Great place, nice room, affordable and softly comforting. It was all siren and calm experience at this hotel. And with less than hundred Ghana cedis GHC70, you can get a room with fan, sofa-chair, wardrobe and nice bed for a night.

The single room with the balcony is amazing. Excellent view. Now we have to update this review I had a double room with balcony, I love the bigger space. it is nearly 15 minutes away from GIS headquarters. The TV is always a problem. this time i had clear picture but no sound. on my first visit i had no TV at all and it was not working. Other than that the breakfast is excellent.

Service was excellent. Room was decent. Breakfast was included. Location is easily accessible. But ceiling fan didn't work, just the AC. And the hot water from the shower seems to be set by quota. When you pass your quota, it's switched off. Don't pass your quota if you don't like your water cold.

The room was tidy and breakfasts were sumptuous. Shout out to Eunice at the front desk, she was so helpful.

The location is great, close to the airport, Accra mall and Circle. Cleanliness was my biggest issue with the place.

I booked this hotel as it was reasonably priced & close to the international airport. I booked online & paid several days in advance. On arrival is the early evening the room wasn't ready. Also my booking had said ground floor but that wasn't available. Discussing this with the desk clerk, who insisted they were the manager, was to experience a passive-aggressive interaction. I think being a hotelier is a customer focused matter & I thought that was lacking. If a ground floor was book because of disability for example, it would be awkward. These issue involve organizational attention to matters. I will comment on the room too. The hotel itself is a nice old building with a certain charm about it. My own opinion about the way it's run is, 'could do better'.

Really cool place to be enjoyed my 4 night stay, staffs were really nice and hospitable, it was a cool experience overall. The rooms were clean and well kept, noise free and peaceful environment.

If you want budget accommodation this is the place. It's comfortable, however, don't expect much, wifi is poor except you're at the reception lounge, meal options limited to about 3 meals to choose from, no laundry and the staff are nice but not helpful with necessary information.

The hotel is fine and the staff cool but I didn't appreciate their launch politics. Serving it by 8 am is too bad.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and hospitable. They make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in to the property. We were always given a warm welcome when we were coming and going. During breakfast, the staff could not have been more helpful. They were terrific and went out of their way to help Great central location. Free breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable. There is also a nice balcony to relax. Calm environment. Highly recommended.

This hotel has very poorly trained staff, except a few. They have no manners and a bad customer service attitude. I wish I could speak with the owner of the hotel and give him/her some advice on how best to run a business.
