I've been a member of this gym for 2 months as its on my doorstep and so convenient. Price is very affordable but there are so many issues that really need to be addressed. The men's bathroom & changeroom has been out of service for over 6 weeks and it is still not fixed. The water machine is broken on the gym floor and there is no way to get water because the men's bathroom is closed (as mentioned). The gym needs a clean as there is a massive cobweb problem and when it rains there are big leaks from the ceiling. More could also be done to get people to put their weights and equipment back.

The opening hours make it a hassle going there and inconvenient, as is the new payment method, being only by bank card and not cash. Saying that, the gym is good, good equipment and friendly users, though can get very overcrowded being so small. The staff generally are not very friendly and some macho men can make alot of noise crashing the weights and grunting loudly! Be careful though, there are some unsavoury characters who get there first thing in the morning, some are loud, hostile and aggressive.

Having a membership to Better gym I go to Hammersmith and Lillie road. This gym is accessible using your membership via phone smart phone or iPhone. Lillie road has a vast choice of equipment with plenty of room and a beautiful view. This gym has no steps or stairs to have to climb, perfect if this is what you need. The weights room has a big collection of equipment and it is clean, bright and well spaced out. I have not been many times to this gym but it is definitely easier for me to get to. I like this gym but it is to open and makes me feel a bit self conscious. There are a variety of classes and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is clean and tidy.

Just being refurbished, looking good and helping me to look good to. Fun place to work out. Staff friendly and helpful lots of equipment and classes.

Update. A massive improvement. They just renovated the premises and brought new equipment. Top notch for 24 quid. Also if few of those aka Rocky Balboa fellows would behave better in the gym it would best in the area. I do like it here. Very good price, can't beet it. The weights room is decent size, plenty of treadmills and other cardio equipment. Has a studio for group excercise. Streching room. Would give 5 stars but that flashing/ blinking light in the weights room hasn't been replaced for 2 months and I told the management that it makes me dizzy every time.

Small gym but has everything we need, the staff is great, good classes too.

I'm using the facilities for Physio. It's clean and depending on time can be very quiet. Staff seem very nice as well.

Perfect tiny gym with all required equipment for amateur bodybuilder. Never too busy during the the morning which is a dream compared to other local gyms.

This gym is quite good. Nice size, good equipment, the staffs are good but some of them are quite moody. Overall it is good gym but the male toilet is the one I have a problem with. It stinks, It seems that there is some dead bodies in there and no matter how much they clean this, the smells persist in there. I think everyone should say something about it and the lads would be able to take showers in there. It seems that you have to enter with a mask unless you do not want to faint in there.

Great team, good equipment, but other facilities like the showers are a bit run down. Needs a facelift but still ticks the needed boxes.

Really decent little gym, for a very low price. Whilst not large, it has pretty much everything you need in a gym, with a few pieces of good new equipment, although it doesn't have the same range of equipment/machines other commercial gyms will have. I've yet to see it be overly busy, but I don't tend to go at peak times. The only downside for me so far is that the spin bikes are too small for someone my height (6'3).

I'm giving 2 * as I had appointment today at 12 oclk but unfortunately the lady has had a accident and couldn't make it ,? ,I do wish her healing and speedy recovery ,,, ,,,however I was not emailed or notified that my appointment was cancelled ,, its very unprofessional service ive recived,!!!! due to me have very bad anxiety,!!!! I made the effort and was let down I will think twice about going back

A great little gym for the price - especially in Fulham. Wish it was open for longer especially on weekends but it is a minor nitpick.

Lovely gym with friendly people. It has been 9 months that I have been doing their fitness classes. Love it! I must say that Patricia, Fari and Anthony give everything they have to each of their sessions. Very motivating and inspiring!

I've held back from posting a review for a while, but enough is enough. Mens locker room smells of open sewerage; machines stay broken for weeks; no drinking fountain; no staff on the gym floor at any time; one member of staff smokes outside the front door and the lobby often smells of smoke because of this. Other than this, nice local gym.

I've been using the gym for over 2 years. Very clean, g ym staff are very friendly especially Carla she always goes the extra mile. She keeps the gym at very high standard & the smile on her face brighten up my day when going to the gym. I also enjoy Omar & Farida's classes.

Good selection of equipment, generally clean and very polite /friendly staff (Patricia as an example) There's only one water fountain and it seems to be out of order alot. Recommend they install another one so There's always a back up!

This is perfect for me, small but adequate. Not at all pretentious.

Very basic gym that's full of many interesting programs for all, but there is no Steam Room or Swimming pools.

Always quite and calm atmosphere, haven’t tried the classes yet, but they offer a lot of variety. All borough card allows you to visit 3gyms in the borough and the local pool for great value!

Ah we need to get people to think that our gym is better than others... what do we call it? Ah I know! Better gym! On a real some better gyms have great staff I.e. one lad named Joey who I saw a while ago in the Hammersmith gym - jolly, helpful and respectful lad. Had a few chats with him and felt connected to the gym - like a second home. However in teddington it's a bit more like... no one is really there to say hi or talk to you. Apart from that they have everything you really need.

It's impossible to get through to anyone. No one answers the phone, online chat not working. Why even offer the online chat feature if there is no way if using it, just for show? Bizarre

Decent enough gym, especially for the price. Well equipped, staff friendly and helpful. Could do with whacking the aircon on more often! But as it's run by a charity I suspect that's a costly thing, so fair enough!

It's OK! Nobody seems to clean the equipment although they provide cleaning cloth.

Just joined with the wife to keep an eye out on me 🤣 5th day now. So far so good plenty of space for everyone and all friendly.

A very clean and conscious gym with enough space between customers. Feel very safe in here and highly recommend it.

Staff are always pleasent the new rules mean the gym is hardly packed and everyone is wiping equipment down after usage. Staff also go round wiping the machines even with covid around I feel safe to visit the gym and I'm glad it's back open.

The Gym looks great! It's more spacious now with up to date machines, equipment and weights. The showers are new and nice. The staff is friendly and supportive. There is a nice club atmosphere with nice people around you. Well done Lillie Road Team!

You have got really good , helpful and friendly staff and trainers specially if you have questions about any sort of workout. Good air circulation for the gym, good facilities as well. Good level of hygiene matters and clean and tidy area. The variety of the equipment although is good for the space the gym has, still needs a couple of things. Overall I'm happy and satisfied with this gym and indeed i have and will recommend it to others.

I have been there last weekend 30/01/2022 the gym is small very well equipped with friendly staff, the down side for me was the ice-cold male changing rooms and not working showers!!

Great Gym Location and Overall facilities. Friendly atmosphere. Bit too busy during peaks times as a personal preference.

Favourite gym that I've ever been to! Great selection of equipment and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I am new to gyms, overweight and in my 30s. The opportunity came to join this gym. Naturally, I was very nervous! I didn't need to be! The induction was clear and informative. Nice people who work there, I will add! The place is not huge, but has everything the majority of people may need. Ton of machines and items to use, the gym feels relaxed and I actually enjoy going here. The people who go here too, amazingly friendly as a newbie, you don't feel judged or threatened at any time. The opposite in fact. Mixed variety of customers of a variety of abilities, all working to improve themselves, great to see. I don't know gyms but I know what I like and personally, I am really enjoying myself at Lillie Road!

Amazing facility with absolutely everything you want for a great workout. The staff is also friendly and very kind. The girl at the reception was so kind that she allowed me to workout since I wasn’t carrying my card on me and they didn’t accept cash. Said I could pay on my next session. Totally recommend this gym. And really decently priced.

I would like to praise one staff member Carla for the dedication to her multifaceted roles at the fitness centre. She has extended herself to various positions and has excelled in the time I have been a gym member. I look forward to seeing Carla in the mornings, always punctually greeting me and working hard to make the gym presentable. I am grateful for Carla's service, her continuance and hope she receive's much deserved rewards. Diana Daby

Nice gym! If you are thinking to join.. do it, super charming warming up area with view to the park and well equipped, lots of cardio machines.. the only downside.. I wish they had a hipthrust machine like other gyms do now. It's mostly clean all the time, but after being a regular for nearly a year now, I've realised depending on who is working that day, the gym looks spotless and tidy, or pretty messy and dusty even missing toilet paper rolls.. I have respiratory issues and is very hard for me to work out when is dusty!! So I can really tell... The people working there are all approachable and will help you if you need anything, specially a woman that works there called Patricia she's super friendly, gives 100% in her classes(very good bodypump and spinning classes if you wanna get fit) and the gym looks up to standards all the time when she's there. It makes a difference!
