not rich) I've been to many nice gyms one of my favorites is a local ymca in WA that's similar in a sense that it has all the amenities you could ask for, pool, steam room, sauna, very spacious etc. My favorite part about that gym was it was $15 a month with no cancelation fees. Whereas this gym has similar amenities, it's pool is much smaller, overall it's smaller, but most the most important distinction for a single member it costs $50 a month which is insane. If you looks for basic averages in America for gym memberships the average cost for a high teir gym is $43. As a veteran I get a discount just shy of that. I think crossroads monopolize on the fact that they are the only gym with a pool in Helena, so I hope someone out there makes a gym in Helena that's more middle class friendly with a pool, to give them some competition.

Only gym I've ever heard of that expects you to keep paying after moving 100+ miles away.. Conveniently chose to not inform me about the buy out fee until it was more expensive than just paying the rest of my "contract", after ignoring my calls for several months and continuing to charge me. Said I could only cancel in person (even during covid and the aforementioned 100 mile relocation). All around very dissatisfied with their customer service and shysty tactics. Small town monopoly on the gym game, definitely wouldn't recommend. DON'T set up auto pay to an account if you don't have to - use a credit card so you can dispute their fraudulent charges instead of waiting for Whitney and Rhonda to try to problem solve.

So my friend and I go here regularly to swim and hot tub at least once or twice a week before showering and heading home. We both have service dogs and were nervous about access issues in a new place. We have been going regularly for almost a month now..... and we have never had an issue. Our dogs are medical alert for cardiac and blood pressure alert and then mine also does FMP and guide work as well as my eyes don't work very well. They have their place blankets they lay on while we do our thing and then they watch and wait just like they were trained to do even when in the pool or shower ((thus is them while we were in the hot tub)) I'm planning to start Barre classes in the next month and I am hoping the lack of issues continues even then.

A great gym! I would recommend them - if you're a swimming enthusiast, their pool is great! :)

Awesome gym and pool. Always well kept and great staff. They even have coffee for their members. Just wish the pool was warmer.

Love this gym, for starters the daycare for my children, the staff is always willing to jump in and let us get a workout in and very nice to my children. Second, very spacious. I’ve never waited on a machine or free weights. Third, staff is very understanding and always willing to work thru any problems. Couldn’t ask for a better gym personally! I appreciate this gym and would highly recommend! 🤙

Friendly, helpful staff. Theu are always ready to answer any questions and quickly resolve any issues to the members satisfaction.

Nothing works here. Sauna is always down. I can never find a foam roller in this place and requests are always ignored by management. It sounds like they are raising their rates and I will be leaving

Budget gym, you get what your pay for. Typically dirty common areas and locker rooms. Noticeably dirty is the best way to describe it. Ann, who works mornings at the front desk is rude. Is off-putting if you call in with a question or request, like it's an inconvenience to her. I make sure to say thank you after I get what I need, the responses I've gotten back? "Okay, bye", "Uh huh", "Yep". On 3 occasions when items broke (steam room, sauna and glass mirror in weight room) the management posted passive aggressive signs about the cost to replace these things and people getting billed. It came off more as a threat than a "try to keep our gym nice" posting. The equipment is in okay condition. Don't think it's been replaced in awhile. Some machines work better than others. Again, noticeable wear and tear resulting in some machines that can't be used to their full capacity. Pool is okay, but no family changing room. There are quite a few class offerings that are built into the membership. Childcare is also included in the membership. Overall, it feels like a gym that is fine with mediocrity. Good enough to keep members at the price, but never going to improve.

I only have good things to say about this gym! It was the reason we stayed in Helena for a week instead of just passing through. The staff is super friendly, there’s always free coffee, they have lots of equipment in 3 levels, and a women only section. What I liked most was there’s also a pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The price was great too, $25 USD for a week of unlimited access. All rooms in the gym looked clean and tidy. We had a great experience 👍

Wonderful employees, clean water and rooms ready to help in a heartbeat. I have been to all the clubs and this one has been the best and the most fun.

I love how family friendly and comfortable the atmosphere feels. Had a "people are people" feeling. Not touch fuss and stuff like more modern gyms.

A very unique gym that has a very confusing layout at first with many rooms, but once you get a hang of navigation it’s a cool worn in gym that has everything you need. Also I wanted to note that it’s not a wheelchair accessible facility.

The staff were very courteous to us both when we were touring the gym and I was impressed with how much bigger it felt on the inside! Great place with all you need for your 'gym' needs I'd say! It's not a bad price option either! I cannot wait to start coming over here to work out! Excellent.

I don't really have any complaints about this gym. Everyone is really friendly, they have an abundance of equipment, the facility is clean and well maintained, just overall a nice place to go to get your workout on.

This gym has it all. It is pricier at first glance unless you plan ahead. I needed the steam room and sauna in my life, and the extra cost is worth it to me. Corporate Gyms try to get you with hidden fees, and this one is very upfront with cost from what I've seen. Keep up the great work!

Love the handball courts.. Gym is nice but equipment is very outdated for the spendy cost of membership

It’s nice to workout here because there is a lot of privacy however the machine selection is rather limited.

I like the gym more than I thought I would not as crowded and I like the sauna steam room and I can't wait to use the pool. Super friendly, they know your name. They have all the right equipment especially if you're looking for free weights they've got the heavy weights here too. Classes are so much fun! Racquetball courts. Definitely a must see.

Wouldnt recommend, the Staff (Older Guy at the front desk) always has an attitude and consistently makes comments under his breath (he thinks we can't hear because our headphones are on our heads, but turned off). Honestly, he Is enough of a reason not to go here. The Equipment below: Free-weights (Barbells, Curlbars, Dumbells) are all not maintained, suggest bringing your own allen key set or you will deal with them falling apart. The Cardio equipment is operational, but very worn out. You'll have to put the settings Very high in order to get any resistance. Would not recommend Capitol Sports or Fuel before going here.

It's literally a fitness fun house! I'm moving and that's the only reason I would be cancelling.

I love this gym. The price is good and membership covers everything not just some things. The staff is always nice when I come in. I get greeted everytime with a smile. The equipment is always clean .

Great place to get your workout on. There's a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room ellipticals, Nautilus, all kinds of machines, weight room, swimming pool bicycles racquetball courts, what more could you want? Nice people behind the desks, and utilizing the gym with you.

Something for everyone here. I always choose Crossroads when I'm back in Helena.
