Poor, substandard hut of a hotel and you'll share bathroom with other guests.. which is appaling. In my presence, they turned out a paying guest who is a foreigner, with her kids. Staff is very rude.. like super super rude. It means the management must be rude as well. The room I was taken to was not cleaned. There were drugs crowning loudly outside the window.. The bathroom is outside on the corridor so everyone can see you walk out to bath and walk back in your towel. It's very dehumanizing. Just avoid this shack of a motel.

I got charged an extra day for lodging in at 4:30am at dawn because the person on duty says his shift ends at 6:00am because of that reporting a few hours to 6:00am means you had have to pay for that night . Kindly check on how your booking or check in times works. I could have waited a couple of hours then report around at 6 if I knew that was your policy.

hotel open 24 hours a day, the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. the reception is pretty good, the prices are affordable but the rooms need to be reviewed, especially the standard rooms; the fans work but it is only noisy it is always hot in the rooms and the TV also does not have enough channels, there are almost only local language channels not everyone understands. Other than that I recommend it

Good environment and enough space in room but poor air conditioning and TV has only a 2 or 3 working channels. Air conditioner was set at 16 degrees Celsius but wasn't cooling one bit. I don't think I will come here again.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. A petite woman who works the morning shift kept harassing me about paying the breakfast bill after I told her several times that I had to go to the ATM and the mechanic. My guest and I told her that we would return and spend another night. When we returned, she told us that she removed our belongings from the room because we didn't come back fast enough. My friend is a traditional priest and she mixed my things with his. A sacred bag he brought with him was put on the floor. My tea bags were put in the same bag with his toothbrush. I felt so disrespected! I have traveled all over the world and lived in 4 and 5 star hotels. Never have I ever experienced someone packing up my things and removing them from room. She treated us as if we were thieves. I understand that former guests may have not paid their bills in the past, but I should have to deal with subpar customer service because of them. However, you get what you pay for. I took a chance on this hotel because my guest wanted an economical room. Now I'm willing to pay more for a better experience with people who won't be prejudice towards us because we honor our African roots.

The customer service is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. If you are on holiday in Ghana please do not spend your money here. I paid for a deluxe room with hot water and unfortunately was given a room which had bo water at Al so I left and found a different hotel but was refused a refund

No hot water but is warm. My room had AC cause I paid for that room. Food is good. They need to work on a mosquito solution such a zapper or mosquitoe lamp. My little flat screen went out and it was not replaced so I left. I will come back though. The cheaper room has no AC and a shared bathroom I think that's for locals who have a day time rendezvous. Hint hint

I wonder why an 80cedis room won't have a bathroom & an A.C inside,with this very hot Ghanaian weather.I mean it's a hotel for God's sake.Well,the good thing is that it's located in a quiet neighborhood and has 24hr Wi-Fi and also a generator.

How can you have a guest house with the bathroom outside the hallway. And the lady at the reception wasn't so friendly.

Not as friendly .lost some features.change of staff ????but amends were made allowed stay a bit longer after checkout time .Good!
