Very good food. Happy we picked this place for their bison meatloaf and elk enchiladas.

Ate breakfast (around lunch time) today (1/26/2022) and had some good food. A busy place, but the service was good overall. I had the chorizo burrito and my wife had the eggs Benedict. Both were good. Make sure you add the green chili hot sauce to the burrito, that sauce was good. Place was clean, and easy to find. They might consider putting a couple pictures in the bathroom to cover up the empty space on the walls. Good job Buffalo Cafe in Whitefish!

My friends and I came here twice during our trip because the food and service was so good. The egg benedict is amazing! They also have gluten free options which was perfect for my one friend.

Amazing soup (roasted garlic and onion) and pretty good chicken sandwich. Just wish I would have gotten the fries instead of the carrots. The waitress was so nice and amazing. Had a wonderful time here and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Salad was good, nice restaurant, decent servers. The music was WAY too loud, though and the staff could have been a bit nicer. I felt like I was bothering them just because they had to come over and get our order and stuff. We are locals, we might come back and try again, hope it's better then because the food was good.

Local breakfast legend did not disappoint. Saturday late morning was a 45 minute wait, you add your name to the list and they have a great texting service so you can wander to the shops on all sides, or read the local fish tales while you wait for your epic meal.

Incredible! From the service (Madison was awesome) to the food and atmosphere it was all very very good. There wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t incredibly tasty. Madison our server took incredibly good care of us. She was very attentive and made a list of local family friendly attractions to check out. We’re looking forward to our next visit.

Very good breakfast/lunch restaurant. Everyone in our party enjoyed our meals. Easy choice if there is a “where we should go” debate.

Wonderful little place we found while strolling around Whitefish. Had the bison meatloaf. Was really great!! Reasonable prices, everyone's meal was fantastic. Service was fast and friendly.

The Buffalo Cafe is a nice little Jewel in Whitefish that we love to visit when we are there. the only drawback is that it's in such high demand that there's a wait time to get in. which is worth it in our opinion. the food is excellent, the staff for ARE GREAT, and the prices are fairly reasonable as well. it'd be nice if they could somehow expand their venue to accommodate more customers

Stopped here for breakfast before heading into Glacier. My meal was the one pictured: the KC bacon was awesome! My wife had the French toast topped with yogurt and granola: delicious! Our server was great: fast,friendly service, and she was always there to refill our coffee and water. If you are in the town of Whitefish and have an appetite, check out the Buffalo Cafe.

So good we ate here twice in a day! We were recommended breakfast and burgers from Buffalo Cafe during our Whitefish stay and they did not disappoint. 1000% recommend the Bacon & Avocado Benedict, it was amazing. Our evening waitress Kellie was the sweetest person on the face of the planet. Great atmosphere too. We will definitely be back for more!

We enjoyed our meal here, the staff were nice and we were served promptly. I really enjoyed my roasted tomato soup and spinach salad. I really did regret not taking one to go for my dinner that night. My son liked his burger and my daughter and husband had the beef tacos which they were not fond of. The meat was not seasoned at all and lacked the flavour of a taco. My daughter did not eat hers, partly because of the seasoning and partly because tacos in the USA are served on corn tortillas, not a floor tortilla which I forgot to mention to her. Oh well. I think my husband managed to get 2 down. 5 stars for the service and my meal. 4 stars for the tacos. Oh, and the lock on the stall in the girls bathroom was broken so I was not able to go to the bathroom for fear of someone walking in on me. Hopefully that’s been fixed.

We had the Bacon Avacado Benedict and the Higgins Scramble during our recent visit to Whitefish. The Benedict was fresh and delicious and the scramble was made with quality ingredients as well. Staff was fast and attentive, and their house poor coffee was a very strong dark roast I enjoyed. This is also a known staple for locals recommended to me by a friend that grew up there. Thanks for the great breakfast!

I was craving Elderberry pancakes. The manager explained not quite season but would make sure I could get pancakes before 12noon deadline! So sweet to get me in on time when so busy!

It's easy to see why this place is so highly rated by visitors and locals. We stopped by for breakfast and both our Denver omelette and classic were great. The coffee was delicious. Even though this place was packed the service kept or drinks filled and we're there for anything we needed. Thanks to the hard working servers that are not waiting for a government hand out of your taxes. FYI they were looking for help if you need a job and are a hard worker like the crew today. Pro tip: there will likely be a wait of 10 min to an hour to get into this place during the summer. Put your name on the list first then go check out the local shops or do your business in town. Great breakfast or lunch spot! Went around 12:30pm on a Sunday, there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it! Service was friendly and fast once you get your table. I had the California Club and it was delicious! Atmosphere is casual, but nice. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Whitefish!

If you're looking for a top notch breakfast, this is the spot! We had a group of 11, including 5 kids, and they handled it so well. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The food was great! We had a variety of items and everyone loved everything!

If you want a home cooked style meal then this is the place to go. We went for dinner and had the bison meatloaf and the parmesan crusted chicken and both were very tasty! The portions are generous and everything came out hot and well seasoned. We had excellent service even though it was busy. Now we need to try it out for breakfast!

This may have been the best breakfast of my entire life. Worth every penny. Thick cut juicy bacon. Amazing eggs. Seasoned to perfection. Sour dough bread to DIE FOR. AMAZING service. If you're debating, Just DO IT.
