This place is absolutely beautiful! You can get pretty close to the animals. They all look to be well taken care of too! It was nice and clean. My only gripe is that we desperately needed water so we went to the gift shop and they didn't have any in there, only pop. The gift shop also didn't have any magnets or good gifts to buy. It was mostly stuffed animals and a few shirts and not many sizes to choose from.

It is an okay zoo... I do have to say it was the beginning of winter so it wasn't exactly peak season. The animals that were ouy and about were pretty cool.

Good time here with my kids. Staff helped watch my kids while I bought passes. They had a special event when we visited and got cake. We also got to watch them feed a few of the reptiles and other animals which was pretty cool. Train was down do to rain. Drinks and food are no longer discounted with passes since a new company took over. 😢 We will still return.

Lots of beautiful animals that have huge habitats or multiple medium sized ones they can move between. The zoo keepers are super friendly and obviously love the animals, happy to answer any questions. Even during the day, the glow event was really cool. They also had multiple play grounds throughout for kids to run around. Only downside is I wish there would be signs for areas that are closed and the train ride was disappointing for what it was

Attended the GloWild event. Fantastic, highly recommend families, date night, solo mediation visit. Bring your camera, photo ops galore! Interactive displays, please be respectful- a lot of care and work has obviously gone into this project. Money well spent!

The Little Rock Zoo's Glow Wild light display at Christmas is a must see on any Christmas light tour of Arkansas. There are hundreds of lighted displays of various real and mythical animals. The huge dragon was worth going to see by itself. We were lucky and had great weather on a night when there were tornadoes hitting other parts of the south. It wasn't crowded and I was able to quickly find a parking spot. The best part was that parking was free but there was a $20 charge per person to get in.

Disclaimer, my wife and i are zoo enthusiast, and visited this zoo along with 6 others this same week. The little zoo with a good selection of animals. Low entry cost, and wide pathways make navigation pretty easy. There are two distinct areas, one half is older and the other half is newer. Even the older side was good. Good: entry price Multiple viewing areas for most exhibits Wide pathways Good selection of animals Easy parking close to entry Bad: They opened 5 min late We waited 25+ min (after they opened) to get in There was a constant line to buy tickets all day Signage for animals off exhibit could have been clearer Overall they would have gotten 5 stars, BUT there is no excuse for me spending 25+min in line to buy tickets and enter the zoo. We were not even at the back of the line as we had arrived early. I would expect some may have waited close to 45min. We did two loops in about 3 hours. You should plan 2 loops as some animals will not be out or visible at all times.

We visited on a sunny warm day following a bad cold snap. Almost all of the animals were out and enjoying the day. The zoo has made quite a few changes since our last visit and everything looks great. Animal enclosures are clean and most give the animals a lot of space and enrichment. The best was Kevin, the zoo's baby Black Rhino! He is ADORABLE! THE Penguins we're very social and vocal with visitors and made for a very enjoyable experience.

Man, I wish incould give this 5 stars. Quite a few empty exhibits through the zoo, and everything inside from the water to the food is pricey so pack your wallet. But, the open exhibits were absolutely wonderful. The Apes were fun, chimps are sill, and the Orangutan with the baby was pretty fun to watch. It's hot and the animals are hot too. Not a ton of movement and I assume it's from the heat. The Big Cats were out and in view for some great pics. If you're in the area within an hour it's worth paying the $100 for the family membership. They do offer military discounts for entry so that is another plus as well!

This zoo has a park-like setting with lots of areas for children to play. Several benches throughout (thank goodness). (Update: during my last visit on Feb 6th, the benches had been moved, no clue where. I found one.) They have some nice updates throughout the grounds. The Cafe has been updated (no longer giving members discounts in the cafe). The employees are knowledgeable and seem to enjoy talking about the animals that they care for ... which is nice, but they're difficult to find if you have a question. The gift shop has been updated and items are nice, although a bit pricey, and they have some nice items for all ages.

Okay keep in mind it is the time of Covid-19. Getting to the zoo and getting in the zoo was fine. However once in the zoo it's a very different story. There are areas marked to wear masks however they have no one in theses area, minus the kangaroo/blue penguin exhibit, to hold people accountable. Therefore you are 50/50 at BEST of people following any protocol in the park. I'm being generous here. As for the park it was nice. I'd suggest either early morning to go when it is slightly cooler. More animals will be active unlike when we went around 2pm and it got hot 80+. Most animals were either sleeping or in the shade. Also you pay for parking as you leave. Since this was our first time and I pre-paid I was a bit confused. All in all a good time. Really would have been tough with more people though.

Small zoo but the lights were different than other zoo Holiday light events I have attended. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety. They had cool LED swings. Strategically placed adult beverage stands (at entry and half way thru). Funnel cake was tasty. The kids and adults both had fun!

Little Rock Zoo was fun. The scenery and animals were amazing. My family and I were most disappointed that three areas of the park, including the one with the bears, otters, and penguins, were animal-free. Yet those weren't deal breakers. We had fun exploring the park. Our family traveled three hours away for Easter to see the city and the zoo, and it was fantastic. We'll be back!

This place is in bad shape. Unkempt. Unclean. A lot of the old exhibits are walked off. The exhibits that you can see are half empty. $48 for a family of four. If you're going to make sure the animals get fed, then great. You will see more farm animals than exotics.

  • 1/5 Stephanie P. 3 years ago on Google
All the animals look miserable. It was sad. No penguins, giraffe, snake, lizard, alligator or crocs. But the barn area was full of animals. You know petting zoo animals. And NO you CAN'T pet them. What animals they do have are just left there. There is no animal/zookeeper bonding or playing going on. I will save my money and take my daughter to the Memphis zoo. Where she can have a REAL zoo experience!!

First time visiting the zoo and extremely disappointed. Literally 85% of the exhibits are closed down or have no animals in them. Halfway through walking we completely stopped getting excited because we knew that whatever was about to come up wasn't going to actually be in the cage or it would be shut down completely. I'm not a local so I'm unsure on if this zoo is struggling to stay in business or not. But even the gift shop was super bare. It was also insanely crowded. So if you have Covid concerns, I would skip this altogether because the majority of people wore no mask and weren't shy at all coming right up on you to look at the animals. Now here's the positives: The animals we did see were very enjoyable to watch. We were huge fans of the monkey section because the monkeys were engaging and putting on a show for the crowd of people. I was also a huge fan of how large the areas for most animals were. By far the biggest I've possibly ever seen in a zoo. It was refreshing to see massive exhibits that offered so many of them so much space. I believe that once this zoo is completely built and have all the animals out for the public to see, it's going to phenomenal. But right now, it's not something I could see myself going back to for an extremely long time.

I really enjoyed our trip to this zoo. The admission and stoller rentals were very reasonable. There are plenty of benches throughout this zoo as well as water fountains and restrooms. The animals were mostly out except for the penguins and 2 others. It wasn't overly crowed and the staff was good. The walking paths are roomy and have a good flow. They have snacks and an eatery inside but are somewhat pricey They also have a carousel and train rides at an extra cost

The zoo is very widely spread out with no real maps available. We encountered one visual map of the zoo but nothing is available to carry. It was a perfect day for the zoo. Friday morning at 11 brought a small crowd of stroller pushing toddler moms, so it was a nice casual stroll. The animals had just gotten breakfast so they were out and about and active.

Our visit impressed us so much, that we left with a family membership! I've been to this zoo a handful of times over the last decade, and today I was blown away by the improvements! Many animals have much larger habitats, trash/recycling can everywhere to help keep things clean, hand washing and sanitizing stations anywhere you look, multiple play grounds for all age kids (& wheelchair accessible)... There is always room to improvement & expansion at any zoo, and there were several projects underway. The best way to support the zoo is to go visit! Thanks for the wonderful family day Little Rock Zoo!

Two animals in as many months have died at this zoo due to not recovering from anesthesia after an examination, considering how close together the incidents are and the number of animals housed, I'd say this zoo is due for an inspection by the AZA. Old 4 Star Review: Surprisingly expansive zoo with a wide variety of exhibits, friendly staff, and beautiful landscaping. You'd never know you were right next to an interstate which speaks volumes to the planning. They've experienced a lot of construction related disruptions, affecting water features, and overall access, but it's still worth a visit, and rivals many of the other zoo's I've visited.

I had an opportunity to visit in September 2020 on my way to Cleveland, Ohio. I thoroughly enjoyed myself here. Lots to see and do. This Zoo will make a child or adult of any age happy. Well worth the cost of admission and parking. They do have security patrols in the parking lot which made me feel safer visiting.

Left a lot to be desired. 25$ a person and most of the major exhibits were shut down. No manatees, no polar bears, no lemurs, no lions, no elephants. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things because it felt like half of the exhibits we walked past were closed.. And next week, its 8$ a person. Would have waited if I'd have known everything would be closed. The reptiles were awesome, the monkeys were SUPER awesome, and the apes were cool too. Over all, I'd rate it 6/10.

Very nice zoo and easy to navigate. A lot of the animals were indoors and not available for viewing. We spent about and hour and a half walking the entire zoo. Lots of benches and shaded areas to take a break and keep cool.

We went specifically for the zoo lights lantern festival. It was well laid out and not at all crowded. The zoo itself seems nice from what I could tell in the dark- enough so that I would like to go back and visit the zoo itself when it's not so cold. :)

The Little Rock Zoo is so much better than it was in the past. There are better and cleaner cages. The animals look better and the general atmosphere is pleasant. I suggest purchasing an annual membership. We will be going often this summer.

This is a nice zoo. We had a morning free and decided to stop by and ended up spending several hours. It was hot (August) but there was a lot of shade. There were a wide variety of animals including lions, gorilla, orangutan, rhino, cheetah, elephant, zebra, and ostrich. We were lucky to run into the keeper for the rhinos. He told us quite a bit about their history at the zoo. Another zookeeper near the elephants spent a little time with us too which we enjoyed. Worth a visit!

Excellent Zoo! My family came to see some big cats and we were not disappointed! Their exhibits give you a great opportunity to see all of the animals very close. They also have some areas for younger kids to play, at multiple locations around the zoo. I feel like the reptile exhibit doesn’t get much love in the comments, so here’s a picture of this happy Gray Rat Snake at their reptile exhibit. Will definitely be back.

Took my son on his birthday and he LOVED it. We ran into someone leaving out who had an extra ticket for free entry, so that was $10 less we had to spend. They’re doing a little construction but that’s easy to overlook. They have a playground with an indoor cafe, a gift shop and even a train ride for the tiny tots.

This was fun for everyone and at lunch we stamped our hands and went across the street to the park and had a picnic lunch which was nice. I recommend the zoo to everyone!

The Little Rock Zoo may not be the biggest Zoo around, I can see it all in an afternoon, it's quite enjoyable. I got to oggle at otters, look at lions, and peer at penguins. That's one of the LR Zoo's best attractions. There were cute signs through out (Give the graphic designer a raise), and the Zoo staff was extremely helpful. The zoo also has many social distancing measures in place, allowing all to enjoy the Zoo, while staying safe. Overall, a great experience, and a good use of an afternoon.

Great place for the whole family. This zoo is well maintained and the staff are always nice. The prices are fair and the membership programs are awesome for even better deals. Its such a large well done zoo. It had so much that I wasn't expecting. Even a butterfly exhibit and 3D theater. The animals seem well taken care of as well. So many beautiful ones to see plus the scenery of the zoo itself its worth walking around just to view. The food is also very good from the small vendors available. I would recommend to any age. Its well worth the trip out. 10/10 reccomend

We go every year to The Festival of Lights as a family, and I love it. There's always something new to see and plenty of activities for the little ones of course. My favorite was roasting marshmallows! We brought our own stuff, but you can buy crackers, chocolate etc. Not at all overcrowded or overbearing like I had worried. The prices are a bit much, so you can simply bring your own snacks, we still bought a hot chocolate and it was perfect for the occasion. (Most everyone wore a mask while walking around, just for the picture)

Only good thing about this zoo is that the staff is nice. Every animal enclosure/cage/area is very nasty and has trash in them. Also, everywhere you look something is under construction or something in that nature. $13 per 13 - adult and $10 per 3 - 12 year old is very expensive to look at trash and construction, and sad & depressed animals.

Enjoyed seeing the animals. Can't wait until the reptile house, bird house and the cafe open up. My husband was a little disappointed that he couldn't see more of the reptiles. Definitely will be back. Be sure to make reservations before going because of covid. The price to get in is about $13. That's not bad!

The zoo hours are shorter than they used to be, closing at 4 p.m., the snack bar with the air conditioning inside closes at 2 p.m. If you are not there before 11 a.m. you're not going to 90% of the animals. Very few of them are outdoors in this heat. Also they drain and refill the water between noon and 2 which means the critters are even less inclined to be outside. Dollar Day made it worthwhile as far as price goes ( they say it's best to make a reservation but it's not required unless they are at capacity) and the rental of a cart for my mother to drive around in certainly helped her and gave us a place to throw things in the front of the basket. If you do get a cart though, you're pretty much going to have to pay attention because the people around you don't and you will have them cut in front of you even when you're going 15 miles an hour. Parking was fine but you had to walk away so I dropped everybody off at the front and came back.

I haven’t been to this zoo since I was a kid myself. It’s been at least 20+ years since my last visit. It’s not exactly as I remember it. I’d say for a city the size of Little Rock it isn’t bad. It isn’t in the same league as Memphis or St. Louis of course They have made several improvements. I did see lots of exhibits closed though due to animals being sick/injured. I’d say you could easily make a day of it if you bring your younger kids. There is a decent amount to see and do, several play areas for the kids to play and interact as well. All in all I recommend going if you have younger children, adults and teens would probably like the bigger zoos over this one. I do hope they can get some additional funding to continue making improvements.

There was a Heat Advisory in effect from 8:00AM - 2:00PM on the Saturday we strolled around the Zoo! We cooled off in the Cafe Africa and bought Jungle Punch. The Zebras were outstanding, and we enjoyed the little Asian Elephant. We saw no bears except for the little Bear Statuette at the entrance to the Bear Exhibit. The Penguins were adorable, and we had a most enjoyable time there!

The little rock zoo is one of the best zoos ive been to. It is very family friendly and the zookeepers and rest of the staff and volunteers are the best. The setup of the zoo is great and the openness of the animal areas let you view them. However, they open at 9:00 a and we arrived at 9:15a. Most of the animals must have been eating while their pens were being cleaned. There was not one bear in any of the bear pens and the elephants were also MIA. I feel if they open at 9:00a, then the pens should be cleaned and animals fed before that time.

Reservations are required to enter. Fairly priced. We are from out of town. Came on a Wednesday afternoon and there were maybe 15 cars in parking lot. Signs state that masks need to be worn at all time. We had no issue. But they don't enforce it at all inside the park. Everyone we ran into had their mask off their face. Made us feel a tad uncomfortable. Nice little zoo! The gorillas, chimps and orangutans were all putting on a show when we arrived. Some of the park is under construction so it made it hard to get around. If we visit Little Rock again we'd be back!

Bigger zoo than I thought! There were a great variety of animals, I just wish there were more of each. COVID forced a lot of the cafés and animal shows to shut down, but luckily almost all of the exhibits are outside. They had food trucks set up that sold shaved ice, frozen lemonade, and fried dough for about $4 each. We captured great footage of the animals. Unfortunately, about 5 or 6 of the approximately 20 animals we visited were hiding, so we couldn’t see them. Will definitely go next year, hopefully without COVID ruining things.

I wanted to get away for awhile to get my mind back clear and get my energy back up, so drove from Texas to Little Rock for Christmas and visited the zoo the day after Christmas and was among the 1st in the gate. So peaceful and crisp as it was early and it seemed like all of the animals were on their best behavior lol. Wish there was more variety, but it was cold and early so I could have missed some, but enjoyed myself. Zoo was clean and animals appeared well taken care of.

They have a good variety of animals. It was a little complicated to keep track of where to go next, bc everything seemed to intersect with each other. We went in the winter, so many animals weren't out, but as the day progressed and it got up to 40 degrees, more animals came out. We spent about 2 hours there and enjoyed it.

Nice experience. VERY small for a zoo. A lot of exhibits closed. You have to wear mask while there. Limited foods due to Covid scare. Would have enjoyed it before whole covid thing.

It was a lovely walk on a brisk day. A lot of construction and modernizing going on. We sat in the sun on a bench and relaxed. Restrooms were nice. Walkways were large and accessible. A nice spot was made for the kids to play.

Was nice except that the farm animal petting zoo part was restricted due to covid fears. My four year old autistic son is rather obsessed with petting zoos right now. Aside from that it was really nice as the where not many people there.

We had an excellent time at the zoo today. My father-in-law was in town and him along with my wife and I and our daughter went and spent a couple hours and had a great time. A lot of the animals were out playing which was shocking but was really neat to see. The safari shop was closed which was a bummer. All of the eating places were closed because of covid-19 but there was a funnel cake and corn dog stand!!

Amazing places for toddlers! We loved it and hope to come back again... we saw the bold eagles getting fed... that was so cool (and little nasty but cool) Also they have a giraffe ... we didn't get that tour but got to see it from far... also a zebra! Really cool place!

Due to COVID-19 our prices are reduced!!! Dont look for that but youll get a sad, depressing outing. Even the animals are depressed. It was not what i was expecting. A lot of empty exhibits but charging full price. I was disappointed in the Arkansas zoo. Im a veteran and that was still disappointing even with my minimal discount. What happened to understanding??? If the zoo is having a hard time staying afloat think about the people trying to take their familiies there. I hope the world gets better but Ill never visit the Arkansas zoo again even if they have free admission.

    We LOVE the LR ZOO!!!

  • 5/5 Kim K. 3 years ago on Google
The LR Zoo has been part of raising our daughter since she was teeny tiny. They are taking good COVID measures; you can feel safe here. Our Zoo has never been about seeing ALL the animals that are a draw at a bigger zoo. For us, it's the perfect sized "park" with play areas and, bonus, there's animals! The membership price is a bargain just to have an outdoor place to go whenever we like. We don't feel any pressure there. It's easy, relaxing, and fun.

    Love this zoo. Very pleasant.

  • 1/5 Taylor R. 3 years ago on Google
All the animals look depressed, perhaps it’s because of the electric fences in every enclosure. There were almost no staff in the zoo. Maybe one or two but there were Definitely none with any of the animals. Also, state law says masks must be worn outdoors but the zoo makes you wear them inside the park even though 90% of it is outdoors. Overall, a terrible value and probably will not return.

  • 1/5 Latasha M. 3 years ago on Google
A complete waste of$40! MY daughter and I decided to take my granddaughter. Most of the exhibits were closed and of course they don't tell you before you spend all that money. We only saw like 6 animals and most of those were monkeys. Wow has it went down hill from what it use to be. It was like throwing money right in the trash!

Loved the zoo! $12-$13 for adults. Reserve a spot before you go. We reserved ours just as we got to the gate on a quiet Friday afternoon but wod definitely plan ahead on weekends. Also not much food available inside so eat before or bring snacks. We were happy to see large enclosures for many animals and promises for expansions to other ones as they raise funds.

Great place for adults and kids. It does get rather crowded, so if your a local, avoid during summer tourist time. We spent an entire afternoon here and ate lunch at the cafe. Definitely a must see at least once.

  • 4/5 Jason S. 3 years ago on Google
We recently visited here close to New Years on a little getaway in The Nati. We heard lots of rave reviews. Mind you, this was in late December so I'm sure our experience would have been better in the summer. Because of COVID, you have to reserve slots ahead of time which I really appreciated, as my wife has some health concerns. When we went to book tickets, the prices seemed to be full price, despite it being the slow season. I assumed that most of the animals must be on display if they are still charging almost full price. Well, needless to say, we were pretty disappointed with the lack of animals that we could see. If the price had been $15-$20 this would have been no problem - totally understandable. But to charge full price for half the experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise, it seems like it would be a nice zoo - easy to navigate, well laid out, some unique exhibits and animals you don't get to see at every zoo. Our favorite was the nocturnal animal house. Seeing the huge variety of wild cats was pretty cool!

  • 5/5 Olivia L. 3 years ago on Google
Absolutely beautiful! The lights were amazing and they had a decent amount of animals out. The giraffes put on quite a show for us! I got there around 3:30 and it wasn't crowded. About 5-5:30 it got pretty busy.

  • 4/5 Just P. 3 years ago on Google
Festival of Lights was wonderfully decorated, even doe some of the lights were not working. They had the carousel and the train operating this time. Every time a group got off they wiped down and sanitized. S'mores and fire pit going, It always feels magical here. Let your worries melt away.

The Zoo had many closed exhibits, I can understand a few but so many closed but same price? I have been seeing a lot where people have to pay full price for less of a product. I wish I had called ahead and seen what I was going to pay for

I came here with my boyfriend and we only saw a few animals. Almost all exhibits were either empty and filled with trash or under construction.

  • 5/5 Casually R. 3 years ago on Google
It is a lot of fun. It's got multiple playgrouds for the kids to enjoy, the staff is friendly and answers any questions you have. The large indoor areas are closed right now due to COVID-19 restrictions, but it was still a blast, and there is always stuff to learn and fun to be had. My wife and I love going and taking our godsons with us.

  • 3/5 Chris L. 3 years ago on Google
The actual zoo itself deserves 5 stars, but because of one of the staff I can't bring myself to give it 5 stars. The zoo did say that masks were required, however, there were many people all over the zoo without them on. One of the staff singled my family out because we didn't have a mask and made a scene in front of many of the other zoo guests. To make it worse he walked past 4 other people without masks on to do so.

  • 3/5 Julia G. 3 years ago on Google
The zoo is clearly being renovated and a lot of enclosures were closed (some because of Covid and others for unknown reasons). Quite a few animals were nowhere to be seen. The signs were missing in some areas as well. A few habitats seemed way too small for the animals (the elephants in particular).Otherwise the zoo was fine. It wasn't dirty, the restrooms were clean and the walkways were easy to navigate. I just wasn't particularly impressed for the reasons named above. It wasn't really worth the money, and I worried about some of the animals having happy environments. The primates seemed very happy and taken care of, though!

  • 5/5 Chris b. 3 years ago on Google

  • 1/5 Cassie D. 3 years ago on Google
Just walking around and see the SMALL enclosures makes me sad. Its depressing how the animals have barely room to walk around without hitting a wall. A whole bear has a cage that is not bigger than a single bedroom. There are animals that just walk in circles in their cages because they are so bored.

The entire reptile exhibit was closed "due to covid". Several others were closed for unknown reasons. I always hear people say it doesn't compare to the Memphis zoo, and maybe it doesn't. I'm not too concerned with how it compares to a bigger zoo, but it would probably help if they kept the few exhibits they did have, open all the time. Still a good way to spend time with my kids.

Good experience, it seems that most of this zoo is pretty new. The and planning making ot bigger. Animals are so close to people. The train is 3 dollars 💸 por person and the ride lasts 3- 5 min.

We love the zoo! Can get up close to the animals. A penguin came right up to us. Not many places you can get so close to the animals. Great time for kids. This zoo isn't overcrowded or too expensive either. Always a great time! Princess left her butterfly wings on that table in the gift shop, but they're such a nice zoo I have high hopes of them being returned.

  • 3/5 Pamela W. 2 years ago on Google
It was ok. When my husband & I visited I seen a lot of the places where animals should have been were not there. I think that if they had tour guides it probably would have made the visit much better.

Wonderful zoo and worthy of support. Friendly staff but would be nice if they modernized and didn't require you to show your physical zoo card for attendance. Surely they can look it up.

  • 4/5 Juston H. 2 years ago on Google
stopped in little rock for the night, and was searching for things to do that evening instead of sitting around the hotel. came across the glowild event at the little rock zoo. i think the cost should be a little less in my opinion, but i understand it's for the cause. the hot cocoa, and adult beverages were a nice touch. also don't recommend the train ride for the additional $3 per person as you only really see the backside of the exhibit and half the ride is in the dark. use the money for more cocoa or a gift in the world market. i would still attend again if i had to do it over again.

The GloWild event was way beyond what I expected. Pictures don't do it justice... You have to see it to experience it. I read that there were a couple dozen displays and thought it would be a cute, fun walk with the family... there really are lights and displays throughout the hour-long walk. It's an instant Christmas-time tradition for us!

  • 5/5 Bro J. 2 years ago on Google
Great weather and a nice place to walk around with a couple of young folks. The paths were nice, even, and not too steep for a disabled guy to walk. Unfortunately many of the animals were napping during the warm afternoon time. I suggest going when the animals are more active so that you are more likely to see them all.

  • 5/5 Aaron T. 1 year ago on Google
The zoo was great. I've been to bigger zoos but this zoo has its own charms. All the animals looked very happy and after talking with the zoo staff, you know they care very deeply for them. Only complaint is how small the gift shop is. They need more merchandise.

  • 5/5 Ashley S. 2 years ago on Google
We absolutely loved visiting here. I honestly think this was one of the best zoo's I've ever been to. I really enjoyed how the animals are very easy to see.

  • 5/5 Shawnna M. 1 year ago on Google
Very wonderful zoo! There were a lot of animals that are not at other zoos. The staff here was very friendly and stopped to talk about the animals. There were not a lot of enclosures empty which is kind of rare. There were food trucks at the zoo when we went and they were decently priced and delicious. I would definitely recommend getting a smushed penny outside of the gift shop as a souvenir (it only costs $0.51 here)!

  • 5/5 Misty G. 1 year ago on Google
We LOVE the Zoo so much! There's always something fun to see and do, we can't wait for our emails telling us about new events and activities they are planning. Our favorite part is getting to see the alligator feedings! Would definitely recommend investing in a yearly membership if you plan on going more than 2-3 times that year, a membership comes with free parking and will pay for itself after 3 visits!!

  • 5/5 Courtney L. 9 months ago on Google
Family fun, absolutely. Only wish it was not as hot when we went. Lol. Got to see a lot of awesome animals and was a lot of walking. Food for 4 costed $57. Over priced food is the only complaint I have. A lot of people were also talking about that in the cafeteria area.
