This is my first lifetime experience that I have seen such a NON ETHICAL DOCTOR in my life. I strongly recommended Never visit this doctor if you are serious about your consultation. Complete wastage of time and effort. Please read fully before making decision to visit this hospital I and my wife both drove for 4 hours to visit this hospital to see Dr Vani S Thappar for consultation. We reached hospital at sharp 10:00 am and have got our consultation receipt and told by staff to wait until 11:30 when doctor will come and see you both. We keep waiting until 1:50 pm and keep asking every 30 mins when doctor will come but her STAFF keep telling us she is coming. Now when the Doctor came in her office and sat there for hardly 2 mins said to her staff she is going to occasion right now. Staff literally told her patients outside waiting to see you since 10 Am but she told her staff in front us that it is not important for me to see patient now rather than my occasion. you have patients waiting since morning and you going out for an occasion saying patients are not important. Totally frustrated with such a behaviour.

The price is triple than the normal. After taking appointment (paying 100 rs extra) u still have to wait for 1-2 hrs. They will call u at 12, when doctor has to come at 1 or even after that. They have no value for patient's time and money. Their staff consider themselves as half doctors.

Very bad experienced with Dr. vanie sarda thapar...she dont know how to talk to her patient spcly when someone is visting first time to her. She is very arrogant and rude and also short temper lady...she dnt hv patience of listening to her patient problems. She thinks she already knew everything and dont need to listen to her patient problems in detail. First time i hv ever seen such a rude doctor who dnt give respect to her patients.

It’s been a trustworthy place for us. Where we are always guided in the right direction and to the cure without any of hidden charges. All the doctors are very understanding and concerned towards patients especially dr. Amit MODGIL Always listens to the problem carefully and is quite experienced in his field. Everything is top notch cleaning, housing , kitchen ,laundry.

very bad experience 31/03/2023 booked an appointment at 4pm for dr vidhu... they asked me to come at 5.45 pm... i reached and taken a slip..... at 6.15 when i asked ... for my turn the nurse said dr..vidhu is not cming today..... after covering and one hour travelling distance and after spending so much waiting time they said me to make a new slip for dr vani..... and then again i waited and stilll m.waiting ........ the time is around 7 pm

We connected to Dr. Neeraj thapar before 10 years when sirsa doctors was unable to treat my son. And after 2 days my son was very good condition. Now the same problem with my 1st baby and again Dr. Neeraj thapar treat him and now he is ok after only 2 days. Very good experience with Suman hospital and services are very good. Hospital and doctors are good. They are qualified and experienced. But high cost and parking facilities are drawbacks of the hospital.

Don't go there. Look for some other multi-speciality hospital instead as this place is more commercial. It's okay to go for a regular checkup but consider some other option for delivery. I didn't have a good experience here so sharing the same. Don't want to go in detail but keep it your last option.

I must say Suman Hospital is a one stop solution for all your problems. My first delivery was done by Dr. Vanie Thapar and I was very satisfied with the doctor and staff, now my son is 4 yrs old and for his vaccination I am consulting Dr. Niraj Thapar. My MIL is consulting Dr. Amit for her BP issues. I can say this hospital is a blessing for Ludhiana residents. Rise and shine.

Very bad and unsatisfied service by staff. All staff member ingoring the duties. There is not any rule and regulations for the patients. If someone had took appointments on phone at 12:30 the turn will come after 2 hours. If we complaint regarding this then nobody will response on that. Literly very unproffesional and unsatisfied service by the hospital staff. Ingore to visit here for any query
