Tini water falls is located in Adasawase in the eastern region. About 20mins drive from Anyinam, A popular town on the Accra Kumasi Road. The trip to see this beauty was a whole adventure movie. We first stopped at the Anyinam township and had some Asaana or Emiejor [a local drink made with millet]. My first time here, we had to pick someone from the Adasawase township to be our guide to see the fall, but this time.. Our amazing chauffeur decided to assist us. The fall is located in a mountain, which is about 45minutes to an hour hike from the ground. PS: please come with comfortable shoes , sneakers preferably. You'd hear different birds and animals while walking through the forest and you'd also see different species of trees and plants and some really beautiful flowers too. Kindly note; there are a lot of ants in the walkway. Careful while you walk. They bit me so many times..😂 Tini falls is a glorious sight to behold. The water falls from a great height and it is so cool in temperature. We even tasted it..did I say taste..lol We drunk it😂🤭..😋 and also fetched some into our bottles to take home ..[ I wanted to test it for any impurities] The little pool created by the fall is enjoyable. You can swim and splash and have some good good fun time. It is not deep. And oh, when you scream the water from the fall intensifies..it comes down harder and stronger😍 We also learnt that during Easter and Christmas, the towns nearby have parties ,games and Jams at the fall. Additionally, you can bring your mat, some food, drinks and have a picnic here. It's just perfect and the trees provide good shade for relaxation. On our way back, we had some cocoa. I hadn't tasted that fruit in over 10years. #greathike #beautifulfall #amazingexperience

This happens to be one of the beautiful waterfalls i have ever seen. The long hike to the falls is really worth it as the breeze from the falls is really refreshing. It's really beautiful and amazing out there. I will recommend this place any day to someone who would want to go somewhere to enjoy nature.

Was part of the first group of tourists to come here (way back in 2006). It's a beautiful sight to behold. The walk up the hills to the falls makes the trip all the more exciting. You see the pristine Tini river flowing down the hills, then as you climb up the hills you begin to hear the sound of the falls. You begin longing to see and climb faster with your tired legs. The keen-eyed will spot several species of butterflies and birds. It's a fulfilling trip.

This waterfall is beautiful, tall and immersive. Standing just a few meters away from it is enough to get yourself soaked. If your phones and or cameras are not waterproof, be careful, as the mist from the falls was enough to damage my action camera. The hike to the waterfall too is an exhilarating one. Great experience we had.

A great place to be. Road leading to the reception should be worked on. Hikers should be able to know how long it will take them to get to the falls. This is by placing signs of km covered at vintage points

Word can explain my journey to Tini water falls. I was driving from Kumasi to Accra. When I got to Anyinam. I saw on the map that Tini falls was close so I decided to pass by not knowing what to expect. I was not really prepared for the journey ahead of me but I just didn’t want to waste the opportunity, I was in a t-shirt, shorts and crooks. After the village Adasawase, the road was terrible, it’s not a proper road meant for city cars, it’s a typical bush road. Still it didn’t stop me from driving on. I got to a point where the sides of my car was scraping the bush. Getting close to the base of the falls I couldn’t drive again so I had to part and walk, thinking “oh am gonna be there in a few minutes” that was far from what happened. I walk for about 30mins I met one old woman with a kid and I asked them for directions. So I went on and got to a place with some uncomplicated building or some sort of entrance. Then I took to my left up the hill as the old woman directed me. At this point I was tired. But that was just the beginning of my suffering for the day. I kept going up the steep hills of jungle in the middle of nowhere just following the trail for about an hour and I couldn’t bear the pains in my waist again. But whenever I stop to rest, these small insects from nowhere starts eating me up, so I have no choice but to keep moving. At a point I wanted to turn back, because I was so exhausted, I had no food or water with me. it rained that morning, my feet were wet and hurting, my clothes were all wet from sweat and the rain. My phone’s battery was very low too at that time with weak cell reception. Alone in the middle of the thick jungle miles away from where I packed. But I just didn’t want to give up so I kept going. Finally I got to the falls and my oh my, what a sight to see. The fall was beautiful than anything I’ve ever seen. I was so amazed by it, and at that moment I forgot all the pains I went through to get there. I will encourage everyone who wants to visit there to do so. If you are able to get to the falls, it will be so satisfying and worth it. But please and please prepare very very well, because the hike is no joke. I will also advise no one should go alone, rather go in group. Me going there alone was very reckless of me. If anything had happened to me up there, I wouldn’t know where I would be by now.

I rate this waterfall a 4 even though we never saw the waterfall 😆. The google directions were accurate and the road was good, even once it narrowed and turned to dirt, there were only a couple tricky spots. I read in a couple other reviews that people had a guide but all the waterfalls I’ve been to in Ghana so far guides don’t really seem necessary. This waterfall? Don’t bother going without a guide. We went on a Sunday midday and there was no one out at the trailhead, so it’s probably best to stop at the little town where the road turns to dirt to ask for a guide. There were multiple trails, we picked one and got a great view but no waterfall 😢. The trailhead was so trashy, which I hate to see but once u hike on the trail (even tho we were on the wrong trail) the jungle was so beautiful. We saw so many kinds of butterflies!
