I was a client of Sue's from the US. I was inspired to have my now-fiance's engagement and wedding rings made by a jeweler from Ghana, as it is a special place to her. I found Sue on Google and sent out an inquiry form on her website. Sue responded a few days later and I let her know what I was looking for. Sue was extremely accommodating, communicated excellently, and is a masterful designer! Sue provided me with several sketches based on the ideas I had given her. When we settled on a design, Sue then provided me with a 3D rendering. Sue accommodated my requests for materials and gave comprehensive pricing for all of the available options. Sue patiently worked through a payment issue (caused by my mistake) and continued through the design process all along. Even being in different countries, Sue made communication easy with constant updates via email, occasional phone calls and even a video call to show me the rings once they were complete, and was even able to expedite delivery from Ghana to the US. The rings are absolutely stunning and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much Sue!
