Oshawa zoo and farm is a fun place to head to with your little ones. You can pick up pop corn bags at entrance at a cost of $3 per bag. The animals absolutely loved them and my lo enjoyed feeding them. It was a lovely experience for him to see the animals and pet them too.

Great place for little kids. My grandson loved it. The entrance price seem a bit high to my liking but what isn't these days. My grandson loved it and thats all that mattered. 😊

My family loves this place! We visit every summer and there's so much for people of every age to do. There's a wide variety of exotic animals to farm animals. The animals are given loads of room to run around and the caretakers truly love the animals they watch over. The owners even let me hold a baby goat named Snickers and they fell asleep in my arms; it was such a special moment. My daughter got to bond with a rooster and even named him "Hay-Hay". The food is amazing, there's plenty of picnic tables to eat at and this is the perfect place to take your family when you want something fun and inexpensive to do.

Best place to bring your kid or just have a date with your friends. A large variety of animals. Staff are all nice. You can buy popcorn at entrance to feed animals or just for yourself πŸ˜‚. Bring my kids here 3 times in the past month. They all love this place.

Foxes 1000% need a better habitat to live in it's far too small for two of them. Also on of the horse looks like it has sway back and it looks like it is really thin and needs a lot more food as it's rear is kinda sunken inwards, Probably okay but might need some extra care. Thank you for responding about the horsey Kendle. I'm glad to know it's getting lots of extra care thank you for that!

Absolutely loved this place! I selected it because it was on our way to Ottawa and it had great reviews. It did not disappoint. We loved how they didn't force anyone to buy food and beverages from them. You can bring your own food. I even saw a birthday party set up there (what a great idea!) And they brought their own food. We also liked how big the land is so the animals have a lot of space to roam around.

This was a great little day date to take my little one too. We had a really great time walking around and looking at and feeding the animals. It's not a full day outing by any means but got us outside and my little guy interested. I would recommend for a fun outing.

Had a great time with the kids here. You can buy popcorn to feed the animals inside the zoo. There was a good variety of animals to see. There was also a pony ride for $5-6 i think.

Super fun! Lots of parking! The prices are decent and the employees are all so nice! Definitely a baby and toddler friendly place. My son had so much fun feeding the animals popcorn (provided at the front booth)! We’re definitely going to come back! We came 2 hours before closing and my son was actually upset we had to leave! Keep up the good work!!!!

The Oshawa Zoo is the perfect size; small enough that you can walk the whole zoo in an hour and a half comfortably and big enough that your little ones can run around safely and freely without getting bored. I took my almost 2 year old and one month old in her stroller. The scenery is beautiful! The staff is so friendly, helpful and seem to love their jobs. They do outreach with the local high school which is incredible; the shop students designed and built some of the enclosures. This is also a rescue zoo so many of the animals are rescues from other zoos. There is a great place to eat with fair prices and the parking is free! $32 for a seasons pass for adults is well worth it and kids 2 and under are free. We love this place!!

A very nice experience for kids and you can feed the cute little goats, sheep, horses out of your hands if you buy the popcorn. It's more like an animal farm with wildlife mix. Don't expect a big place with lots of animals and crowds. The food truck food was yummy too!

The kids loved it! We were there for a birthday party and the cost of getting in is very reasonable. I would recommend it if your kids need a place to run around and feed the animals popcorn which you can buy from the gate!

Great place for young kids! The animals are all very friendly (trying to get as much popcorn as possible lol) - but take allergy pills before! πŸ˜‚ there was a massive tree that was SNOWING pollen and things everywhere and we had to leave because of it. But the zoo is great!

A really nice zoo, there's a great variety of animals to see, everything is spaced out enough to take your time and walk around. The staff is very friendly, especially with the kids. There's a small picnic area and food truck as well. We get the annual membership, which is well worth the price.

Small farm-type local zoo with tons of animals to see. Great for our little one! Note: no additional kid activities or food options. There are picnic tables if you bring your own meals. Parking is also very tight, you have to park on the grass in extremely tight spaces and not a true "parking lot" Edit - We just learned there was a food truck onsite. Will definitely need to check this out next time.

Great place for kids of all ages. And adults too! Popcorn feeding the animals, fun for all. The food place is great, the burgers were very good and fresh. Sorry no food photos we ate too fast.

Good place for little kids, lots of animals to feed unsalted popcorn to. The donkeys were very sweet and loved being petted. It's not a huge place but we spent a couple hours there. If you live close by and have young kids the seasons pass would be worth it. The food truck had good food and the zoo wasn't too busy on a Monday. We will be back again when my son is a bit older and can actually feed the animals on his own.

Great little zoo, toddlers had a blast touching as many animals as they could. Lots of signs up warning of which animals are safe to touch and which aren't as well as food to feed them.

Lots of different animals to feed. Paid about 60 bucks for a family of 4 plus bags of popcorn. It took about 1hr-1.5hrs to get around the whole farm. We didnt try the food, no halal options. Kids had a blast, adults had fun feeding the animals as well. We didnt try the pony ride, however it was not busy at all. Horses seem very depressed, kangaroos are all minding their own business, but all other animals are fun and interactive.

This is such a fun place for young kids. It's basically a giant petting zoo. Our toddler loves going and I love it too ❀️ sad they're closed for the season and can't wait to get a seasons pass next spring!

Absolutely lovely place to bring your kids and your furry friends! The only zoo I found that’s pet friendly so far! I’ve always wanted to let my doggy meet more animal friends and here is probably the perfect place for us! Staffs are super friendly. The animals are happy too! Most of the animals are excited to see humans! and you can tell they are happy and they love humans. We bought popcorns at the entrance and fed the animal friends in the zoo! My dog absolutely had a great time there!

Absolutely had the most amazing experience here! The animals were so friendly and looked to be well taken care of! As well as the staff were very upbeat even when the goats would sneak out of the pen

Such a nice secluded zoo. Animals look well maintained and happy, most enclosures were with ample space for animals to roam. It was clean and animals looked super happy to greet and be with guest. Popcorn is actually really good lol the gentleman on the restaurant side is very nice and has a well put menu. Definitely a nice place to take the family to have a slower paced and relaxed outing

We had so much fun with our 20 month old daughter. All the families there and kids were having a blast. We will be back for sure. So happy we found this place. Feeding the goats running around was so cute. The enclosures that are built for them are absolutely amazing.

I had a very enjoyable visit to this small zoo. The animals seemed well-fed and happy and the goats and horses were friendly, happy to take popcorn from our hands. Another plus for me is that this zoo has no hills and therefore is stroller, wheelchair and rollator friendly. I will definitely visit this zoo again!
