Avoid that clinic. I came to them with a foot injury, my toe covered in blood, and they wouldn't even provide first aid. Instead, first thing, they asked me to pay about £20 in local currency to register and then asked me to sit down wait in a queue. After half an hour of waiting, their doctor finally saw me. He started offering me to operate my toe for about £80, but when I questioned the necessity of a surgical procedure, he said he can drop the price to about £50 and was trying to convince me that if I refuse the surgery, my toe will be left disfigured. This was ridiculous! I felt like I'm in a market place haggling with a dodgy souvenir vendor. I left the clinic straight away. Absolutely useless service! PS. I got my foot treated at home. Everything is fine. The toe is in a great shape, no disfigurement whatsoever

Had very terrible acne that left me self conscious and constantly worried. I got to Rabito and not only was the customer service great, Prof. Dele( head dermatologist) was one of the best and nicest doctors i ever met (trust me, I'm a nurse..lol). 5 weeks forward, I'm 98% acne free,have beautiful skin and forever grateful! Thank you Prof!

Dermatologists clinic, but most of doctors are not dermatologists though they're acting like they are. Very unprofessional. Very bad. Fees are to high for such a level.

The wait time for getting vitals can be terribly long. However their dermatologists are awesome. Had some issues with my face and hair and had to visit the lab. First time ever knowing that there could be lab tests for my face and scalp. The medication was prescribed was very expensive but over two months, my face got back to normal and I’m glad. Their digital services too are legit up there. You get text reminders for reviews, which you don’t usually get in many hospitals.

Paying extra GHs 280 for an appointment makes no difference. You might as well join the regular queue. I booked a 9:30am and they spent 40 mins looking for the folder. Then added us to the back of the queue. Highly disappointed

People can walk in with skin conditions they have been struggling with and get not only a warm reception but great medical treatment. Other services are provided including neurology, gynaecology/obstetrics, general medicine and pharmacy.

Clean. Professional. I would recommend Rabito Clinic, especially if you are new in Ghana and not too sure about which of the many so called "private" clinics to choose from. This one ticks al the boxes! Attentive staff and amazing Doctors.

I had a small outpatient surgery done here, and then came back for a check-up. The customer service was VERY good. Every nurse, doctor, or other staff person I dealt with or observed was very professional, friendly and helpful. During the procedure a few small difficulties arose (which can and will happen anywhere), and I was impressed with how the doctor and nurse handled them. Before I went, I did and online video consultation with the doctor, which saved me a trip to the office. The wait time can be fairly long, but there is a fast track if you are willing to pay more. I don't have any idea what a Ghanian would think of the pricing, but it's a lot cheaper than what I'm used to paying in America. Overall I am very pleased with my experience.
