My
son,
brother,
and
I
did
the
trail
early
one
Saturday
morning
in
order
to
avoid
the
hot
sun.
It
was
a
moderately
easy
climb
up.
The
path
is
very
easy
to
follow,
which
is
next
to
the
main
road
of
traffic
going
towards
Aburi.
There
are
several
vendors
on
the
way
selling
refreshing
drinks.
People
with
all
fitness
levels
were
doing
the
walk,
including
very
young
children.
There
are
lots
of
encouraging
signs
on
the
way
to
keep
you
going,
which
was
great,
and
some
were
showing
how
many
steps
had
been
done
so
far.
The
views
as
you
get
higher
are
awesome,
and
that
alone
is
worth
the
effort.
The
actual
path
is
very
narrow
and
is
used
by
people
going
in
both
directions
so
it
can
be
tight
with
people
trying
to
squeeze
past
one
another
at
certain
points.
As
the
path
is
only
separated
from
the
road
by
a
metal
barrier,
parts
of
it
are
protruding
into
the
path,
where
obviously
accidents
have
occurred.
So
it
is
worth
being
mindful
so
as
not
to
be
injured
or
trip.
At
the
end
of
the
trail,
there
were
people
doing
exercise
classes
in
which
we
joined
for
fun.
It
was
a
great
experience,
and
I
would
recommend
it
to
people
of
all
ages
and
fitness
levels.
Just
go
at
your
own
pace.
