Arrived here Friday night to observe the car meet up in the car park out the front and fancied lifting weights for a bit. I approached the front doors to be met by an elderly homeless gentleman named Alan who was shadow boxing in the moonlight and encouraged me to join which I did. After this I decided I’d had enough and so headed back to the car, however I did get time to look through the door into what appeared to be a clean and professional looking gym.

Low affordable prices and an easy to cancel contract was the reason I joined. Once in the gym I was surprised by the quality of the machines and the cleanliness of the whole facility. I have been a member of several lowestoft gyms and for its price it competitively competes with the bigger gyms. I really like the fact its 24 hours and I use it more in the early hours of the morning due to my shift pattern. I would recommend this gym of your looking for somewhere new to try. No criticisms whatsoever for this place. My major pro is free parking in a large secure car park.

Fantastic place to workout, especially if you’re on the larger side, like I am. The staff are always welcoming and more than happy to share their knowledge. The place is clean and tidy, with plenty of space to do your own thing. The classes are exhausting, but amazing! The trainers push you hard, but praise you harder! I’d say the price is brilliant for what you get, and membership is easy to update whenever you need. Being 24-hour and free parking is just a bonus at this point! Highly recommend if you’re anxious about starting to workout, or just want somewhere chilled out to sweat it out!

Absolutely fab place all the staff are very helpful and being in a wheelchair I find it easy to get around so stop using that mobility scooter start physically moving and get down there.

Great gym, PT's and Managers are really friendly and equipment is clean. Feels very inclusive and gives a friendly vibe

The gym and staff are amazing ! There's one thing ..the clima(AC) upstairs is way to high ! Too cold and when u sweat then it's even worse !!! I keep having a cold symptoms after the gym , I had a friends twice with me at the gym as a guest and each time she ended ill next day..kindly.. can u please turn the climate a little bit down its so "breezy ". Thanks.

Always a friendly atmosphere. Gym is clean and tidy and a great place to workout. James Heward and all the other PTs always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this gym and its staff. They truly went above and beyond to help me out when I was struggling. Not only were they friendly and approachable, but they even gifted me a pair of gym straps, which I still use to this day.

good gym !! lovely PT’s, 24-hour access and generally pretty exclusive for all abilities, staff hosting regular evening classes etc. only restrictions really are it’s not that big of a gym, and there’s only 1 or two of each machine but that’s due to the space available.

Back for a holiday so didn’t want the contract. Ended up here and have to say it’s one of the nicest gyms I’ve been in. It has a really nice vibe. Lots of ages, shapes and sizes. A really inclusive gym. Always clean and tidy. Staff are always on hand if you need them. Classes available.

The gym is such a wonderful place. The staff are always really friendly and super helpful. Its always clean and has enough space. Having mobility issues, the facilities in place are very easily accessible and there is always a member of staff to assist. Very welcoming with a great atmosphere

Nice gym, reasonably priced. 5 star because of the trainer and assistant manager James Heward (Big Jim). Fantastic motivator, shows you how to achieve your goals, has great knowledge of nutrition. Very well planned training regime and helped me progress with my couple of injuries.

I’ve been a gym fanatic since the early 90’s, I’ve been a member of loads of gyms and I rate The Gym highly. It’s always clean and being maintained to a high standard. James, Lauren and the staff are always very helpful and professional. I like that I’m Not tied into a contract and the membership is such brilliant value for money! Happy gym bunny 😍.. I highly recommend The Gym 👍🏻

Visited today with partner who is already a member to have a look around with a view to joining. James kindly showed me round & chatted to me about what I wanted to achieve. There's a great variety of machines, equipment & weights to use. I think I would try the classes too. It's clean & the staff are friendly. Everyone is minding their own business so you don't feel self conscious. Will definitely be signing up!

Really good. love it there I go late at night where I can feel comfortable. there's hardly anyone there just a couple of people. I can use all the equipment with ease without having to wait. The people are friendly and approachable iv asked them some questions and iv been approached and been asked. So far the best gym iv been to.

Easy access all equipment is nice and ever time I go in it is always clean and tidy and staff always cleaning and the people that go there and use the equipment always sanitise when finished and staff are friendly what a lovely place to go

Great staff all friendly and helpful. You can check on the app how many people are in the gym to avoid busy times. Always clean and tidy. Best gym around the area without a doubt Egos left at the door ☺️

Had a terrible experience. Phoned/messaged saying I would like to look around the building before buying membership. On my arrival I waited for over 10 mins and no staff came to the door to help me. I was very dissapointed and would not reccomend to those who value human contact.

Great gym. Only issue is the dumbbells only go up to 40kg. Other than that it's a nice place to workout with good airflow and spacious environment. Never too busy. 24hrs service is super useful. Love the app.

This is a really good gym, it is very clean and there is a fantastic range of up to date equipment. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they really care about their clients and are really committed to helping them achieve their goals. There is a great range of classes and the staff are on hand and happy to offer advice.

Decent gym, but way too much cardio equipment that just doesnt get used when the space could be used for more useful equipment. Also closes early on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Excellent gym with lots of equipment, never crowded - a three-day pass is perfect if you’re visiting the area, and great value at below £10

It's good value for money and has a good variety of training equipment/facilities to meet most people's needs. Signing up is straightforward and the induction done online. With the app you can even check how busy the gym is before you leave home.

Does what it says on the tin. Decent equipment here as its reasonably new. However, I generally prefer to train elsewhere as typically people who pay f-all for a gym aren't in there to work out seriously nor strike up a conversation. Its just a bit of a meh.

It's your typical gym . Not to crowded during off peak times. Rarely have to wait for machines. Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly enough.

Good gym.. plenty to use... staff helpful. would firstly have open male and female changing rooms, as always waiting to use single roomed showers. secondly few TVs in there, constant starting at mirrors get bored after while.
