I have been a very long time member over ten years. Club suppose to open at 5am. Sit outside until past 5:30 am multiple times. Emailed them my frustrations two different times and they never even replied. So basically they are just saying they don’t care and live with it. The also continually raising rates however they club is degreasing. Weight machines falling apart. Weight room a mess most of the time. Hot tub isn’t maintenance properly and the list goes on. There are a lot of options out there now so I suggest checking your options before choosing this club.

Facilities are good and the operating staff is great. Their only problem is their billing department and their internal communication. They use one billing system for for classes and another for membership fees, which failed to charge my card while the other system had no problem at all. Our membership was cancelled without notice and despite I emailed every address to address the problem, including the owner, they did not get back to us so far.

Be sure to watch your bank account after cancelling your membership. I have been charged 3 months fees after cancelling. I have called each time telling them about the issue, they act like they're going to take care of it, and continue to not address it. Attempting to get the charges refunded through my credit card company and get the charges blocked since FAC appears to be incompetent.

FAC is the best Athletic Club in Fayetteville, AR. The staff is professional and friendly, and they truly care about their membership. The club has been around for a long time, but the ownership is constantly reinvesting and improving both the equipment and the facilities. The friendly faces and friendly staff make this gym feel like a second home to their members! I would highly recommend!

Fayetteville Athletic Club is such a great establishment. I have gotten the privilege to play on their courts and use the tennis facilities mainly. They were very welcoming and made the transition from my other tennis academy to this one very smooth! Love all the coaches and members that I have gotten to know as a college student! Fun environment and like I said before the community of people are outstanding .

Coach Nestor has been a wonderful addition to your program! He is bringing a next level of coaching and wisdom from his years of high level tennis coaching. He also has shown an interest in the players long term development and health. We are very happy to have him available!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the FAC if you plan to use kids services. First, we had a bad experience with swim lessons. Then a week later, my three year old was repeatedly hit and kicked by an older child in the kids club. I found him cowering in the playscape crying when I picked him up — the staff didn’t even know it had happened. If you aren’t using the kids club, the amenities and classes at the club are good. However no workout for me is worth the bad experiences my kids have had.

Coach Drew is the best! I'm new to tennis and have been taking lessons from him for the past three months. I have had fun, learned so much and excited to play more! He is knowledgeable, skilled and has an obvious passion for the sport. In addition, he is a natural teacher with great communication skills and has the ability to move your game in the right direction. I would highly recommend him as a coach of any level of player!

My Step Daughter has to quarantine for 10 days because she was exposed to an unvaccinated staff member. I picked her up on Tuesday from FAC Kids FACtory and i saw absolutely not one person, adult or child, wearing masks. Cannot recommend this program in the least.

I’ve been a few days ago talking with the coaches (I am as well, working in Sweden now) and they are great. Facilities are fantastic.

Our family of 4 quickly settled into FAC after we joined at the beginning of 2020. The friendly staff and members combined with the amenities FAC has to offer make it an exceptional place to be active and make friends along the way. We particularly enjoy the tennis facility and all the wonderful coaches and staff that are there every day to help you achieve your goals.

Only thing keeping this Gym from a Five star gym. 1- It should really be a 24hr gym or at the least a 5am to midnight. 2- The hot tube really needs to be upgraded. Its 80's style outdated. hard to get those spots that you really need with the jets. Really just need to add a ton more Jets and that would be fine. Outside of that, I love the place.

This facility is the best in the NWA. If you are a parent and looking for a place for your kids while you work out definitely FAC is the right place. I have been to many gym but FAC has literally what you want from classes to even great protein shakes. Also, they have the best staff ever. When you go ask about Alex. She is amazing.

This is the epitome of a family owned business!!! My husband and I got a family membership on 3/27/21 and have had the most positive experience!! The owner will stop and talk to you any time he sees you while he's there. The staff is extremely encouraging and uplifting. They are ALL very warm and friendly. The front desk staff make it a point to welcome you by name when you come at a certain time. It's always busy, but there is never any difficulty being able to work out because there is SO MUCH equipment!! Classes are included in your membership and there are so many to choose from! We were also able to sign up for the child care for our daughter who is too young to work out with us and she LOVES going. We're able to work out without worrying about her being taken care of. She has an absolute blast every time she's there. They treat everyone with the same level of friendliness and respect, regardless of your age, fitness level or size. It is an amazing place that you can tell they take great pride in. It is always clean as well. There are always clean towels and disinfectant to wipe down the machines. You'll often see staff going through wiping the machines down, as well. We got a great deal when we signed up that included a free session with a personal trainer who was amazing (thank you, Virginia). We will continue this investment into our health for a long time to come, but this place makes it easy to want to continue to go!!

My experience at Fayetteville Athletic Club was exceptional. It provided a perfect blend of fitness, recreation, and social interaction, making it an ideal place for sports enthusiasts to stay active and have fun.

I LOVE the FAC! I visit Fayetteville twice a year to see family and always get either a 10 day pass for $60 or a monthly pass for $170 and I really value the time I can spend here. The Les Mills classes are awesome, I’ve only tried Barre, Grit, Sprint, and Bodypump but really enjoyed every single class and the energy and dedication that the staff exude. I spend most of my time in the cardio are which is huge and during COVID19 all the equipment including the cycling classes is properly spaced out with every other machine blocked. I haven’t visited the pool but they have a ton of classes and programs for all ages. I especially appreciate the friendly family feel of the FAC. I’m always pleasantly surprised to find no competitive vibe and at any time in the day, there’s always a broad representation of age, ethnicity, and sex. I value that diversity in a gym space and I always feel comfortable getting my exercise time in. The dressing area is big, bright, and always clean complete with showers and a sauna. Thank you FAC for your contribution to your members physical and mental health! 🙏

Well taken care of place. Many people go there so parking is busy. So nice and calm at night had to share there beautiful place with you. I am not a member yet on my wish list. I hear staff is great and the manager is very helpful

On kids corner and let me tell you the staff and teachers are great and if your child has a food allergy they pay attention and the price is ok but also you pay for what you get so keep that in mind and the place in my opinion is the best place to take your young children for daycare
