I
recently
had
the
unfortunate
experience
of
staying
at
SVR
Hotel
and
Banquet
Hall
in
Patna,
and
I
must
say
that
it
was
an
incredibly
disappointing
and
frustrating
stay.
The
hotel's
deceptive
behavior
and
lack
of
integrity
left
me
feeling
cheated
and
dissatisfied.

foremost,
the
hotel
misrepresented
its
amenities
and
services
on
their
website.
They
boasted
about
luxurious
rooms,
state-of-the-art
facilities,
and
impeccable
customer
service.
However,
upon
arrival,
it
quickly
became
apparent
that
these
claims
were

from
the
truth.
The
rooms
were
shabby
and
outdated,
lacking
even
basic
amenities
such
as
proper
hygiene

cleanliness.

either
non-existent
or
in
a
state
of

the
hotel

I
encountered
numerous

where
the

forget

among
the

Furthermore,

common

were

furniture,

management
had

the
property,

to
the

to

subpar
accommodations

banquet
hall
at

fell

below
expectations.
The
promised
facilities

events

functions

audiovisual
equipment,
insufficient
seating
arrangements,
and
a
general
lack
of
attention
to
detail.
This
not
only
caused
embarrassment
and
inconvenience
but
also
reflected
the
hotel's
lack
of
commitment
to
delivering
on
their
promises.
Overall,
my
experience
at
SVR
Hotel
and
Banquet
Hall
in
Patna
was
a
complete
letdown.
From
their
deceptive
advertising
to
their
unprofessional
behavior,
the
hotel
failed
to
provide
a
satisfactory
stay.
I
would
strongly
advise
against
choosing
this
hotel
for
anyone
seeking
a
pleasant
and
honest
hospitality
experience.
Additionally,
I
strongly
advise
against
booking
SVR
Hotel
and
Banquet
Hall
for
weddings
or
any
other
functions.
Based
on
my
experience,
their
lack
of
professionalism
and
disregard
for
customer
satisfaction
make
them
wholly
unsuitable
for
hosting
important
events.
The
inadequate
facilities,
malfunctioning
equipment,
and
overall
neglect
of
the
property
create
an
atmosphere
of
disappointment
and
frustration
for
both
the
hosts
and

guests.
Planning
a
special
occasion
requires
meticulous
attention
to
detail
and
reliable
service,
which

Hotel
and
Banquet
Hall
clearly
lack.
Choosing
this
venue
for
a
wedding
or

celebration
would
risk
turning

occasion
into

stress
and
disappointment.

the
