I
love
this
place
so
much!
It
has
become
my
home
away
from
home.
For
over
a
decade,
I
neglected
my
fitness.
I’m
a
full-time
working
mom
of
3
very
busy
kids.
Like
most
moms,
I
put
my
husband,
children,
job,
house,
etc.
above
myself.
Fit
Social
is
so
fun.
Every
class
feels
like
you
are
walking
into
a
nightclub.
Whether
you
are
taking
one
of
their
HIIT
classes
or
one
of
their
spin
classes,
the
studio
is
dimly
lit,
the
music
is
pumping
and
the
LED
lights
are
going.
It’s
my
little
break
from
reality
and
a
place
for
my
“me”
time
each
day.
The
instructors
bring
high
energy
and
a
wealth
of
fitness/nutrition
knowledge.
Every
class
feels
like
personal
training.
The
instructors
are
very
attentive
and
will
always
ensure
you
are
using
proper
form
to
avoid
injuries.
They
will
offer
modifications
up
and
down
depending
on
what
you
personally
need.
And,
every
workout
is
completely
different.
You’ll
never
be
bored
of
their
workouts.
Everyday
offers
something
new.
And,
there’s
no
thinking
about
it.
They
design
the
workouts,
show
you
how
to
do
them
and
you
just
have
to
put
in
the
work.
After
every
workout,
you
are
handed
an
ice
cold
towel
and
can
stop
over
to
the
Social
Bar
and
either
grab
a
delicious
smoothie,
smoothie
bowl
or
avocado
toast.
Grab
it
and
go
or
sit
and
chat
with
friends.
Speaking
of
friends,
this
gym
has
the
best
members.
They
have
members
of
every
age,
shape
and
fitness
level.
What
everyone
shares
is
a
sense
of
community.
It
is
not
uncommon
to
hear
members
cheering
each
other
on
or
congratulating
each
other
for
conquering
goals.
And,
unlike
most
gyms,
they
offer
group
classes
starting
at
5:15am.
At
first,
the
idea
of
getting
up
that
early
seemed
impossible
but
after
a
couple
of
weeks,
it
just
became
a
habit.
For
a
busy
mom,
early
morning
classes
are
key!
I’m
back
home
in
time
to
get
the
kids
off
to
school
and
my
workout
is
finished
for
the
day.
I
don’t
have
to
worry
about
whether
I’ll
have
the
energy
later
or
if
the
kids’
activities
will
interfere
with
my
workout
schedule.
If
you’re
thinking
of
trying
this
place
out,
I
encourage
you
to
do
so.
First
class
is
always
free!
What
do
you
have
to
lose?
