Apirede is one of the oldest towns on the Akuapim ridge. It has a community guest house surrounded by food ball park, both presbyterian church and school and few private residence on a mountain hill where when stood one sees other surrounding area towns like Somanya, Asinima in the night etc. The weather here is described as the African snow during early morning and from earlier evening to the next morning everyday. Meditation and privacy purposes are suitable for this environment. Local dishes are served within and around this community.
