Firstly
I
found
the
admission
cost
quite
steep
for
us
as
a
family
especially
as
the
zoo
no
longer
has
particular
animals
that
used
to
be
there
and
given
that
we
didn’t
see
lion
feeding
because
apparently
that
only
happens
every
second
day.
The
staff
member
whom
fed
the
pelicans
didn’t
interact
with
the
audience
which
I
thought
was
odd.
Volunteer
staff
were
extremely
helpful
in
guiding
us
and
answering
questions.
In
a
good
location.
Not
so
easy
to
get
parking
which
is
an
additional
cost.
Food
in
the
cafe
is
very
expensive
as
are
the
drinks.
I
personally
don’t
like
to
support
observing
animals
that
are
caged
or
in
small
enclosures
but
my
grandchildren
wanted
me
to
join
them
on
their
day
out
so
for
them
I
was
happy
to
go.
I
find
it
sad
for
instance
to
see
the
giraffes
in
a
small
space
as
with
a
lot
of
the
other
animals.
The
zoo
is
however
very
well
set
up
with
an
education
centre
attached
and
an
animal
health
centre.
The
gardens
are
well
maintained.
