Very bad customer service. I mean how can you expect a customer to come ask you for breakfast. And even at that you serve it in rubber🤦‍♀️. Like who does that ? Is that how we serve breakfast? In rubber? Too bad. Management should kindly tell their workers to learn customer service. Thank you

visited to see one of my indian friend stayed there, name itself seems indian brand but it is a small guest house ghnian own. not much aware about the service & other charges etc..

I booked this hotel from the U.K. got booking reference confirmed for 5 nights. When I arrived my room was let with no apology. Slovenly worker sprawled across the settee fast asleep. I was finally offered a room without the facilities I booked. Excuses, Computer broken.Not happy. I enjoyed the food while there for the two nights I stayed.but the hotel was too distant for the city centre . I don't think I will stay there again.

Excellent weekend get away lodge with large beautiful rooms. Bar is great and prompt customer service. 24/7 security service and car parking. Easy access to main road, Uber and great pubs in the area

Gone at the days they used to provide breakfast to the rooms occupied but all of a sudden the room service stopped. There are more room for improvement

Nice place to stay

Only one of your gadgets is allowed to use their Wi-Fi (it's a voucher system). Cistern doesn't fill up all the way, so flushing doesn't do the job. No sink in the bathroom. Electric sockets are far from the bed, terrible inconvenience. The light in the room is too dim for reading. The receptionist lady was unprofessional. All contrary to what I reserved. Only good staff is Julian the cook. The curtains are so worn out. Won't go back even for a 10th of what I paid. Moved out to a far far better place for equivalent money.
