Did a quick stop for some remote work. Had a salad and some juice. It was really good and I enjoyed it very well.

Their food is so good, it's an ideal place to go when looking for a place to get work done on your laptop, the ambiance is quite good, the customer service of the lady was a bit off but that of the guy was amazing but I didn't get his name so look out for the guy when you get there

If you're en entrepreneur looking to work from a comfortable quiet coffee shop, Second Cup Dzorwulu is a good place...but BEWARE, the removable sign on front door proclaiming that they have "free wifi" is a LIE. From what I understand, they have not had wifi in years. Today when I asked my server the wifi password, she looked at me surprised and stated "what's that?" before proceeding to speak with another server who informed her that wifi does not work. So disappointing but not surprising...it's Ghana.

Poor service by Bright. He made me cancel my order.

The toilets (which are upstairs) are in deplorable condition. Truly shocking for these prices. No toilet paper, no flush, broken tanks, zero a/c. On the other hand, the dining area is truly a pleasure.

I always get the Clementine Mango combo. I like the quiet space and the cozy atmosphere. They place doesn't seem to get a lot of customers, or maybe I just do visit them during peak hours. But their service is always good. Definitely got me as a returning customer.

Absolutely amazing service! The drinks are very good, good prices and the workers are very nice, it's a great place to maybe meet up with someone or a date with someone overall I really loved the place especially because the baristas are very nice!! I recommend this place for all people who like to go to cafe's.

They like to cheat you. There’s a promo where you get a cookie when you purchase 2 medium sized cups of tea latte. But any time you buy the attendants cheat you and even when you’ve pointed out the promo they will be arguing with you and still add the cookie to your bill. It’s happened 4 times with one attendant called Benjamin( Dzorwulu Branch)

My Dad is addicted to their signature dark chocolate chiller and today I tried their chilled white mocha. To be honest I was a bit disappointed. I didn't really taste much of the white chocolate until much of it had melted. The waiter was well mannered and answered all the questions we had. I really think that the dark chocolate chiller was made better here than their store in Haatso. Oh yes and the banana strawberry smoothie was absolutely delish and natural. You see real strawberry bits in it

I do frequent this coffee shop at least 2 times a week Staff generally pleasant. However the only coffee served is Americano, which like coloured water, complained to the manager of the need for variety and he was just look at me funny. Coffee shop with one brew, not enough. Can do better.

The coffee brewer was down when I got there but all in all it was a pleasant experience even though I didn't get what I went for.

Good coffee. Baaad service. Last time I was sitting there for 20 minutes no waiters showed up so I called them by phone to send a waiter. I love this place and it was not like this. Sorry to say that. Hope you will take action à fast as you can.

The location was slightly difficult to find but there was plenty of parking. I appreciate the great service and enjoyed the pastries. They also have a rooftop dining area as well that’s super cool. It wasn’t busy at all and the place was kept clean. I’ll definitely return again.

Horrible....order from palace mall instead of the dzorwulu location. You pay so much for the food the least they can do is get order right...def won't be ordering from the dzorwulu location again ...or rather I won't let Elizabeth take my order. You should have seen the way my bagel with cream cheese came. As if they were running out of cream cheese....or maybe in Ghana they don't kno cream cheese is not spread like butter.

Wide variety of caffeinated and decaf brews...tasty treats, pastires and cakes. Friendly and helpful staff. Meat environment and a warm ambience. Parking space is rather tiny and we encountered huge mosquitoes indoors at night. Whenever the door is opened they rush in and there is really no bug repellent measure taken inside. All in all, great decor and tasty treats.

Please add more Mayo to your egg&mayo sandwich. It's too dry and still dry the 3rd time I took it after raising concerns. I think I'm not ordering it ever again!

The staff attitude is very very horrible, it says on Google that this branch opens at 5:30am and I came here around 5:35am, it was open and the staff were there, but they categorically told me to go back tgat they open at 6am, I told them that’s not what Google says and it’s not my fault that I got a wrong information, they just left me there standing to go about their business. Now this is a place I come to atleast 4 times every week, and the staff were this horrible, imagine if I was a first time customer. They need to do better to be honest.

Best cup of coffee I have had in Accra so far. And for a coffee junkie that is saying a lot. Loved it. Beautiful location as well, part of it was still under construction but you can see it is going to be a stunner. Even has a rooftop section. They were very accommodating as well, my sister and I wanted to watch a premiere league game and they graciously changed the channel for us. Thank you for your great service

Second Cup!!! I love this place. It's one of my favourite spaces to work and think. It's small but cozy enough that it never feels crowded. The coffee is a little strong (read bitter) so I've you're not into that, you should order a chiller or a chocolate. Everytime I've been here I've been met with warm reception by the great staff. Oh and there's wifi, but you'd have to ask at the counter.

Super friendly employees first of all. Also a comfortable environment with a balcony on top where you can have an outside feel and have fun with a snooker table if you want. There were plugs at every table so it's a good place to stop and finish some work on your laptop.
