Best gym I’ve been too, never too busy, great range equipment that’s high quality and really friendly helpful staff, all at such a good price as well. Could not recommend more.

I've been to few classes and the first thing I noticed about this gym is how friendly and welcoming everyone was. It can be quite daunting to make the first step into a new gym, particularly if like me you haven't done any exercise for a while. The classes are really good fun, sweaty and make you feel like you've had a really good workout. The classes not only make you fitter but they are great for your mind too . The Covid measures they have in place are excellent. They check your temparature on arrival, you have your own antibac spray and cloth to wipe down your equipment and you have plenty of space to socially distant. I can't wait to get back again after the second lockdown.

I have Boxing Fitness Training with Nick at Gover Gym. He is very talented, and knowledgeable. He works with people of all levels in the boxing fraternity, Gover Gym is a great place to exercise.

Simply the best, family owned and run gym! Superb range of machines and enough free weights, barbells, benches etc that you’re rarely waiting to use it! Even an outdoor gym for the summer months! This gym has to be the friendliest gym ever. They cater for all levels of fitness and they are so polite, welcoming, kind and helpful. They really go the extra mile to help everyone and they are passionate about what they do. I can't recommend them enough.

I remain in awe of David's seemingly endless positivity, optimism and determination. He, and the team he has built, have empowered me to explore and enjoy fitness in a way I never have before. The Gover community is wonderful and I am proud to be a part of it!

Finally found a gym that ticks all boxes. Great atmosphere and staff that are always willing to help...... makes you feel valued..... and the workout is good too 😁

Peaceful gym, helpful, friendly staffs. The owner of the gym has very kind and welcoming personality beside some of the old lady staff they are rude and judgmental. I Apologise to all the team members that I walked in with my shoes in the gym studio hall, I did not do it purposely and did not realise there was a sign board outside the door. People do make a mistake after all I’m just a human being. Thank you 🙏

Just done my first circuits session, absolutely loved the outdoor gym

Just popped in to find out what it was like,very impressive set up so signed straight away with first introductory session next Tuesday 👌.Back next day for another hour.Feeling the ache now though.

Always enjoy a workout here. A wide range of equipment to choose from, whether with machines, plates, calisthenics or cardio. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Easy to park. No long trek or waiting around at the reception desk. Love the leg press machine and protein bars, too :-)

Fantastic gym. The staff are amazing. They make everyone feel welcome and not out of place, I was a bit sefl conscious being older, but that thought soon evaporated. Great equipment and fun classes. Highly recommend. Pay as you go is the big bonus for me.

Gover Gym is a Friendly gym, a place where everyone is welcome , regardless of their age and abilities. There are no egos , coaches are always happy to help. True community spirit.

Since me and my other half moved gyms to come to this one we’ve only ever had positives. The equipment is brilliant, the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging and the staff are fantastic individuals who you can tell have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Would recommend this gym to anyone who’s either just starting or a seasoned gym goer.

Great gym with a wicked atmosphere. Loads of classes to suit most needs and fitness’s levels. Loads of free weights, squat racks, barbells and dumbbells. Plenty of cardio equipment and weight machines. Ultimate gym for getting swole…. LETS GOOOOO!!

All the stations / free weights you could ask for with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Functional fitness classes are intense and the gym is really geared up for strength / muscle building.
